Love Original Mattress Factory! This was our fourth set that we have purchased over 30 years.We have always found their service and quality excellent. We have sent family members who have also been very satisfied. We purchased our last mattress set on Wednesday evening and it was delivered on Friday morning. Hard to beat that service!

We ordered 3 beds and so far, it has been a great experience! Weve had the beds for just 3 weeks, but they are comfortable and the customer service cant be beat. From Peter in the store (who is very knowledgable) to Matthew and Irve who delivered the mattresses, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

I know they make a well-constructed mattress because we bought one years ago. However our price point is much less than what they have to offer.

Customer service is good but the product is defective. We bought a mattress. Just 4 days later we noticed body impressions. I called the store. Troy came out. He did his inspection and measuring. They took the mattress. Made repairs and returned it a day later. Problem was not solved. They replaced the defective mattress with a new one. We thought the problem was solved. The new mattress did the same thing in 4 days. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE ORIGINAL MATTRESS FACTORY. I do not recommend them. We are stuck with a mattress that is extremely uncomfortable.

Bought another box springs and some pillows for our spare BR, they are always so helpful and the prices are great.

Love Original Mattress factory. We have bought multiple beds from them, always stress free and their sales people have anyways been helpful and non pushy.

Have purchased mattresses from them since 1998 and they never disappoint. Good outfit, excellent mattresses...twin, full and queen size.

Very disappointed! It makes me sick that I spent $3,000 on something, and I hate it. I bought a mattress with an adjustable base- the base broke after 3 days. It was under warranty (thank goodness), but its a hassle dealing with the (rude) manufacturer of the base to get it fixed. The mattress itself is quite uncomfortable. My old $400 mattress was a lot more comfortable, and of course - no returns. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
