My first time coming here and it was a perfect experience! The staff were all personable and professional. The entire time I was there I observed the staff cleaning every surface. Dr. Rangel was amazing! His care and concern for my well-being was much appreciated! I can tell he cares about his patients. Thank you all for a great visit.

I made an appointment, they took every available precaution to keep all costumers and employees safe! Staff were professional and respectable! I only had to wait a few minutes to see the doctor. He was professional, he was quick, and pleasant to speak. My experience was positive and will recommend to friends and family!

I’m not sure about everyone else, but I’ve been a customer for a few years. I wear glasses and wear contacts. Doc is super nice and makes sure I get the best contacts for my eyes! I’m a busy woman and ready to go! Thankfully doc switched me over to contacts that are more comfortable and breathable, provided me good medicine for my eyes when I had some complications. also, I called Monday to order more contacts and during this covid they arrived Wednesday! Quick, Nice & professional.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT THE WAIT WAS NOT LONG AT ALL. HOWEVER, I WENT THERE FOR AN EYE EXAM AN FOR CONTACTS. THIS WAS WHERE EVERYTHING WENT SOUR. WHEN MY EXAM APPOINTMENT WAS TOWARDS THE END THE DOCTOR TOOK ME IN THE ROOM AND GAVE ME SOME CONTACTS. AFTER I PUT THEM END HE PLACE ME BACK IN THE CHAIR AND TOLD ME TO READ THE LINE. IT WAS BLURY. THEN HE ASKED ME TO READ IT AGAIN EVERYTHING WAS FIND. THE DOCTOR THEN SAID WHEN I READ FIND PRINT USE READING GLASSES IN MY MIND I WAS LIKE CONFUSED. BECAUSE I AM NEAR SIGHTED I CAN SEE PERFECTLY CLOSELY. I CAN SEE FAR AWAY! HE CORRECTED THAT AND IMPAIRED MY CLOSE VIEW. INSTEAD OF CORRECTING MY VISION HE FURTHER IMPAIRED IT. I THREW MY MONEY AWAY AT THIS PLACE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. WHEN I CALL THEY MADE ME AN APPOINTMENT 4 DAYS AWAY. BEING A BUSINESS PERSON MYSELF AN UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER IS FOR SURE come right on in SO WE PROBLEM CAN BE FIXED. I DONT EVEN TRUST THE PRESCRIPTION TO ORDER NEW CONTACTS/GLASSES. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Some moron decided its a good policy to not measure someones IPD unless they buy glasses there. Not going to get me to buy glasses, and just lost a customer.
