Bartender was amazing! Such a bright personality and even stepping out from behind the bar to help the waitstaff on the floor. The food was very fresh and well prepared from taste to presentation. The selection of coffee, tea, soft drink and alcohol beverages is great. Bottomless mimosas are excellent. The homemade raspberry cinnamon compote is delish! Theres indoor/outdoor dining and they have a parking spot dedicated to cups of coffee for cops in support of law enforcement. There was a very diverse crowd of people. Everything was very clean and particularly organized. Must try 😋

Great service, clean throughout, yummy food and they love your furbabies too. What is not to like? Do yourself a favor go. This is not your local Dennys or Waffle House people this is fresh, exciting and good for you food. You gotta try it. Fancy coffees and teas too.

The food is great! And the inside is nice and tranquil.However… if you choose to sit outside, be ready for a swarm of flies over your coffee and food. Yeah, it’s dog friendly but they won’t let you sit inside so just hope there are no flies, or no rain, or no humidity that day.The staff was friendly also, BUT the slowest service I think we’ve experienced for breakfast yet. The coffee took 20 minutes to come, the sugar and cream took another 10 minutes, and from sitting down to getting food, over an HOUR AND A HALF.3 stars is generous but damn… c’mon. I know it could be better.

6 of us each ordered a different breakfast and we were sharing of course. BEST breakfast EVER!!! Our server was attentive and completely aware of our needs for beverage refills and of asking how everything was. Do not pass up on this breakfast cafe!!

Everything we had was amazing. After traveling extensively I would say this may be the best breakfast place I’ve been to (especially in the South). Definitely the best place with extensive dietary restrictions options.The kids got gf waffles (HUGE!!). The blue dog breakfast plate is GIGANTIC (3 eggs, hash, 3 slices of bacon, 3 pancakes, and toast). If I didn’t know better, I would have guessed that the gf items were regular. The hash was outstanding and unique.The atmosphere was great, server was friendly and great. LOVE the story of the name and all of the art of the blue pit bull on the walls. Don’t miss the blue dog latte art! 100% recommend!!

So many fabulous options here. The menu has everything from Vegan Friendly Food to regular farm to table fresh food. Ill include the fun menu names in the images so you can see what I mean.To say This is a dog friendly business is an understatement. The whole place is decorated dog theme and it is extremely well designed. There is outside seeting so that You can sit outside with your doggo.I ordered the eggs Benedict with crab cakes for a late brunch (after 1 pm and still served breakfast! ) and a regular Americana coffee.It was all delicious and the help was extrmelely professional and took great care of us.The food does take quite a while so be prepared to take your time. IT wasnt very business at all and it still tool over 30 minutes to get it. Its also a little pricey but if up want to treat you and the doggo its perfect.

The Shrimp and Grits was by far the best I ever had. The service the worst. The young man was definately distracted and apologized for something everytime he came to my table when having forgotten what it was he was coming for. Took 15 minutes to get the check. Maybe not giving the servers inside and outside guests to tend because I was his only outside and he clearly forgot I was there.

Found it online as one of the best breakfasts in the Biloxi area. To correct that... Blue Dog Bistro is THE best breakfast in the area. My wife and I were told there was a 45 minute wait when we got there. The place was crazy busy. We were seated in 30 minutes and had food in front of us 15 minutes after that. The food was amazing! Mimosa... check, French press coffee... check, blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes... very check, spinach and mushroom fritatta... check... and finally the blue dog breakfast. Everything was delicious. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful. We will be back again. We will be making a special trip to come back here. Thank you and we will see you soon.

We came here for the vegan options and they did not disappoint. So many choices! Best pancakes Ive ever had and the coffee was excellent! Chris was an absolutely amazing server; he was nice and friendly and helpful! Would come again for any meal!

Finally, something good! This is probably the only place on the coast to get a healthy breakfast, and it’s amazing! The restaurant decor is aesthetically pleasing & service is top notch. 10/10 recommendation!

The food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere! The coffee was the best that I’ve had in Ocean Springs. I recommend the banana foster french toast, absolutely delicious. Our server Mason was fabulous. His energy was magnetic…we need more Masons in this world! Love the doggy decor as well!

Absolutely one of the best places to eat in Ocean Springs Mississippi. Not one time in the three times that I have been here have I’ve been disappointed. The service the food the atmosphere the creativity of some of the dishes is amazing.

I went for Saturday brunch. It was very busy, but we were seated around the estimated wait time. The staff was pleasant, the service good, and the coffee and entrees were delicious. I will definitely go back the next time Im in the area.

Nice restaurant with great food and wonderful staff. Everyone was so nice, especially our server, Hannah, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, helpful, and accommodating. I had the Cochon Benedict and it was delightful. Although, I wish it had come with some potatoes. Will definitely visit again when I’m in the area.

Maybe my favorite spot for brunch. Most people will complain that the service is slow, but they are usually busy, so you should expect a bit of a wait if youre going during peak hours. That being said, the food is worth it. Reasonably priced good food, great coffee, great atmosphere. And always friendly and helpful service.

Quaint little place, somewhat upscale but comfortable at the same time. Great brunch. Not a ton of choices but a good amount of great/different choices. Lots of vegan/keto/etc. Service was great (thanks Alex). An incredible coffee bar. The potatoes were well seasoned. Loved our meals. Only issue was limited parking. Cant wait to come back - a must go to for a Biloxi trip.

Stopped here for breakfast on way from Biloxi back to FL. Had an amazing brunch. I got the Grits and Shrimp and hubby got the Steak & Eggs. To drink we got the Kenya French Press coffee. Very good!

Their Kopi Luwak is reasonably priced and yummy! The food is delicious and the service is absolutely fabulous. Even the owner was polite and engaged. The perfect Sunday spot for us!

Giving Blue Dog Bistro an A++. The service was great. The food was phenomenal. Husband enjoyed the Bananas Foster French toast and I savored the Lemon Blueberry ricotta pancakes. Great menu of choices for all dietary choices such as vegan, gluten free, etc. Lots of varieties of teas and coffee. Inside or outside dining.

Came here for a girls brunch. The bottomless mimosas were great, staff was beyond amazing, and the restaurant was so clean and nice. Nothing but good things in that aspect. When it came to the food though, it was rather lacking. I think this is my first 3 star review. 😕 I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of pan fried potatoes. The gravy was absolutely horrible. It was ok at first. I ate a biscuit with it because I was hungry and I dont like sending things back, but then I couldnt eat anymore. I couldnt do it. It was bad. The meat in the gravy was not your typical sausage. I have no idea what it was. There were also other things in the gravy. Bell peppers? Me and the other girls couldnt figure it out, but it just made the gravy taste bad. It was so disappointing. The potatoes were ok though. The other 4 girls either had the skillet or the benedict. They said it was ok but lacked a lot of flavor. They had to get hot sauce to make it better. The cinnamon roll skillet that we had as an appetizer was really good though. I can say that. I had high hopes for this restaurant. I might try it again one day, but just something else on the menu, maybe it was just the stuff that we ordered that wasnt good....but I wont actively seek out this restaurant for food. Ended up getting Whataburger on the way home because I was still hungry.

The servers are always friendly and the food is always good. It always feels like a Saturday when I come for breakfast because no matter how busy they are its always a chill atmosphere. One of my favorite spots for brunch!

Great breakfast place and coffee shop. Two young guys at the bar are great and want your visit to be good. The servers are nice. Bar is the best seating as most of the regular dining seats are metal chairs, which works good for turning out tables faster. The boss comes out of the kitchen occasionally, renders snarky or sarcastic responses to the staff, which is highly amusing to watch.

We discovered this place a few weeks ago, and have enjoyed every meal weve had here. The prices arent in the Waffle House neighborhood, but anyone going to a trendy spot shouldnt expect them to be.

Had a Sunday breakfast with the hubby! Wanted something new with a nice atmosphere and this was it! Food was fresh, latte was perfect with a touch of lavender. Music was nice and chill. Pancakes were the best I’ve ever had! So fluffy, creamy and rich buttery flavor was perfection. We did sit outside as the weather was beautiful! Although I wouldn’t recommend as there were too many flies for my liking.

The food was nice. Could have been a little bit warmer. It’s not too flavorful for those that don’t like their food over seasoned. Because I do I would rate it okay. It isn’t gross by far. The host was also the server and she was really sweet. The fried green tomatoes was the best part for me. The combination of flavors were great and the presentation was nice as well.

It took over an hour to receive our food. When the food came out, it was cold. I dont mind the wait if my food is fresh and hot. I informed the waitress to let the manager know. When she came back to my table, she informed me that the manager stated he was too busy to come out. This is the conduct that will cause you to lose business.

This is the best gem in Ocean Springs!!!. The pancakes are amazing, my mom who hates pancakes fell in love. They are light and fluffy. The cochon hash was very tasty, too. Plus the blueberry ricotta pancakes are super yummy. Give this gem a try you will not regret it!!!

Great breakfast joint, good coffee, and smooth music! We had the Blue Dog Breakfast and French Toast Sticks, and we can highly recommend both. The Blue Dog Breakfast was a large plate of assorted breakfast items accompanied by a short-stack (and they have a tasty, house-made blueberry syrup). Highly recommend this place to breakfast lovers.

We had fried green tomatoes with a tomato salsa and crab cake eggs Benedict. Both were good. Service was good but a little slow however we were in no hurry. It was a nice breakfast.

We had brunch for the first time at the Blue Dog Bistro and it was absolutely amazing. From the decor to the waiter (he was so sweet) to the food. Our food tasted fresh and was filled with so many wonderful flavors. This is the best place we’ve eaten at since moving here.

I recommend this place. I’m not vegan, nor do I maintain a gluten free diet and was a little skeptical trying a place like this. However, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely. Definitely an enjoyable place.

Didn’t think the wait would be bad on a Thursday. Waited 40 minutes to sit outside with 1 table filled and the rest sat dirty. Waited another 50 minutes for food. By the time we got our food the hollandaise sauce on the biscuit, nachos had chips cooked to a dark brown crisp. Food was inedible.

Found this hidden lil gem along my travels.. absolutely love the atmosphere, excellent customer service and even better food.. top notch presentation on all plates.. next time I’m in Pascagoula or Biloxi, I’ll be making a special trip here for breakfast or brunch.. it’s a must!!

Nope. I wanted to love this place but it was not good. My husband ordered the skillet breakfast and the eggs were like rubber. The wait was too long and the price was too high for this disappointing meal.

Blue Dog bistro was a fantastic experience. It has a large selection of coffee and teas. The menu also features tons of vegan and gluten free options; it was perfect for my diet. The best part was how friendly the staff was though. Definitely a place Im going back to.

Chickpea pasta primavera, portabella mushrooms, herb roasted tomatoes are so good. Aside from me picking out the peas from the pasta I enjoyed it so much. I dislike peas in their natural state. Lol. Will drive from Gulfport to get more. I think this will be where I celebrate my birthday dinner there on the 6th.

A great early Saturday breakfast experience. The menu had a wide selection of breakfast items, most of them with options for vegan, paleo or other dietary needs. The food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared without being overly flavored with seasonings.The mimosas were perfect too!We really enjoyed the motif of the place as well.Were visiting from out of town, and will likely be back for breakfast each day!

When we arrived the decor was beautiful and it was so clean. The mimosas were amazing, and my boyfriend enjoyed his Parish coffee. I literally wasted over 15 dollars. I purchased the mushroom steak meal. The meal contained three tiny flat mushrooms, cauliflower mash, and avocados. Im disappointed in this vegan meal. The avocados made me nauseous and the cauliflower mash was cold and overrun by garlic. I should have just tried something from the regular menu. I was hoping for a delicious filling vegan meal that day. When I got home I threw the whole thing in the trash.

Amazing breakfast! The bannananas foster was slightly smokey with a deep rich flavor with just the right ballance of sweetness. The candied bacon was simply divine. One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. The only thing that could have been better would be more comfortable chairs. However the food is well worth sitting in a seat not designed for people who are gifted in the posterior.

The food was good but the service has a lot of room for improvement. I waited almost 20 minutes to be seated at a table that was cleared off and empty when I arrived. After finally being seated I waited another 15 minutes just for drinks even though my server came past my table about 4 times. (I ordered orange juice). The food was good but overall I spent over an hour on breakfast because I couldn’t order my food for pickup over the phone.

Everything is awesome here. Biscuits are homemade and huge and everything is made from scratch. Had Biscuits n pork gravy and others like Benedict cheese grits . This is a plus for me.

This place is so yummy! We had the ceviche and a burger with sweet potato chips and it was delicious! Can’t wait to go back for the avocado toast and a great cup of coffee in the morning! Employees were super nice and very friendly!

I have officially became a southern grits convert (who knew smoked gouda and beef debris gravy made all the difference). Your waitress handled my difficult party way better than I ever could. She was straight forward, friendly, and professional. I wish I could remember her name. Great place to eat downtown ocean springs. My friend love we go there every other Sunday. I love the food. Every time got try so things new. I tell all people l know go there. Only problem l have is parking. So we uber there and back. All the employees are nice and friendly happy take your order. Only had great time.

Worth every penny! I picked up breakfast to go yesterday for our family & even to go it was perfect! Is it more expensive than other places? Of course, but you get what you pay for & I will happily pay extra for this quality. Honestly I’m sad it’s taken me this long to try Blue Dog Bistro but I’m thrilled to have a new favorite breakfast place. 🙌 also lots of brownie points for the dog/pittie love throughout the restaurant.

The meat is overly seasoned, the staff is very welcoming except for the manager who chooses to yell at staff members behind closed doors when patrons are attempting to eat. When a guest walks in, it is the restaurants responsibly to welcome them instead of avoiding eye contact and/also failing to greet them but I understand you dont know what to do if the person isnt one of your regulars.

Omg amazing food and amazing service! The good dog/bad dog concept is brilliant for those looking for healthy options. But the French Toast sticks with Wildberry syrup are to DIE for! My dish, the lettuce Shrimp Tacos were killer with that cilantro aioli. The Smoked Salmon BLT was LEGIT. I love that they serve breakfast through lunch too! Plenty of vegan and keto options as well. 100% will be back!
