The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I bought 2 fragrances yesterday and after getting home and trying to look them up, I found that one of them didn’t even exist. Not even on their website. Which made me extremely wary of putting it on my skin. I came today to return them (unopened with my receipt) and had the rudest sales associate named Higdalitza. She told me we couldn’t return bc the receipt wouldn’t scan. She was more interested in her facetime conversation then helping us return our items. She told us we had to return it to the other perfumania, which is not true. Then when we asked if she could input the barcode manually, she asked “Would you like to do it yourself?” She then proceeded to call someone else who told her to just put the receipt number in MANUALLY (after we had just asked her if she could) and it ended up working. Then she made us fill out a whole form with our personal information. Address, phone number, email address. Then she proceeded to take my boyfriends card out of his hand and check every. single. number. Then it took 5 minutes for the “system” to give us our money back, and then they wouldn’t give us our original receipt. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any store. I hope that they train their employees better. I will never step foot in a perfumania & I would advise anyone else to try a different store before going to this store.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I got what I wanted and that I was satisfied with it.

I love the atmosphere in the store. The sales lady was very friendly and shes a great sales associate. I purchased 4 perfumes 😁 because of her sales experience.

The Sales Associate Higdalitza was very courteous. I purchased a 3.0oz Versace Crystal Nior for only $73. The pricing was much better than a competitor in Winter Garden Village 1.7oz for $89. You must visit this store as they have additional sale items that are worth checking out.

It is my opinion that in an attempt to up the revenue of the store, the sales representative/manager of the store Ramon is only allowing people to use the $10 off $100 purchase if he forces you to purchase $10 worth of spa lotion. My purchase was already $107 (already qualifying for the $10 discount) which would have given me a final total of $97. He then added another $10 worth of items as if it was a free gift, added it on my bill, then turned around and took it off. Bottom line, I ended up paying $107 instead of $97. This is a tactic he has been using for a very long time in an effort to make people believe they are getting items for free, but really we are not. If a customer qualifies for a discount with their purchase, it is unethical to add more merchandise and pretend they need the merchandise in order to receive a discount they already had. I also did not receive the free holiday tote bag that should have come with my purchase.I would be interested to know how many thousands of people he has done this to. It’s unethical.

Get a new perfume, after 3 weeks pump broke and they didnt nothing, there is NO warranty at all, customer service is horrible they dont care about customer. I do not recomen this place.

Got sold a cologne and when got home had a deck of cards and batteries in it. Check your stuff before you leave the store. They did replace the item.
