A+ service from Daniel and the crew at Tires Plus. We were towing our travel trailer recently through Florida and got a low pressure alert. Found a screw in one trailer tire. Called around and nobody had the tire in stock and every place was unwilling to patch except for Tires Plus. They got us in without a wait and got us back on the road in thirty minutes. The patch is still good after another 2,000 miles on the road. Good, affordable work. Thanks, gentlemen. You saved the kids trip to Disney!

Let me start by saying My total experience with this location was superb from start to finish. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the Sales Teammate Theresa McMillan and she provided the friendliest customer service ever. I was kinda in a panic when I arrived but the manager Jeff reassured me that everything was going to fine. The tires that I needed was out of stock, Jeff found them at another location and had a courier bring them to his location (Wow). Oh and another plus for me was, with Covid lurking around, these guys made sure when they were in your car they were masked up. Thank you Pererst (Tech) for doing that. This is why I gave this location 5 STARS.....Thanks again.

First time using them and I must say they have A plus customer service! Brought my vehicle in to have one tire looked at and replaced if needed...come to find I actually needed all 4 replaced. (I knew it was time but wasnt looking forward to spending the money honestly lol)The manager called me and gave me a breakdown of my tires condition. He worked with me on the price along with an alignment since I wasnt expecting the bad news. I greatly appreciate their service and will definitely use them again and again! They are top notch in my book!!

Absolutely disappointed with the service...brought my car in for an alignment, they called me informing/suggesting a couple of things, Ive authorized air cabin filter and air engine filter change, I was informed about the parts price only and it was charged for labor too.... I understand that theres labor to be charged when you change tires and fix the engine or other parts...but labor to change air filter?? Plus, the alignment, that was the service I most needed, wasnt done because they couldnt get an authorization in a supposedly necessary buy of a new tire ( I have bought a new tire in this store a week ago...and no suggestion was never made about a second tire). Sad. Just sad the way some business try to take advantage of their customers. Do not stop by. Take your business somewhere else.Marcio Saraiva

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Walked in during a storm, with an email confirmation for my appointment to have my tire fixed. The woman in the front told me that an email confirmation does not mean I have an appointment, it means they will call to confirm. No where in the email does it state that you have to wait for a confirmation call. I work 9-5 and don’t keep an eye on my cellphone and I must of missed the call that I did not know was needed to confirm my appointment. She did not offer to book another appointment at a different time. She berated the woman who was there before me when she asked a question about her tax, while trying to check out. I needed to have my two front tires replaced and now I’m glad I can take my business else where as I would not want to support a business who treats customers like they are pests. Stay away from this place, the Pep Boys down the road on Good Homes Road has a friendly staff who will book you an appointment or even squeeze you in if needed.

My service was pretty quick and they even added air to my tires and washer fluid for no extra cost! Those guys were so nice! I’ll definitely be going back.

Multi service mechanic. They have lots of tires on-site and will go out of their way to get something not on-site sometimes even the same day. They often have specials for things like alignment warranty and are very respectful of individual budgets. Staff is really helpful and they service most other repairs and maintenance needs. They are also supportive of the community. I first found them using a coupon through a school fund raiser and am now a loyal customer. Right across 50 from Walmart in Ocoee.

I went in for 4 new tires, an alignment and an oil change. The gentleman I spoke to by the name of Daniel was very kind, professional and knowledgeable in explaining the issues with my van, what the issues are/could cause down the line, and also what the pricing entails. I appreciated the time he took to ensure I understood some of the mechanics of the maneuverability of my van and why getting the things done will help the health of it in the long run. Everyone I encountered overall were pleasant and professional. I did like the fact that they were not as busy so it was easier to social distance as well. This particular location is also much larger in space as others Ive been too which really is a plus!

I went for new tires that was excellent. But when tying to get an alignment it was a hassle. They told me that I needed 2 pages worth of parts to be able to get a alignment done when I took care of all the parts on the list then they had another problem with one of the parts I changed then I changed that again because it wasn’t up to their standards. Then finally got the alignment. Then they told me that The caster and camber was not aligned and needed shims that they didn’t have so they told me that they would have order it and call me on Monday and never did. It’s been a week already.

Michael is a wizard at repairing patches. Damon provided the best customer service I have received in a long time. Tire Plus is now my first choice when having tire or any other car issue. It was a true pleasure doing business there.

Took my car in with a nail in tire. Was told that with the position the nail went into the tire that a patch would not hold and that I needed to replace the tire. I choose to take to another tire place where they were able to patch with no problem. Instead of $300 for a new tire, I paid $22 for a patch.

Came here a while back, i had a nail in my tire and wanted a patch. The tire had a lot of thread left, the man behind the counter said they can’t do it for some odd reason and they didn’t have my size in stock. With no spare in my truck. The man wanted to put the nail back in the tire luckily a cool worker still patched the tire and i never had a issue with the tire again... in my opinion they rather sell you there new tires than a quick patch... now i go to a mom and pop tire shop that never gives me problems.

Tires plus staff were friendly and prompt when scheduling and completing tire replacement and balancing. Problem was they just couldn’t get my wheels properly balanced. I am currently on my second trip since getting new tires. Both long distance trips have been spent vibrating down the road due to poor tire balancing. We brought the car back before this trip to get the balancing fixed but we have no improvement. I think the installed tire is defective since I have never seen a stack of weights six deep.

I feel like the technicians here are ignorant to some degree. I came in for two tires to be replaced on my Model 3. They took it into the bay almost immediately. I waited for am hour and when I came out the new tires were on the front of the car? They have all these posted signs and documentation around having new tires to help with hydroplaning especially here in Florida. When I confronted the salesman apparently their tech missed the note about the rotation. Im confused how you miss something thats a common practice.This probably means that for most vehicles they are cutting these types of corners if they cant handle simple things. I would highly recommend if you come here to be aware of the work being done to your vehicle and/or bringing someone with basic car knowledge with you to help refute some of their claims.

Had an 11 am appointment. Arrived 30 minutes early. At 11:45 they still had not touched my car for a simple alignment. The alignment bay sat idle the whole time I was there. I was told twice that I was next in line, but they took walk ups before me. One woman who walked up was quoted the same 2-hour wait that I was quoted with an appointment. While there, I observed John was extremely rude to other customers. While improperly wearing his own mask (leaving his nose exposed) John yelled at a female customers who didnt wear a mask. He told her that he was high risk and that he wouldnt deal with you if youre not wearing a mask. What a big man John is! I noted that he didnt have the balls to say that to me. Extremely bad experience.

All I need to say is that my experience screams either lack of knowledge of the technicians/mechanics or possibly in the worse case FRAUD. From the beginning, something smelled very wrong. I went in for a squeaky a/c belt replacement and had been recommended to replace a dry power steering belt as well. I was fine with that, Though I originally did not have an issue with this. They replaced the belts and after about four days started to squeak. I planned to return on my day off believing the issue to be an improper tightened belt. Before that occurred, the belt shredded while my wife was driving. Upon returning to this Tires Plus, they replaced the shredded belt but claimed that the rack and pinion needed to be replaced (Which they claimed caused the the belt to shred) at more than $1,100 plus steering pump, alignment, and labor was estimated at over $2,000! I had no problems prior to the visit, so I decided to get a second opinion with a 5 star rated mechanic who I usually use 40 minutes away for a second opinion. They evaluated everything and found NOTHING WRONG withe rack and pinion. They determined that the belt was initially improperly placed! Like a terminal medical diagnosis, its best to get a second opinion! You imagine if I went through with this Rack and Pinion replacement! I would have wasted a lot of money when there was nothing wrong with my vehicle other than an old a/c belt! We all trust mechanics, but that trust can cost you a HUGE chunk of your wallet.

Please do yourself a favor and find another location or company. It took them 5 hours to do a simple inspection on my car. I called them twice for an update and they said they would call me right back. I had to call back and ask them to let me pick up my vehicle. Not only the service was terrible, but the communication was also poor. I went to location on Kirkman before and had a good experience there. I do not recommend this location and I should have read all of the other poor reviews before going!!!!

I fixed my tire of my truck RAM 1500 with leak but after the leak came again I returned my truck in Tires Plus W Colonial Dr in Ocoee, FL and after examination I received free one new tier without cost! I was surprised and happy with professional attitude of manager and Tires Plus! Thank you for reliable and professional service!

Came in for a check engine light. I paid over $1000 for a car inspection and for recommended replacement of parts and to fix the issue. After picking up my car the check engine light came on again the next day and I had to bring my car back. So the parts I paid for I didn’t really need because that wasn’t the issue. They apparently missed something else. I shouldn’t have to pay over $1000 for parts I don’t need and them to miss something completely different. Didn’t do a thorough inspection the first time around. I would go elsewhere.Edit: Check engine like came on TWO more times. I had to keep bringing my car back because the issue still wasn’t fixed. I called corporate and got a refund on all the parts. It came on a third time and I’ll be going elsewhere. Again, I would avoid going here!

Jeff the manager was extremely helpful in resolving my car issues. Brought me out to the service area and indicated the areas of concern on my car. Offered to work with me on a time to return my car for repair. Great service manager: friendly, great customer service and sympathetic to my needs.

People make an appointment for a reason. After 2hrs and 15min the car was not touched. Its hard not to get upset when the guy tells you that your car is going back soon on 2 different occasions and it doesnt. I realize things get delayed but just be honest and tell people. I left and will find somewhere else to take my business.

Total lack of organization and respect for the customer. Tried to get an appointment twice, both via phone and via website. After waiting a week, twice, they say there’s no appointment for me. How can a company possibly survive this way?

There is a Tires Plus a few minutes away from my house, but I drive out of my way JUST to go to this Ocoee location everytime. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and patient. Especially Jeff, the manager, who took the time to talk through every detail of the inspection and suggestions for what needed to be done. He was/they were completely honest with me and suggested options that would be best, not only the ones that would make them money. Fantastic staff and service!! I’ve been loyal to this location for years and I will continue to be! Thank you!!

Beyond great customer service! If I could give 10 stars I would! I had a flat tire in DeLand and coasted in to the closest tire shop (Pep Boys), which was a huge mistake! After waiting for 3 hours, I was told they couldn’t help me because I needed a certain high performance tire that wasn’t in stock. I had to wait another 2 hours for AAA to tow my vehicle back to Ocoee. In the meantime, my husband was working with Mike at Tires Plus, who was able to quickly order and pick up the exact tires needed for my car and his team even stayed past their closing time of 10pm to wait for AAA to drop off my vehicle. They not only replaced two bad tires, but also took the time to do a much needed alignment. They could have easily told us to come back the next day, but chose to stay late to help us! They saved us so much time and money (and headache)! We will never get our tires anywhere else! Thanks for going above and beyond Mike! We really appreciate you and your team!

GO TO ADVANCE AUTOMOTIVE ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THIS STORE. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT AND THEY HAVE WAY BETTER SERVICES AND PRICES. Me and my father have been doing business here for a while. I took my car up there for them to plug one of my tires, they have done this several times for me in the past. They refused to plug the tire, said it’s “no longer in their policy”. They said I needed new tires, i told them to put the 2 new tires on then. I was highly upset. The manager there even refused to give me corporates number, ended up refusing to give me business, and ended up taking the tires off my car. Do not come to this shop. It’s a waste of time and they just want your money.

I made an appointment to bring my daughters car in on a Sunday at 11 o’clock. My husband got there with the car and he was told it was going to be a two hour wait to do an alignment even though we had an appointment. There were no cars in the alignment bay ahead of us. A lady walked in off the street and said she needed something done to her car and they told her it would be a two hour wait. What is the point in making an appointment if it’s going to be a two hour wait? My husband called a tires plus at a different location and asked are they the same way. He was told that if you have an appointment you are priority over someone that doesn’t and they would have him in and out in 45 minutes. This disappointed me greatly because I have been a customer here for many years and have taken all of my cars here to get realigned. Seems like management and workers are different than they were a few years ago.

DO NOT COME HERE! THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS ! I had the worst experience coming here. All I needed was an oil change and it took 3 hours for them to do it. Even when I scheduled an APPOINTMENT at 12 pm. I left this place at 3pm. That’s not even the worst part, the mechanics stole my prescription medication that cost me 102$. It was left in the middle console between the driver and passenger seat and when I got back in my car after they finished it was GONE. I went back and spoke with the manager he said there’s nothing they can do but ask the mechanics. Of course everyone there said they didn’t take it. So I waited 3 hours for an oil change and for my medication to be stolen. Do you seriously think in this day and age that somebody will own up to stealing a customer medication! I will never come back here and I highly suggest you take your business somewhere else unless you want your things stolen.

I will only go to this location because the customer service is excellent! They are quick and do a great job. Todd always has a great attitude and makes sure you have a great experience.

Went in after work at 540 with a nail in my tire and it was leaking air fast was turned away saying they could not help same day because they closed at 7 and couldn’t get me in, all they offered was to put more air in it.

Very disappointed. I’ve been going there for years but not anymore. I’ve bought at least three sets of tires for my cars over the years. Brakes service. I’ve done alignments on my cars etc.My daughter goes to school in Tallahassee and she also bought tires from tires plus there. She was in town needed a new battery for her car. She went there to buy a battery. They charged $30 to “install” the battery. Everywhere you go they sell you the battery and they put it in the car for you.The total charge was $190 plus taxes( not included)I normally don’t write bad reviews but this is my daughter andI feel they took advantage of her because she is inexperienced. By the way I paid for it !!!!lol.

Honestly, I wasn’t going to leave a good review at first but upon looking back at the whole situation, they do indeed deserve a 5 star review.Yes I did spend about 9 long hours sitting there waiting for them to complete work on my truck (I could have made arrangements for a ride home, so the waiting wasn’t an issue after looking back) HOWEVER....they went above & beyond to make sure my truck was safe & reliable. The mechanic & Todd even stayed 2 hours after they closed to insure my truck was put back together properly & was drive worthy! I could have called someone for a ride home earlier in the day but it was my day off so I chose to stay. I now know my truck is safe though!! Thank you so much to Todd & Albert!! I’m not scared to drive my truck & I will definitely be back for future auto repairs at Tires Plus in Ocoee!

I got a nail on my way back home from Orlando.They stayed an hour past closing time, got me set up with 4 new tires, could not have been friendlier or more professional. Michael took the time to explain all my options, made recommendations and answered all my questions.I was completely blown away and am very grateful I was able to get home only a few hours late. So far I got my tire repaired here. I dropped it off and was greeted by the store Manager Jeff-which has great customer service, professional and easy to talk with. Only reason I am giving this 4/5 stars because once I picked it up my coolant was empty -they forgot to mention this important factor before turning on my car, so I had to get this looked at and repaired the next day by my mechanic. There seems to be a lot of business at this location which means they must treat their customers well so I will return to get my tire needs met here. They have a good leader Jeff to make me want to come back and give them business.

They don’t check what’s in stock before taking appointments and make you wait 5 hours with no time estimate or update. You will waste your day. Todd the manager isn’t apologetic, just blames the other staff instead of owning the incompetence. You’re better off going to Walmart or any other tire place.

Good people, I worked with a man named Todd F. He worked with me on prices and times. He did his best to accommodate me and make my visit as quick as possible. Highly recommend to speak with him. Though appointments are highly recommended. Do your best to not walk in.

I went here directly after my hurricane because it was the only place open to get my tire fixed. I had them also do a oil change. Both of those things were done well. BUT they also said I needed a new battery. I said no to that. Thank GOD. I went to another auto store today to get my battery checked. My battery newly bought was 470 charged. It was only at 420 today when they checked it. Very angry at the staff here. WOULD NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING MAJOR AT ALL.

Amazing experience. They close at 7 and I show at at 5:30 with a staple in my tire. It wasnt fixable given where the staple was located. They called around found my tire which is a special size and had someone go pick it up and deliver it to the store. Special shout out to Todd whom made everything possible. Tireplus in Ocoee, they are all scam artists. they take advantage of customers that have no mechanic knowledge. I have been a long time customer of them for over 5 years and theyve recommended some really expensive things be replaced on my 2011 Nissan Rogue over the years. ive always trusted and went with their recommendations until now. The last straw for me was today. I spent $500.00 on 4 new tires for my daughters 2015 Nissan Sentra and two months later (April) I take the car in for an oil change and they suggest the two front tires of the car be replaced. I reminded them that I had just purchased 4 new tires from them 2 months ago. Then Jeff says to me that oh i see the car has alot of dents on the bumper so something on the structure of the car shifted and the tires are not sitting correctly on the road, which causes the tires to go bad. He then proceeded to quote me $214.00 for 2 new tires for the front of the car. He also suggested the LOWER CONTROL ARMS- LEFT & RIGHT be replaced which would cost $800.00 & the RIGHT FRONT WHEEL BEARING also needed to be replaced which would cost $330.00. I informed him that was done by Advanced Auto a few months ago and they said nothing is wrong with the front wheel bearing. Jeff also said to me that they make recommendations of work to be done based on the mileage of the vehicle and that they dont actually check the parts to see if they really need to be replaced. He also made a comment to me oh I see you have the Tireplus credit card so you can put it on your card. I will not be returning to them. I also plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau to report the fraudulent activities of this business. Shame on TIREPLUS IN OCOEE!!!

Went there to try to get a tire patched. The tire was already off and I was willing to mount the tire back on the car. All I wanted was a patch and the guy tried to charge me $45. Save your money, go down the road to Crawford Tire. I ended up getting a used tire mounted on the car for about $20.

I visited this store for a noise I had in my car. I was greeted and helped personally by the store manager named Jeffery. Great customer service and environment! They fixed it in no time. I always say that when a store runs smoothly and the employees seem they are enjoying their work, that is definetly good leadership. 👍👍 for that store manager!

Walk in the door. Three people sitting there looking at a computer screen, the woman looks me right in the face, then turns back to the screen, theyre finishing up the Chuckle section. The woman walks to the other screen and types away like Im not standing there. After a few seconds the gentleman looks at me and instead off asking can i help you? I get a a Yeah? Really?????????. I know this might fall on deaf ears but my car actually broke down the block. I made it there and was gonna ask if they could repair it BUT. Im getting it towed from there. APPRECIATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great price for new, replacement tires, and fairly quick service. The management reps. at the front desk were welcoming, humerous, and personable...providing alternative service information/recommendations when walk in customers without appointments were in a rush and couldnt wait. Went yesterday to get our car fixed. Had a few hiccups but taken care of by Todd. He was very attentive as he could be. It was a bit busy. Worst experience ever! They know how to hook you up with “free brakes inspection”. They are extremely expensive and the job is not of good quality. They said that the engine air filter of my car needed to be changed. When I check it myself at home,it was misplaced! And not only that, it was new!!!! They still said I need to change it. Finally, after that brakes inspection, they give me the car keys back and they didn’t know how to close the hood!!! What kind of mechanics these people have! And don’t fall for the trick of their credit car. You can’t even make payments in their establishments. They only accept cash for those.Conclusion: They are a rip off!!! I don’t recommend it. Spend your money wisely. Don’t waste it with these people.

Entered store, waited 10 to 15 minutes, was never greeted, all I could hear were service manager and technician yelling about a tire that was not to be installed on a mini Cooper. I left. If they could care less to greet a new customer I can only imagine they could care less about taking good care of your vehicle. Will not return to this tires plus again.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Took my vehicle for a front end alignment and was told the cost would be $89.99. Was not told I would have to pay for labor and parts (materials) to perform the work. I assumed when you have a front end alignment performed that all of the labor and materials to perform the service are included in the cost of the front end alignment. Apparently not so at this store! I ended up paying for the alignment ($89.99), the shims to perform the alignment work ($63.43), as well as labor ($156.55) for a total cost of $245.96. WOW! Thats a good way to make money and provide great service. (By the way, Butch did an excellent job).

Please have always Road Hazard warranty for each tire. I am sharing pictures of my tire just few hours ago driving near by Altamonte Mall going east, it is a road working area and my tire got hit by nails. It’s a huge damage. I came right into my Tire Plus service in Ocoee and what a relief Road Hazard warranty covered 100%

The Techs take the time to explain everything to you and give you honest opinions. The timing belt on my car broke and I had it towed there. They told me the cost and gave me options. They held on to my car for me til I made my decision which took a couple of days. They also try to find any coupons that may help save you money on the services you need to have done. Been a customers od this location for a while and dont see a need to switch.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I just took my car a week ago for $1,000 of repairs for an alternator and battery-- the battery light never turned off! Everything in the car turns off as I am driving. Its worse than before. I have the same problem I went in for and spent $1,000.

Honestly customer is subpar and very untimely with services. Constantly delay service and overpriced for horrible service.

I do not like to pay to do things to my cars as I live working on them, so believe me when I say I do not mind taking my cars here, it is worth it and they are awesome at the front counter.They even work with you on picking up your car after they close.

Jim & his staff has always exemplified courteous customer service. Never experienced a problem after repairs have been made.Ive been doing business at this location for many years!

The front desk was excellent with customer service. The back end head mechanic it very unpleasant and unprofessional. But the prices are very responsible.

This is my favorite repair shop I bring all my cars to. They are extremely thorough and friendly. I come to this location everytime I need an oil change or there is a problem with my cars. I would highly recommend this location, very good experience everytime.

Not a good experience been my first time there. Broth my car for a set of new tires and alignment. Left the vehicle and went back to work. They called my around 10am to tell me my car was ready. Came to pick it up to find that was completely unaligned and with a bad tire pressure sensor. Worst service.

First off, I am a Mechanical Engineer by trade. My 2008 Honda Civic does not have a factory recommended camber value, only Toe and Caster. That being said, the techs said my Honda was out of spec and needed to have a camber adjustment kit installed. These kits are for vechicles that have had their suspension modified, not for factory setup. These would also void all warrantys by Honda. Also it was recommended to replace the spark plugs (less that 10k miles on them), flush the coolant (~5k miles), and replace the struts (again, less than 20k on them). All in all, it was $2200 in unneeded and unwarranted recommendations. Tires Plus is a scam, never will do business with again. For shame.
