Today my wife and I had an outstanding experience at the 11920 W. Colonial Drive Ocoee, Fl facility thanks to Holly Marinacci. We needed to downsize from a current 10x10 space to a smaller 5x10 space in hurry. Throughout the entire encounter Holly was extremely personable and helpful. She is thoroughly knowledgeable of the current personal storage market locally, and her facility specifically. We completed the entire transaction quickly and with complete confidence in the contract terms as explained by her. We are long-time customers of this facility, starting under the previous ownership in 2018, and the outstanding customer service provided by Holly today encourages us to remain as long as we have need of personal storage.

Very convenient to my home. As our kids started moving out of our home, it was time to start down sizing our unit. In that process now, but they were able to add a smaller unit without any problems as I move from one unit to another. Thanks !!

I was in a very challenging situation... my new rental home fell through the day before I had to move out of my previous home. The Moving truck was booked and we had no choice but to be out. If you are a private person, do not rent from here. The manager has to have every single detail about what you are storing.....vin numbers and all for every piece of equipment or vehicle....motorcycles included, running or not. Its nobodys business what youre storing in there so long as youre not running a business out of it

You couldnt ask for a better location. Very close to both the 429 and turnpike this is very convenient no matter what part of town youre commuting from. The facility is clean and easily accessible for loading. Karen and her team made getting started and signing paperwork a breeze. I appreciated the follow up the day of by phone and then once I got to the location the paperwork took a few minutes and I was moving in! The facility has 4 hand carts available to assist moving items in and parking is close to the back door. Myself and a team of friends were able to move in a truck and 4 cars of stuff into a 10x15 unit in 30 minutes. Everything about this place is super convenient.

This is our second year storing our forty-five foot motorhome at CubeSmart on West Colonial in Ocoee, Florida. The facility general manager and her staff are very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rental cost is reasonable. We have recommended this CubeSmart facility to other motorhome owners, and we will continue to patronize this establishment.
