Everything you need to smell good and for your home to smell good. Its my all time favorite store at very great prices too.

Went in looking for a certain candle not knowing it wasnt a all year candle. The staff was so helpful in helping me find a great substitute. They even suggested some other possible solutions and I liked all the candles they told me about and was able to make a selection. It was nice to see all the new and different fragrances.

Inside the mall, its actually a really nice shop! They have everything youd expect to find in this chain. Its very clean and well organized, which cant be said about all of its sister stores around the area.The mall they are in is pretty dead and has seen better days, but this location is still good. Staff is very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were having a sale on the mists for only $5 a bottle. I didnt grab any this visit as I still have a few at home I need to work through before buying more.Overall: A+Clean and well organized with friendly staff!

Always love this place. Great sales and smells.

There was 5 sales floor associates and they where to pushing and following you around like you where stealing or something and then putting candles at your nose.

On Sunday it opens at 12:00 noon not 11am please change the time

This was my first time to this location. I will be back again and again. The customer service was phenomenal. From the moment you enter the store, you are greeted by a staff member. All staff was ready to assist. Social distancing guidelines were followed, but staff still made it a fun & safe shopping environment. I usually go to Mall at Millenia location, but this is my new go to.

I have alway liked this store, however, it went up to the next level today💕. They require all customers to use hand sanitizer when they enter...you fill a paper bag with your product, no longer reusable. There are social distancing signs and directional arrows. They were vigilant in cleaning testers and product. The check out counter and credit card machines were cleaned after each customer. They are very friendly and helpful. I explained the type of products I needed due to a sensitivity and they showed me the perfect selections! It is my favorite location and a I a number of options to choose from. Thank you for keeping your customers safe💕💕

Very nice associates. Great bundle deals if you go during a sale. I went to purchase a lotion for myself as Ill be traveling but dont like to take any expensive colognes (less weight on my luggage & avoids it from breaking). Their lotions/mens fragrance r very well scented... I wound up buying gifts for fathers day coming up (hint hint), and even surprised my wife w a body splash plus a lotion for travel. All 8oz btw. It was buy 3 get 3 free!! Ultimately saved & got a head start on n gifts! They also offer complimentary gift wrap. See pic below.

Havent been to a bath and body works in a while but I am glad I came. They are so helpful and have great suggestions for what might be the perfect gift. I came here for a secret santa gift and have found exactly what I was looking for. The location is very convenient and the malls itself is nice. So many deals and varieties of gifts I couldnt choose. Everyting smells great looks great. Perfect place for gifts for christmas if you are shopping for women.

Im a fan of this store. Its always kept neatly and store associates are always making sure its clean and things are in where they should be. Always know exactly where what I am looking for at the time is. The only negative is I hate how the items change so often.

Theres no centralized ac, I dont appreciate the portable ac. They were out of stock of a whole line of aromatherapy, its just a bad representation of what this store should be.
