Came to this store to have my phone fixed due to reception issues the two employees working there at the time jakob and evan extremely respectful and helpful, i ended up asking about a new phone & they were able to explain all the details and answer all my questions, then they helped me with my upgrade smoothly and promptly. The store smells like jimmy johns bread too so that made it worth the wait in line!
Had such a great experience at this location! Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in getting me on my own plan. He even drove to Waukesha to pick up the phone I wanted. When I returned Ricky was the one who helped me get set up with my plan and answered any and all questions I had. This was a great experience and will definitely be back!! Thanks Andrew and Ricky. The worst T-Mobile experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, we did not have anybody speak a word to us for 30 minutes except a couple who said they had been there for over 4 hours. When someone did speak to us, they asked what we needed and I told them we were trying to switch to T-Mobile together and get my husband a new phone. They said okay and went to the back room, I can only assume to vape as the employee was walking around with a vape in hand and while on the phone- very unprofessional. After another 15 minutes, he asked us what we were there for again just to roll his eyes, deeply sigh, and hit the table a few times as if we were an annoyance. We ended up leaving shortly after that because we did not feel like sitting and waiting until close as the workers made no progress throughout the time we were there with anybody else’s phones. While all of this was happening another employee who seemed new and did not know what he was doing had seemingly made mistakes on two other peoples phones. When consulted with a problem he had no clue what to do, and we even heard him swear. This was extremely disappointing as my husband desperately needed a new phone as he uses it for work. We are very understanding people, but this was just ridiculous. I have never had problems with T-Mobile before, as I have been on my family’s plan for years, but have also never been to this location before. Hopefully we can get something done next time, otherwise we will not be returning to T-Mobile ever again. I hope you can speak to your employees about professionalism as well.
Went in to switch over from Verizon and Jakob and Ricky were very helpful and answered all of my questions it was very busy but I was surly satisfied.

Small strip-mall venue but had a good selection of phones and accessories for my family. The customer service was very good despite of my visit being during the pre Christmas rush. Employees stayed composed and helpful even after closing hours. Highly recommend.

Vance was very patient and helpful. Answered all our questions and went out of his way to get what we wanted although we are waiting for the phones and tablet to come in. The only negative is that the items purchased were not in stock.
Was told by the lady on the phone who couldnt talk very well with her sore throat that she wouldnt be helping us. She was staying in back to handle calls. We get there and she was the one who tried to assist us. Beware they dont care how they represent themselves.
Went in to get help activating a new phone and tranferring files. Staff were easygoing and helpful despite me walking in near closing time on a Sunday.
After receiving an email to upgrade from the Sprint network to the TMobile network i called my local Tmobile store in Oconomowoc. Vance answered all of my questions and I went in and got my network update. Vance did a great job . I will be going back when i do a phone upgrade
Walked in on a Friday night and was yelled at across the store from one of the employees “You have several people in front of you so you will need to wait” . Very unwelcoming greeting when walking into a store to buy a phone. I turned around and walked out! The store also smelled horrible.

Jesse, Justin, and Dawn, were not only very helpful they were full of motherly patience. As it took quite a while to resolve my special problem. They made me feel like a special problem, they inturn became a part of my special problem. The special problem is no more. Resolved, thanks in part to the special staff @ T-Mobile. Everytime i come to this location they are very nice but have screwed things up the last 2 times ive been there. They lost my phone the last time then told me i get a free line for life and then charge me for it. The employees need to be trained aproppriatly becuz they are not. These things were done wrong at the store. This is the closest location so my only option. They did not make this easy for me. Weve been customers for over 20 years and i am very disappointed. I am not happy about the service at this location. Too many mistakes made. Train employees

I stopped in over the weekend and was unexpectedly disappointed. I’ve been with Sprint for 18 years and this is the first issue I’ve had. The sales employee Justin was pretty rude and not able to answer pretty basic questions like what’s the difference between the low end model and new model. After being in the empty store for less than 5 minutes with him, he told me it would probably be better if I bought the device online. I just wanted to add a line onto an existing plan and buy a new device locally.Justin was correct though, I am able to buy it online or at Best Buy. Justin obviously doesn’t want to work or have any motivation to sell product.Dissatisfied and overall disappointed.
If I could give less than one star, I would do it in a heartbeat. Did you know that if you open a new line of service on your Sprint account on the last day of your billing cycle, Sprint will bill you twice for the same month of service? I was not aware of this when I opened two new lines on the last day of my cycle. I was not made aware of this by the store manager when he opened the lines either. I didn’t find this out until I received my bill the next week. Instead of just the charges for the one original line’s previous month of service and a prorated amount for the whole 6 hours the two new lines were open on the last day, I was also being charged “next month” fees for the two new lines. Now, I’m also being billed for previous month fees on the two new lines on my new bill, which means I’m being billed twice for the SAME month of service! I was back in the store one week after opening the new lines with the first bill and was told it would be corrected in a few days. Guess what, after 3 store visits and 7 phone calls (of which I made every call, not once did I ever receive a call back even when told I would), I was finally told that it’s corporate policy and there’s nothing they can do, even though they flat out promised me it would be taken care of. Of course I wasn’t told this until well after the 2 week grace period where I could have cancelled the lines. I’ve never had this many problems with Sprint before, but as soon as these stupid leases are up, Sprint has lost a long time customer.

Alex V at the Oconomowoc Sprint store is the most knowledgeable and helpful customer service guy that Ive ever dealt with. He knew all the ins and outs of my various options, not only on the Sprint plans I was considering but also on the plans offered by my previous carrier. He got me a 5 phone truly unlimited plan for the same price that I was paying a competitor for an inferior 3 phone throttled plan. Alex is the best!
Just for this store they should have a rating lower than one star, the hell that I have been through dealing with this incompetent store will steer me away from sprint until I die. Let’s start with Dean the first person I dealt with who royally screwed me over I had the service a total of a couple days and would rather gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon then be within a 3 mile radius of this store. I have been fighting to fix this for 2 months, first of all I switched over from one carrier to another and was under the impression my bill would be lower. NOPE. HIGHER. So we canceled. That’s not even the worst part. We returned the phones the same time we canceled and they tried to charge us for phones we didn’t even have anymore. When that finally got fixed after dealing with a very incompetent manager named Alex we STILL were left with a bill which they expected us to pay. FOR NOTHING. Alex assured us it would be fixed and he would give us a call. I assume I’ll get that call when hell freezes over. We then move on to the king of incompetence . MIKE. Who hid in the back room when we walked in the door when we did catch him he decided instead of fixing the problem that he would contact the police. Incredible service skills. Incredible. My advice is if your choosing between getting your wisdom teeth removed without being put under or working with the oconomowoc sprint store. I suggest the teeth.

I visited the Sprint store in Oconomowoc a few weeks ago. I found the staff very knowledgable and helpful. I was able to easily change service providers and they worked with me to find the best plan for me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to switch to Sprint. Also, a big shout out to Dean for all of his help and his knowledge.

I have worked with this store for the past 3 years and have been a sprint customer for the past 20+ years, every time I come in the store they have no problem selling me new phones and accessories but cant seem to get their plan quotes correct!!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE EVER!!!! Not one person on the sales team has a clue what they are doing and the manager is worse than the sales staff. No customer service skills, no follow up, they do not return calls. When you go in they brush you off and tell you they will follow up with a phone call- none is true! Worst Ive ever seen! F-MINUS! I would list names but they are all IDIOTS everyone of them! Then they follow up the conservation with please rate our customer service skills online with 5 being the highest of satisfactory! what a joke! AWFUL!!!!!!
Talk about over the top service. Recently submerged my phone and needed a new one asap. This stores manager Chris Martinez drove it down to my work place 1 1/2 hrs away to make sure I was taken care of. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Worst customer service experience on the planet. It has been a nightmare. Now, to get away from this mess it is going to cost hundreds more out of my pocket. DO NOT EVER USE SPRINT OR THIS STORE!!Update:Its been months and we STILL havent received the money we were promised to pay off the five phones we moved from Verizon. The motorola phones we got from sprint are horrible and the network is less than good. We drop calls several times a day. We tried to go back to Verizon but it would cost me over $1200. I cannot even talk to Dean anymore, my wife has to go there alone. Im so unhappy. WORST customer service EVER! It took Dean 6 hrs to switch our phones initially. I can buy a car in less time than that!!
I was having an issue with my bill and getting no where with the Sprint customer service representative on the phone. I decided to drive to the nearest Sprint store in the pouring rain while on hold. It happened they had just closed, but Rod and Michael took pity on me and let me in:) They went above and beyond to solve the issue. Im never calling a Sprint representative again...wasted 30 minutes of my time. In the future, if I have any issues, Ill be driving straight back to the Sprint store on Old School House Rd. in Oconomowoc where I have confidence that they know what they are doing and actually care about their customers being happy.

Do not go to this store. I wish i could give negative stars but 1 is the lowest this will allow. the sales reps there will lie to you and tell you that he can offer some promotion that does not exist. I was promised a promotion last December that I have been overbilled by $150 per mo going on 8 months now. All they do is claim they are attempting to fix it and blame sprint support for it not getting done. Do not walk away from this store but sprint. They have the perfect name for their horrible service and support.

This staff showed absolute care when i came in. I was greeted instantly with a smile and Rod made sure that I understood my plan. jimmy Bryan and the store manager helped him because there was no one else in the store. I was with ATT and this made me feel welcomed and happy that i switched.
This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had. I was told multiple times a manager was going to call me back and ever did. I called for over 2 weeks and still couldnt get a hold of a manager. When I called the store repeatedly, they answered and yelling said, what could you possible want. The store was still open. They did not resolve my issue and ended up canceling my plans and going to Verizon. Their customer service is 100% better than Sprint. This store also violated my privacy and let another person get a phone in my account……. how can that even happen.
Too bad you cant give less than one star. Sprint as a whole is one big incompetent company!!!! 2 years of misery dealing with the customer service reps. There is NOT ONE person that knows what they are talking about. Every time you call you get a different answer. The service sucks! The only good thing is when traveling to Mexico, no added cost for calls and texts.

SO DONE!!! Both corporate customer service and stores have been useless when it should be something that was an easy fix with an Im sorry this happened. Alex the manager at this location is a wizard! I am normally feeling like pulling my hair out after a visit to the local cell shop. Well tonights visit was the most impressive I think I have ever experienced. I guarantee this gentleman Alex is worth his weight in platinum. The experience from begining to end was nothing but pleasant and his expertise was superior to anyone I have ever delt with at any cell store. Molly gave us the worse customer service I have ever experienced. She was absolutely rude and childish. Every time she said something rude she tried to follow it up with Just Kidding to try and take back her rude comments. This happened multiple times. She also called me Silly in a baby voice for not understanding setting up the button pressure on the iPhone 7 (I assumed she was trying to set up the touch to unlock feature.) Absolutely unprofessional and obnoxious.
Longer than usual wait but very helpful and gave me the headphones missing from the phone I got.
Well, after 30-years experience of excelling in customer service at IBM, I will actually stop and take my personal time to tell you, in very few words, do NOT go the the Oconomowoc Sprint store for any type of purchase or sales assistance. You will be encouraged to change your current contract to save you money and end-up being in the biggest mess and additional financial struggle you could never imagine! I need-not go into particulars but after dealing with them, now going into the third-month to resolve their committed new contract price, etc., still no resolve. I escalated to their corporate office and finally resolution. Heed this warning my friends, you will be sorry!!

Got 6 new iPhones in July of 2016 on a buy one get one free promotion. Only had two credits for phones show up on bill and have been calling sprint every month since. Each time they apologize and say its fixed but the third credit never appears on the next bill. I have gone back in repeatedly and talked directly with Dean who set up all 6 of the phones, and each time he says its fixed. nope! I have talked to manager Michael Schmidt who told me he would fix the problem and call me back and never heard back from him. 9 months in a row of contacting them with no results! Terrible

My wife and I had a great experiance recently. I had dropped off my phone with Jessica and she tried diligently to try and fix my camera issues. She tried every difrent option imaginable to try and get my phone to work. We were able to get a replacment at a low cost. All employees were great!!I will only go to this location for honest and trustworthy service.

If I could give this store a negative 5 stars I would. Customer service is definitely lacking. Over the past year and a half they have given us nothing but problems. They were repairing a phone for 5 weeks but it really just sat in a drawer at their desk. We went in to lower our bill by switching to an unlimited plan to 2 of our phones and they actually reduced the amount of usage we had so our bill went up. We have insurance on our phones which is a joke because we couldnt use it when one of our phones broke. I live about 5 minutes away from the store and would rather drive to Wauwatosa or Brookfield than go to that store. As of today we are going to get a different plan with either AT&T, Verizon, or US Cellular and the major reason is the poor customer service we have received.

Awful and incompetent. I have had to return to the store several times over for many problems. I will not renew another phone or contract. The manager is never around, and it seems that he or she is the only that can resolve issues. Pathetic.

Visited the store Saturday, August 29th and what an awesome customer service experience. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, even though each associate were assisting clients at the time. Nick & Alex (Technicians) both provided me with valuable information in resolving my phone issues. They were extremely knowledgeable about the product and engaging regarding my issues at hand. This store will now become my go to even though my drive will be longer than the Brookfield, WI store. I have had really bad experiences at the Brookfield store and will never set foot there ever again. Thumbs up to the Oconomowoc store. Thanks to Nick and Alex for a great customer experience!

They treated me ( a disabled person) like a peasant. They kicked me out of there store and told me that i would have to drive a half an hour to a different sprint store to pay my bill. Now i have a new cell phone company and they respect me and treat me normal. They also let my son antagonize me in the store and they illegally let him switch to my dads phone bill at att without my knowledge or permission. So dalton now has an i phone through grandpa at att.
