In my previous review I noted some minor issues that led to an undesirable experience. I’ve since had a conversation with the staff at this branch in which they made an extremely helpful effort to understand my concerns that led to this experience and have proposed systems and solutions to eliminate these issues going forward. I have to say that I’m highly impressed with the management staff’s ability to understand the customer’s concerns and implement changes to improve the experience and customer relationship going forward. I’m very optimistic that I will continue to have great interactions with this staff and receive high quality care for the foreseeable future. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch and it’s staff for any eye care needs or assistance!

From the time I came in until left and came back to pick up my glasses the staff was amazing! They were really informative and friendly answered all of my questions or concerns. They are affordable and I recommend any and everyone to them! If I could give them 10 stars I would. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Finally an awesome Eye Dr. Umar Ahmed was really nice and listen to all my concerns! Definitely making sure we keep going back. The girls helping me choose my glasses where awesome! Definitely recommend!!

The experience was astutely amazing from the exam up to the purchase of my eyeglasses. Yes, the wait time for my glasses to be processed took a little longer than usual, but the wait was worth it!I do have an addendum though, they did struggle to at least let me know or keep me up to speed on the progress of my glasses. I hope they improve on that quality.Going to keep the 9 years of service at Pearle Vision going regardless!

They are very kind. Faith is the best. She is accommodating to your schedule and if your unable to make the appointment she will help you reschedule. She is the best. Dr. Ahemed is very thorough. He explains everything that he does and makes you feel very comfortable. If he feels like there is something he can’t deal with he will send you to a specialist. He treats you like your family. I recommend anyone to go there.

I am not too happy with my prescription. My glasses do not feel comfortable, and the lenses are not tight in the frame, making a raddle noise all the time.Although they gave me a time for my appointment, I had to wait a lot.Update:After my previews review, they called me and went above and beyond to fix the problem. Everything was because of the frame, and they let me exchange it. After a week, I got my new prescription, and now they are perfect.

I had a great experience at the Ocoee Pearl Vision. I was greeted as I walked in the door, Faith assisted me with the information I needed. Brandon helped with preparing my glasses with the right prescription. The Doctor was excellent!!

Awesome staff, the weekend crew from tech to doctor were absolutely fabulous. Clean, brand new facility.We had a couple hiccups along the way - after the appointment - with communication.However, the great customer service by Kim and Brandon in Ocoee was the saving grace! This was a new location working out some issues and they went above and beyond to provide great resolution to everything!

Very polite staff, helped find out insurance info to save us the hassle. Great selection of frames and additional discounts to help if your plan doesn’t cover second pair.

As soon as I walked into the store the receptionist was extremely nice and held a lovely conversation until it was time to see my eye doctor!My experience here was a 10/10!!
