The donuts took 10 min in the line to get, they were ok. They were fresh but a little greasy.

Great place to get breakfeast, they are usally are out of stock on the donuts I want but besides that they always have great donuts.

I went there today to purchase the Holiday Donuts around 3pm.When I walked in, there was like 12 donuts in the case, all glazed. I asked about the Holiday donuts and they said this is all we have.They didnt have much customer service.No apology, no sincerity. Just this is it, take it or leave it kind of attitude. If you are open til 9p.m. shouldnt you are more donuts?

Website says 5:00am. Google specifically states that the drive-thru opens at 5:00am. Rolled up to the drive-thru at 6:28am. Apparently they dont open until 6:30 and the drive-thru attendant was rude when she told me so. She also seemed completely indifferent when informed that their store hours were an hour and a half later than what is advertised on ALL other available sources. I dont care how much my kids love this place - we will NOT be returning. Ever!

Tried to order 2 dozen doughnuts. Attempted to pay in cash . Was informed that they do not accept anything bigger than a 50 at this location.also went home to explain that they did not have any markers to determine if bills were counterfeit even though they explained they had received counterfeit money.which makes absolutely no sense if you get counterfeit bills the first thing you need to do is get a marker that determines counterfeit bills . Also went on to explain that there was a sticker on the front door that was nowhere to be found that said they do not accept bills larger than a 50 after bringing this to the manager Reagans attention that there was no sticker on said door window or anything else and he was caught basically in a lie, doubled down to try to say it was somewhere else. At this point another attendant offered to give me the managers cell phone number all the while being very rude when I was just asking simple questions trying to figure out why a national chain store is unable to cash legal UStinder. Let alone I have the ability to determine if said cash was counterfeit or not. Not exactly thrilled with the service I received this afternoon . Not honestly familiar with businesses not accepting money you would honestly think they would want to keep in business not turn people away. Especially during a pandemic and when people take their hard-earned money to a business to help stimulate the local economy as well.

While I was waiting at the window I saw people standing and joking around. Also they are not even cooked at this store they are trucked in from the Gulfport store or so I have been told by your employees before all this pandemic stuff happened. My long wait time was waiting for the woman to stop laughing with her friend/co worker to take my card and hand me my order (which was already bagged and waiting)

I have came thru around 720 and 730ish and there was only like one vehicle in front of me why is it taking so long I was in the drive thru almost 10 minutes before placing an order. I thought the customer in front had a large order but it was small. This had happen more than once

Very busy at around 10am on a Sunday. If you do decide to go, i would just go in a little bit earlier or a little bit later then around 10am. Otherwise, my girls absolutely love it

Order a glaze in my dozen didnt get it and a creme filled donut chocolate filled got creme filled instead. I also got to many cake donuts. My cake batter donuts looked rushed the icing looked sloppy also not much filled in the donuts. I went again 10/13/2020 I ordered two cake batter donuts just a little filling all the way in the middle of the donut. If I just wanted a regular donut I would go some where else but I dont want a regular donut.

Went to get the buy one dozen, get one free deal that you get with their app. I also had to get a coffee, got a small hazelnut frozen coffee. Delicious! Also happened to make it there when the red sign was lit, extra bonus! Donuts were hot and fresh, melt in your mouth goodness. Krispy Kreme has never disappointed me with their donuts. This is the first time ive gotten them hot though... wow! I need to stay away for a while! Lol, lest I become one with the donuts!

Hot light on cold doughnuts dipped to warm icing, warm coffee not hot. WILL NOT GO BAKE TO THIS ONE WILL DRIVE To Gulfport for the good ones. SO SAD

Got a dozen mixed filled donuts for around $12 and a dozen glazed for free on a single coupon. Whats not to like.

So I went to Krispy Kreme in Ocean Springs tonight (1/19/19) and the two young men working were very polite and respectful. I have never heard “yes mam, used more in my life!You don’t always hear good reviews only bad things so I wanted to share. ❤️ I would love for this to reach their parents so they can know they did a wonderful job raising them.I have no idea their names but I thought the shift they worked might help

Went to Krispy Kreme through drive thru there was such a sweet young lady named Mercy. When I got to the window I was greeted with a big smile and when I tried to give her a tip she told me to keep my money and that my smile was the only tip she needed. Such a sweet girl I will definitely come back!!

I lost 80 lbs several years ago and guess what broke my spirit? Yes, Krispy kreme. Gained all of it back. How can I possibly blame willpower? Its Krispy kreme and it tasted better than being skinny felt! I should one star them tho.

Everybody loves doughnuts! They make the best! We always stop there when we take our dog to the vet in MS. We always grab a dozen for the vets office and a dozen or 2 to bring home. Yum!

Always in and out in under like 3min. I think they wait on me longer to decide what I want then them ringing me up.The selection changes a lot, great easy price and good service makes this a hot spot!
