4th or 5th time at this location, they are great to do business wuth... Prompt and very professional!

Very helpful employees and the units are very clean and spacious. They have everything you could need to pack and move. The equipment was in excellent condition also. Ill recommend this store 1st. I wont go anywhere else for my storage needs

Good service, very thorough

Staff was very helpful, got me on my way fairly quickly even with the covid restrictions.

The online return process was frustrating and esentially didnt work. It requires that you exit the browser to take photos, but then restarts the return process all over again once you go back to the browser. Then, once back in, it says that the photos are too old and requests newer ones...even though theyre a minute or two old at best. A ridiculous waste of time which should be much smoother in this day and age.

Good luck reaching anyone by phone at the store to make any kind of reservations.

Extremely disappointing, I understand that this company only exceeds a major credit card but the lady with glasses kind of old with long black hair was extremely rude from the moment I came in, its the way she spoke to me that made her look so ugly. I would never go back there, I have been there once and they treated me better 2yrs ago but Im done.

Moving to my new place

Today I stopped by this place with my friends to rent a truck. We had to move a piano from Orlando to Clermont. Everything - from making an appointment to bringing a truck back - went smooth and easy. It was definitely a pleasant experience. Great customer service! Clean and new trucks! Especially I want to thank manager Peggy for her help with getting back my pending balance from my previous rent. She didnt have to do it BCS purchase was made in different location, but she still helped me out! Thanks a lot!

Helpful staff they had everything we needed

All of the staff were very rude and they seemed annoyed that you needed help. I got passed off to 3 different people so I could rent a storage unit. They were very disorganized and didnt explain anything, they also didnt communicate with each other and it lead to confusion and bad service.

Peggy is the best! Very professional, competent, and friendly. Highly recommended!

This location has uhaul trucks and boxes but just be prepared for some really limited parking and to have no clue where to put your vehicle to go in and get anything. Also just get ready to wait patiently like you are at the DMV because they seem really understaffed for their volume of business. I’m going to head over to Staples to look for some boxes instead.

Made an appt to have a hitch put on 7am. Got a call ahead my parts were in and was told not to come in that early if I was waiting and to come in between 8 and 9. I get there at 845 and am told that I am late and now I will have to wait could be a few hours. Manager essentially calls me a liar and says no one would have said that. She reiterated my appt was 7am. I spoke with DM he apologizes and offers me 25% off because of inconvenience, fine I go back at 11am when I was told. Pick up the car and the hitch is not as described from speaking with the original guy who or ordered parts and set up appointment it would use the existing manufacturers cut out. The hitch is mounted under the car..... What a wasted day off. Be aware that they only use the hitches that mount under the car here. They do not work with existing cut outs. Just pay a little more and go with the dealer so its done right.

Watch out if you dropping off - very dishonest . They will charge you extra saying you did not fill the tank to the level it was supposed to be, even though you filled up to that level . very disappointed and never will use them again .

Be sure to have everything you need before leaving with your truck.
