They were easy to work with even with my difficult schedule, and financial issues. They were willing to go that extra mile, with everything they did. They ordered my parts early, kept re-scheduling for me as I needed to change the date. Easy to work with, in regards to payments. Did a terrific job with my car. Washed it and detailed the inside! WONDERFUL.

My vehicle was in need of auto repair due to the vandalism it recieved. The window was smashed out along with trim and paint damage in multiple areas. They went above and beyond to repair my car to the point I cant see any reminders of the incident. I was informed multiple times of where they were during the repair process. A deer refused to obey the Deer Crossing zones and ran in front of me. I had a choice of hitting the deer or having a Dodge Ram in my back seat. The deer lost and so did my front end!In WI thats a no fault and no charge repair so it didnt cost ME the $2000 or so that the repair cost (other than the coat of actually having insurance!)

Im fortunate to have used Caliber Collision when Ive unfortunately found myself in need of body work multiple times in the past few years. Ive visited this location when they were Abra, and now again as Caliber. The staff are excellent at communication, professional, and explain everything. I never felt out of the loop. The quality of the work is great. My first visit here was multiple years ago, and the repair and paint work are indistinguishable from the rest of the vehicle. On this latest visit, I was especially pleased to have gotten my vehicle back a few days earlier than expected! Keep up the good work!

Not happy with the fit/quality of the installation of front driver side quarter panel molding in fender well and just forward of drivers side front door. Molding in fender well was visibly misaligned where it came together. Also, the trim adhesive for part of trim just forward of drivers side front door was already separating when I arrived to pick up vehicle. Shop is picking up vehicle on Friday, June 25th to fix so I will update review afterwards.

Very efficient, finished a day earlier than estimated. They kept me informed via text the entire time. They also fully detailed the car after my repair which was a very welcome surprise.

This is my first experience with Caliber Collision. They have quite a lot of people who use them. Very busy, but only took a little over a week to fix my car. They texted me each day with an update on the process. When it picked up the car, looked good as new.

Despite setbacks with the insurance company caliber was still able to get my car fixed when insurance was approved in a very short time span. They made my car absolutely shiny to a T and cleaned it up great. You would never know there was damage. My car had to stay there longer due to insurance issues and caliber didnt charge anything extra and worked with me the whole way. Recommend them if you need a patient, loyal and honest representative who openly communicates daily.

Car needed to be repaired stemming from it being hit in a parking lot. Everyone I talked to at caliber was great. I received updates daily and it was repaired faster than expected. Caliber assisted in making the rental car process seamless and the repairs look great, you cannot tell any damage was ever done to the vehicle. Fantastic customer service. Brought in my Ecosport for repairs and they warned me ahead of time that parts are near impossible to get a hold of. Luckily, they got the first set of parts in within a week, found more damage & found a dealer for more parts! I so appreciate their efforts to get my car in and out as quickly as possible - it was all completed SO fast.My husband recommended them to me after getting his windshield replaced here and I would recommend them to anyone as well. Abra mobile repair around the Oconomowoc areaScott did not clean the broken glass up, he closed my cup holder that was full of glass which caused some plastic pieces to break, he left my passenger door open and luckily my car is smart enough and has a auto shut off feature to shut all the lights off. He left the passenger wiper arm off of the car due to it being bent down near the wiper which would not have caused any issues but it was left off anyways, my rain sensor did not function going down the highway after the glass replacement as well. They sent the manager out as well as the original installer due to me not wanting the original installer to fix the issues. I had to wait tell the Thursday the week after my windshield was installed which was Wednesday the week before so 8 days, if I knew that they were still going to have the original installer Scott come out he was available Monday which I didn’t want him to come out but if he was going to be here anyways I would have had him come out Monday then as it would’ve been taken care of sooner. The general manager seemed to kind of have an attitude towards me a little which maybe it’s just me but he said I got the glass vacuumed which is hard to do when it’s wet meaning the when it was originally replaced my weather tech Matt was wet but my passenger seat, my passenger carpet, passenger door panel and passenger door sill were not wet and all had glass all over them not to mention the cup holder that was jammed shut with all the glass in it. He said that well we will order a cup holder and rain pad and then just left and didn’t say like oh we will be in touch or I have to contact the dealer to order parts so it will be a little bit or like inform me of the next step or what to expect if that makes sense. I was also supposed to receive the receipt via email after I had paid for the replacement but I had to contact customer service to get it instead of it originally being done like was said was supposed to. Also my first call in to the service department I was told I was going to get a call back from the auto glass side instead of standard customer service, I waited about 8 hours tell I called again without reviving a call back. This entire wait time was during business hours. For me this was the worst experience I have had dealing with a “automotive repair” like service. I will say unfortunately if it ever came down to needing glass replacement or repair I will not be using Abra unless I go to a service center instead of mobile repair.

Went in for a minor repair without an appointment. They took my car in and finished the work within an hour. They did an awesome job and no trace of the original damage. Great customer service - was very welcoming. Thanks to Julie and everyone for the awesome work you people do!

Brought our vehicle in for damage due to deer hit. Got an estimate for $2200, OK thats fine(hood bumper mirror). They get it in there and start taking it apart to find hidden damage. Now i understand their mentality....Its an insurance job, we dont need to take any care taking it apart, insurance will cover it. Well some of the hidden damage was them being careless in removing items like the hood and damaging items on the hood that werent damaged when it was brought in. Secondly, the $1100+ of hidden damage, which included a replacement radiator for a perfectly fine radiator by normal standards, pushed the price tag for repairs over the 70% total loss threshold. We opted to keep the car, but now we are stuck with a car that has MORE damage NOW than before we brought it in to Abra. CARELESS INSURANCE MINDED workmanship in my opinion. There were scuff marks on the damn trunk which is on the opposite end of where the damage in question was! No wonder insurance it so outrageous!!! Unless your vehicle is less than 5 years old (has substantial CASH value), I would suggest going somewhere else.

This is the second car they have repaired for me and the second car I have fo take back because they didnt do a good job. Last time they made me take the car to a dealership to finish the work and i had to pay for them not being able to complete what they promised. This time, I specifically asked them if they checked the clips before I even brought it in. Their reply was yes. Now here I wait for a part to come in because the clips are bent and the bumper cover keeps separating from the vehicle. They do great paint work so if you need a car painted I highly recommend them. For collision I recommend a dealership. That is where Abra will send you after they give if a try and collect the money.

I have used ABRA more then once and they have the best customer service i have seen. They go above and beyond. Not only that but the work was done well. VERY impressed.

Excellent job with the repairs. Took my 2018 Colorado in because I hit a deer. Bumper, grill, right headlight and fog light neaded to be replaced along with other smaller parts. Took 10 days to get the parts and truck repaired though.

My vehicle was totalled and without even a courtesy phone call they sent it off to the salvage yard. Not even a week went by, I was going to wait until the weekend when I had time to clean it out. Very disappointing, felt everything was stolen.
