Customer service is horrible, nearly every time I’ve been in this store! Many times I’ve went out of the way just to go to a different location to use my fuel rewards simply because of the numerous experiences with rude cashiers! It doesn’t take much effort to speak and say, “hello”, and “thank you”. Those should be minimum requirements of the corporation, in my opinion...

Car wash damaged my vehicle. Called the store to report the damage. The lady was rude, was of 0 assistance and hung up on me. Called back to find out details about speaking with a manager. The same lady answered, told me she was busy and she cannot help me then hung up on me again.

My Fuel Rewards card does not always work at this store.
