Clerk refused to assist me. Was rude to me. Refused to give me his name. Not wearing g a name tag. And left the store. Other employee here refuses to give e me the name. Said it’s the store manager and he’s uncomfortable.
Brian is absolutely awesome! He was extremely friendly and personable. He was helpful right as we walked in the door, got us setup with our new devices. He was very patient as it took a while for the files to transfer from one phone. He was patient, didnt make us feel bad or try to rush us. Brian was awesome to work with! I highly recommend working with him if needed.

Dont bother visiting this location, they wont do anything for you!Ended up at this store after a rep over the phone told me they couldnt help and to go into a store. Went to the Oconomowoc Verizon store, waited for 30 minutes to be told they couldnt help me and to call customer support. If they cant help me over the phone and you cant help me at your location what am I supposed to do? Now Im left with an iPhone that doesnt work while I pay two bills on AT&T and Verizon. Wish I would have never switched over (was the cheaper option switching to Verizon, now I see why.) Such a mess and nobody is competent enough to help. Spent hours on hold dealing with reps over the phone that had no idea what they are doing and an even worse experience in store. Should be reimbursed for all the hours wasted. Cant wait until the rest of our plans are paid off. We will be switching to another carrier.

I hate change. Dont we all?! I dont like when Microsoft changes a platform, I despise that Gmail isnt exactly like Outlook, and when a grocery store rearranges inside it makes me want to shop elsewhere. To that end, I have dreaded the day where starting a new mobile plan was unavoidable. I imagine most people are in the same boat. Mobile stores are the new DMVs. You cant go into one without planning your entire day around the inevitable 5 hour sacrifice youre signing up for. The DMV is actually quick and painless nowadays, and Ive learned a trip there is nothing to dread. The only GOOD thing about having to walk into a mobile store, in my opinion, is being able to say, Im starting a new service...what can I get for free. Well, Verizon here in Oconomowoc definitely changed my mind on all of those fears and assumptions. Brian and Sam were beyond fantastic, going way above and beyond to ensure I had everything set up, working, and understood the ins and outs of all that was new to me. It still wasnt a speedy adventure...it simply never will be when having to port over numbers, cancel existing service and start new, get everything set up for the first time, etc. However it was not only NOT painful, but rather enjoyable... I know, thats crazy right?! They were great to work with and very knowledgeable, making sure I had no questions unanswered. Verizon also surprised me with its clarity in billing. I havent seen a phone bill in ages since my prior employer always handled the companys cell phones. What I remember from days of old was the mind-numbing, brain-paining confusion trying to sort out what the charges were. Much like cable bills still are today. But Verizon made a big step above the rest with a really well-organized bill that I can actually make sense of, even as a layman. Those factors, plus all the additional savings they found me that I didnt expect, makes this experience worth rating. And I am one of those people who never goes beyond the stars part of ratings.Would absolutely recommend!
The store sold me a set of ear buds that they said would be as good as the Apple buds that I was replacing. I tried them for a whole 5 seconds and they had very little sound or bass. When I went to return them and upgrade to Apple, they first told me they could do that then they told me that they couldn’t I opened the package. When I was sold them I was told if I had any problems that I could return them. After being told different stories, I left the product in their hands and getting my bank to reverse the payment. I have been dealing with Verizon stores for years and have always been pleased with their service. I highly recommend that you avoid this store.

If I could rate this location 6 stars I would. Everyone who works here is always helpful and will do anything to save you money and give you the best plans and deals possible. I have come in several times and now go out of my way to come to this store because I always have a great experience. Greyson and Marcel constantly go above and beyond for each person I have seen come in. Highly recommend coming here whenever possible for questions, help, new phone, new plan or even just to tweak your current plan.

Brian greeted me immediately entering the store. I explained my situation about my 4 year old phone. I dont need a top shelf expensive type phone. He showed me the Samsung Galaxy A50. It was 100% the type of phone I was looking far. We sat down and got the process going. Brian Transferred all my info from old phone to the new one. I absolutely love this phone. It works great! The entire process purchasing this phone and dealing with Brian was wonderful! :)

I need to give Marcel a 12 star review! So very kind and helpful! He tried to fix my iPhone, and when that was a lost cause, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Love it! Plus he looked at my account and upgraded it saving me quite a bit of $!!! The day after I stopped back in and spoke to Grayson. For what ever reason the new block wasn’t charging my phone. He was so nice and polite and exchanged it out for a new one. Not kidding ..... 4 days later I fell down our outside steps and my phone went flying! Went back in totally embarrassed and a different guy helped me (sorry I didn’t get his name) filled out the paperwork, and sent it in. ( could not use the cell at all). Within no time I got the approval and would be sending out a new phone! Thank goodness for the insurance! Phone came next business day and I went into the store to get help activate the new one. I was so thrilled to see Marcel there! Once AGAIN Marcel was a big help! With all the craziness that’s going on, he was still welcoming, fun and extremely helpful! Verizon - Oconomowoc, you are very lucky to have these men working for you!
Brian deserves some praise! Brian previously helped my mother-in-law & husband buy new phones some months ago. Today he helped me set up a new SIM card even though he didnt have to since I didnt buy the phone from him. Very much appreciated. Hes very patient and helpful, thank you so much :)

The store is deceitful, STAY AWAY!Brian is not an honest sales person. He stated that phone accessories (screen and case) were included in the 2-year contracted bundle for a newly purchased phone and service contract. He deceitfully stated that the bundled contract required a one month advance payment for an unlimited data plan which was billed to my Visa card at the time of phone and new contract purchase. Upon receiving my Verizon billing I realized that the one month advance charge was in fact a charge for phone accessories ($100.00) that were stated to be free within the new bundled contract. He also stated that the auto HUM monitoring device was a free part of the bundled package, however when I received my Verizon billing it was in fact, not included. Surprise!!! (Note: You have 14 days to evaluate HUM services and cancel if unsatisfied with the HUM service. If you dont cancel within 14 days then there is a $150.00 termination fee applied for cancellation. This was never disclosed to me by Brian, my salesperson.) Upon receipt, my Verizon billing was DOUBLE of that which I expected. A totally awful experience -This is an independent authorized retailer store, not a Corporate Verizon store. Do yourself a favor and locate a Corporate Verizon store even if you have to drive a bit further, you will be treated fairly. A long time Verizon customer but will never visit this store again. This store is not worth your time nor can any of their staff be trusted.

Made it very easy for me and we compared the differences in the 2 phones I was interested in to make my decision! I appreciate the hospitality because the delafield store is kind of rude.
I had a problem with the volume on my phone one day, was in the Oconomowoc area and stopped in and Brian helped me. A few months later, we decided my husband needed a new smart phone vs the flip phone he had been using so we went back to Brian, even though we live in a different town that has a Verizon store. Brian did an awesome job, knew the phones, told him what features were needed and he set it all up and in record time I might (compared to previous experiences). All our questions were answered satisfactorily, told us to call him if any questions. Highly recommend him! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful!

I asked if they carried that particular phone at his location . He replied that he didn’t carry it because of customer complaints about that. Phone. I absolutely agreed!! Im not very good with phones but when I went into this Verizon location the employees didnt make me feel bad about that at all. They provided great customer service and helped me learn more about how to use my phone. They fixed my email problem and I walked away with a new screen protector too. I was there on Tuesday afternoon 10/29/2019. Words can’t describe their amazing staff, I live in Oconomowoc WI, and went back to my old town to my personal hairstylist on a rainy day, drove down a few blocks looking for a Samsung charger and none of the cell phone stores around would take payment for some reason as I walked into the store the staff of the day (wish I would’ve took his name) was very helpful explaining the current devices that were out in the market he recommend me a non original Samsung charger with an extra plug to connect an additional USB cable (two chargers in one), the gentleman in the store not only was able to provide me with a good working item but also with a Verizon Umbrella to get me through that rainy day.I decided to revisit this store and had the best customer service experience with Marcel! First I called just to ask some general questions about some services I was interested in. He answered all my questions and even gave me additional helpful information. He was so helpful that I decided to go in to the store to check out some plans. I explained that I am moving to a new area and my current service provider doesn’t work there. I got there about 10 minutes before closing and he didn’t rush me out of the store. He was very patient and informative while setting me up with the services I need to fit my lifestyle. He even helped me backup my old phone so when I am ready to transfer everything to my new phone its all ready to go. He also offered to help move everything on to the new phone as well, although there was a charge for the transfer service which I was happy to pay seeing as I don’t know how to do it myself. I look forward to testing out my new service at my new location. Overall excellent service before I even showed up at the store. I would recommend this Verizon store on Summit Ave Oconomowoc.Marcel is nice and friendly~ hes really knowledgeable about the different plans and phones. Something I really liked is that he carefully went over everything that would appear on the bill so we were all informed on what was happening. The store in general is really spacious and I really enjoyed my time with Marcel in the store.Excellent Customer Service. Will recommend 100%
I had a great experience with this Verizon store. I walked into the store with a very short amount of time to get a new phone and I was in-and-out of the store within 30 minutes. They were extremely knowledgeable of all the phones. Very efficient with all the paperwork and accessories that I needed and wanted. If you want a good experience I would suggest to visit this location. Personally I dont give reviews on businesses however I felt this was extremely necessary because how well I was treated..Thank you Grayson for giving me the knowledge I needed to pick the right phone. I love my Samsung Galaxy note 9 phone
Jason B did an excellent job activating our phones at the Ococonomowoc Verizon location. Sams club initially attempted to activate our devices, however the SIM cards were incorrect, and nothing was working. Jason was able to correct this issue in a very timely and professional manner! He understood our frustration and even took the time to help us transfer our content from the old device. He was very personable and a joy conversing with! We look forward to working with Jason in the future.

I had quite a few questions and had complicated transactions, but Greyson was able to provide me with everything I needed. He also did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need, but guided and advised me on what I should buy based on how I use my devices. Not Verizon Store - SCAM!!! I did get a new phone. Set it up with iCloud and went my way. Then I discovered a charge of $20 for phone setup and went to the store to ask for a refund and they told me that it was a charge that they do for phone setup... it was kind of vague after I said I set it up restoring it from icloud and they said they couldnt do anything about it. So this is a scam. I do have to say the person that helped me was very nice but he felt like he didnt fully know the procedures when I bought the phone. Anyway I am putting this behind and move on. Just FYI. Of Course I didnt realize that it wasnt a Verizon Store, I will not go back there ever again.

Greyson the store manager is AMAZING. Helped my boyfriend and I so much! I joined his family plan and he made is so simple and easy. Found and highlighted multiple deals we could use in order to get new phones. He worked and finagled things to save us upwards of $200 dollars. On top of all this, he stayed an hour past close to help us finish the transaction and transfer our data from our old phones. Awesome guy with a super kind personality and upmost efficiency, our experience was a joy, which if you’re a human that has walked into a cellphone store in the last idk, ever... is more than most of us can say, and we can thank Greyson for that.
Terrible. Walked in ready to buy a phone and the guy said it would be an hour. Didn’t even look up at us. Only oneother person in the store. And you can’t take a number so you are expected to sit around for an hour waiting. Ridiculous.
Not very helpful. Did not fix my issue. Did not want me to use the store WiFi. My phone doesnt work and they cant fix it. This should have been already to go with the $20 setup fee that they charged me. I will be going to delafield store from now on. they had more phones at the delafield store than these guys had to so next time I will for sure be going to delafield store and by the way delafield fix my issue. So if youre having trouble with your phone from the store I suggest you go to the delafield store they have always been very helpful and getting the problem taken care of right away.
Buyer beware: I wanted to upgrade my phone but keep my cost the same or lower. Greyson was very helpful and got me into a new phone and the bundle included HUM which I said I didn’t want and wouldn’t use. Take it just download the app you don’t have to install it - it’s free. Ok I’ll try it. Well shame on me because it is $10/month AND has a 2 year contract which he never told me. Sure my overall cost is the same but now I have a 2 year contract for $120/year For something I won’t use and didn’t want. I certainly didn’t ask the right questions but I also didn’t get full information. Too bad because I have been a long time Verizon customer- I will look elsewhere after I am finished with my 2 year punishment.

Grayson has been the most helpful person I have ever dealt with at any cell phone company store! I have had US Cellular, T Mobile, and Verizon, and have dealt with all kinds of people at various levels in all of these companies. No one has taken the time to really listen to and understand my situation and my concerns like Grayson has. I have gone into the Oconomowoc Verizon store a couple of times, and have called them on the phone, and every time Grayson has been there and has helped me figure out my options without being pushy or trying to sell me anything. He genuinely wants to help his customers find the right fit for them with their phones and cellular plans. When I am ready to buy a new phone, I am definitely going to come to Grayson at the Oconomowoc Verizon store, I highly recommend his service!!

1st Visit:Brian was a great help. My Dad was signing up and wanted to keep his old phone number; the manager with dark hair and glasses sitting on the north side of the office said sternly, we cant do that the number is gone forever. Talking with a friend she stated a law passed approximately five years ago that your number remains open for a month for circumstances as this one. Ha! She was right and Brian had my Dads old number put on his new phone. He was with Verizon for 19 years and switched to Spectrum to add to a package plan. When he decided to loose the cable tv the price of the landline and cell phone went way up so he went back to Verizon.2nd Visit:I wanted to see if my discount I had set up on line was done correctly, again the same manager said we cant do that here, you have to go on line. I talked to him for a bit and whoa low and behold he was able to figure it out. Is it lack of knowledge or is it no enthusiasm to help customers?

Liars. Flat out lied to my face. First question I asked was are you an official verizon wireless store, the same as the one in Delafield? I was told yes. That is a lie. I was prompted to ask that question because the two greasy looking guys working the store were wearing old black hoodies of some brand (not Verizon branded apparel or unbranded as Id expect at an authentic Verizon store), dirty jeans and tennis shoes. The sign on the front of the store is a poorly hung vinyl banner and there is minimal verizon branding inside the store. They do not offer any of the promotions advertised by or offered at the actual Verizon stores and their buyback price was half what the actual Verizon store offered for our used device. Stay AWAY from these fly by night thieves.
My wife and I stopped in for new phones. We were never greeted when we entered, were never spoken to for the 20 minutes we wandered around the store, and never acknowledged as we left. After going to an actual Verizon store, we realized the prices on the phones were higher here as well.
Beno guy works there... its kind of weird that the workers are giving themselfs a 5 star rating. haha poor service... I went in for a case and was rudely approached.
