My mom is 90 years old, but still drives. Last week CVS pharmacy told her on two different occasions that her prescriptions were ready. Both times she drove there only to find the prescriptions were not ready. The second time they asked her to park and wait in her car for 30 minutes. She reminded them she is 90 and was not going to do that, and she went into store to wait. Pharmacy and store staff were very rude to her. This was July 1st. Today I called and prescriptions still were not ready.

My experience today was awful. I called to make sure 2 of my over the counter mess could be picked up at the window. Had some pick my prescriptions on yesterday, but these other 2 over the counter med were forgotten. The same pharmacist who gave me my covid vaccine. Told me no, I had to come in. I have covid that was impossible I thought. Feeling really rough at this point. He never even suggested other ways to help my situation. We need help! This is why we come to pharmacy. My money has gone to this place for years

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I cant say any of the staff are rude because they are not. Now if you want to talk about competency, you better find another pharmacy. I have yet to get medicine filled correctly. I take the same medicines every month and every month its something different with these folks down at the CVS pharmacy. They offer to put me on a sync so i can get all my prescriptions at the same time and i thought that was great. That way I only have to make one trip a month, but thats been a few months ago and they cant seem to get that right. I have had to ask where one of my prescription is every single time I have been there because every time i go one is missing. They tell me they can fill it and to come back later that afternoon. I hate making unnecessary trips and they keep me running back and forth to pick up medicine. They even offered to put me on a 90 day supply to even further slow down my trips to the pharmacy but I havent heard anything else about that and I am still getting the 30 day supply. I will wait and see if one day they can get me all my medicines at the same time and then i will bring up the 90 day supply issue. They just cant seem to get anything right. Do yourself a favor and save the headache, find a better pharmacy. My insurance wanted me to use this pharmacy but tomorrow i will be looking into a different pharmacy.

Prescription dept is the absolute worse! They tell you your prescription is ready multiple times and it never is. They always have some excuse. Plan on going several times and waiting for an hour before anyone will respond. Very unprofessional.

When I asked the cashier, Tristen, about why is the price for the CVS brand MOIST HEAT COMPRESS is cheaper on their website, he had no clue, so I asked him if they price match. He quitely said no.WHY NOT.

Whoever the cashier girl is on the second register ALWAYS gives me issues but today took the cake. I dont know her name but she needs to find herself a job somewhere not dealing with the public. She examines coupons while making up rules she THINKS are accurate. Ive been couponing for over a year now and I know the coupon policy. All of these cashiers need to be properly trained on coupon usage. The girl was not wearing a name tag. I need someone to contact me.Edit: I found out her name.PAIGE. Well PAIGE needs to find a new job..

Absolutely the worst pharmacy on the coast. They have let me run out of meds without an ounce of concern. Still couldnt tell me when they will be restocked.

In the pharmacy there is a women there named Sandy. Very rude and disrespectful. She should not be theré at all. When I went up to the counter to tell her about the mix up of my meds. She flipped out on me and even broke my hippa by talking to the other customer about me. The other customer was a male and threaten me. I will never step back in that store again and I would warn anybody else thats going in there for pharmacy to find a different pharmacy.

I called in the morning and spoke with a lady about a hard-to-find item telling her I didnt want to drive over for it if they no longer stock it. She let me know they do, what isle to find it on, and bonus, the price (even though I didnt ask).When I drove over to pick it up, the service was top notch. I was greeted when I walked in and the cashier, Victoria, remembered speaking to me about the item. She was friendly and efficient.You cant find good service many places these days, so I appreciate it when I do, and like to make sure to recognize them for it.

I have no complaints about the store or any of the staff! They are always friendly and helpful! The problem is with the pharmacy! There is this guy, who is not a pharmacist, he is a tech and is extremely rude. Unfortunately, he is ALWAYS THERE! I dont understand why he chooses to work where customer service is so important, when he clearly gets agitated when people speak to him. All you have to do is treat people with kindness......I will be changing pharmacies due to this guy.

They were willing to help me on a weekend when I couldnt get a hold of my physician for a refill on my blood pressure medication. I was 3 days without it and feeling terrible. They pulled out all the stops to get me my meds! Special about out to Tasha!

Most times when I call the pharmacy they do not answer. I have literally waited on the phone 10 minutes and still did not get an answer. When I make visits in person, the customer service isnt bad at all. The wait is usually long but most of the time their attitudes are pleasant.

Im 45. Decided to quit smoking today. Went to get some nicorette at this wonderful place. The girl at the counter asked for my id. Normally I have it but for some reason, today I didnt. Granted, an id is required to buy tobacco products. Im 45. Do I not look to be at least 18 to buy a product to quit smoking? I went home, got my id, and went to a different pharmacy for help. They were great. Use some common sense lady.

I use this pharmacy all the time and the workers are always friendly. Working with the public myself, I see that people often say something only when something bothered them that one visit, but wont say anything good about the other 200 visits theyve had.

Although some of the counter help is more than friendly, there is a woman manager up front that is about as friendly as a vicious pitbull. You should feel honored to have her stand up from her chair, knave!

This pharmacy is very chaotic and not managed well. Some of the staff are friendly and professional but some are not which brings the overall experience to a low. Also, when I have a prescription that I hand to the pharmacist and he doesnt know what it is I would at least appreciate it if he ask for a little time to do a quick research. I took the prescription to another pharmacy where all of the staff knew what the medication was and informed me that they could order it and have it the next morning. This was very pleasing. It makes me wonder when the pharmacist doesnt know about a medication but the entire staff knows at another pharmacy. I had an incident where I was misinformed about some information by the pharmacy and was told to look into it. It was a prescription discount card. I was very appreciative. However, I did have to call back a few times because I couldnt pull the information necessary each time out of the staff to complete the task. On my next to last call to them I was given a huge sigh and told that when I call there that I am taking out their time. My reply? I will be taking my business elsewhere. Their reply? Okay! They dont care. I hung up and called the actual discount card company and discovered that I had been given erroneous information and couldnt use the card. It had been rejecting and it was a reason that I had to be calling several times. I, then, called AGAIN to inform them of this fact so that they would not convey this information to other patients and also so that they would know that I wouldnt have gone through all of this had I not been given the incorrect information. Believe me, I would not have wanted to waste my time like this. I will say that I the last time I spoke with a lovely lady named Sandy who was very nice and apologetic for the way that I had been treated which was unprofessional. Actually, she gave me the erroneous information. I do not blame her. She thought that this was correct and I thanked her for trying to save me money and doing a good thing. I asked for a pharmacy manager. No, there is no pharmacy manager on staff on the weekends. Well, could this be why there is such chaos and loss of professionalism? I dont know but this could have all been just a good laugh at a crazy, whirlwind day but, instead, I talked to staff who didnt want to waste time. I can say this. Why? Ive worked many, many years in oral surgery and dentistry and Ive always treated every patient with utmost respect and never once acted as if or told them that they were wasting my time. Misunderstandings happen and misinformation happens but staff in this type of setting should always be professional or go somewhere else to work if they cant handle it!

Pharmacist name “Jerry” complained about my doctor who wrote prescription entire time I was there; this guy is definitely NOT customer friendly. Also, their phone appears to be broken being I can never get through to pharmacy.

Had to fill a prescription for my son. They told me it would be ready at 1. I went after my son got up from his nap at 1:45 and they said it would be another 30 minutes if I wanted to wait...while holding my clearly sick child. Rediculous. I left and never plan on filling a prescription at a CVS again.

I went to CVS in ocean springs to coupon on the deal where you spend 30 dollars and recieve 10 dollar extra buck. Apparently, the cashier did my transaction wrong and I end up paying more than I should. Also, I did not received my extrabuck rewards. I brought it to the manager attention when I realized what had happened. However, the manager kept telling me to call 1-800-shop-cvs and that they would explain the situation about my transaction. She seems uninterested in helping me with this issue and gave me awful customer service. I end up going to diberville CVS where they assist and helped me resolve my problem. I am NEVER going back to Ocean Springs CVS. The manager Christy, Crissy or whatever her name is had a bad attitude. WORST service EVER!

Closing at 3pm on 1/16/18 is inexcusable and unexceptable when there was clearly no inclement weather insight it was 48 degrees at 425 pm when I pulled in the parking lot and now on 1/17/18 @ 920am And sunshiny day and the store is still closed the pharmacy across the street Ocean Springs Discount Pharmacy was opened yesterday and this morning I guess from now on I will go there knowing they will be opened even when it’s raining

Absolutely terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I had a couple basic questions about my sons prescription and the guy was so rude to me. Every time I use this pharmacy they give me problems and are not nice at all. I will be going across the street from now on.

There is always some problem with this pharmacy. Either they dont have a Rx in stock and dont bother to call you, dont process drug loyalty cards even though they are on file, etc. Customer service is horrendous. The problem is that Rite Aid is no better. Ive gotten other peoples prescriptions from them.
