Prices are not bad but how the sales people explain the financial process of lending very poor. Terms of payment and interest rates explained completely different from how it actually works. Also told new furniture is delivered..next day tried to deliver floor models not at a lower price. Takes 8 weeks to get furniture and you pay from day one not on delivery date. If not buying out right do not use this company!!!!

We went there for the first time looking for a sectional. There was a decent selection, not huge, but decent. The sales guys were super helpful and answered all of my questions, but gave us our space while looking around. I thought the prices were very reasonable. We were able to get our sectional delivered in a very quick time frame, which was awesome. We unfortunately had issues with 2 of the sections but they made everything right without any hassle at all!!! I would highly recommend them!!!

You should really update your location, hours, something. Drove 20 minutes for the place to be closed when it says its open online. No one answers the phone.. it looks empty inside. Waste of my time.

I went here today looking for a mattress because I’m pregnant and my mattress became uncomfortable. We had a terrible experience purchasing our living room furniture. We were quoted 3-6 weeks and after 8 weeks of being patient I started asking questions about our furniture and was never given straight answers. Instead, I was getting passive answers trying redirect the issue at hand. After 13 weeks and multiple broken promises we asked to have our order cancelled. Once I asked to have it cancelled and a refund, we were ghosted. OFD would not return any of my calls or text. I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Buyer beware.

I went to Lake Country Bed Barn in Hartland and the prices there were double for everything.Oconomowoc Furniture directs prices were less expensive than all other competitors for the same mattress and they included delivery, box spring, and a frame! They even offer easy financing with no interest for first 100 days. Decent customer service, was hoping for lower prices. They state that they’re cheaper than a retailer but there practically the same. If you’re looking for good discounted furniture that accepts little to no credit, “American freight” in Madison WI has some really awesome deals. That’s where I ended up getting a sectional and bed frame. To each the own though!

Most of the parts for the bed I purchased were missing. I called they told me it would only cost me a few bucks to get the missing parts from a hardware store. I feel this is bad customer service. I should have been reimbursed for the missing parts.

We went in there today to price recliners and left with new beds for the whole family because he was able to get us financed and gave us a deal we couldn’t possibly refuse! He was so patient with our indecisiveness and all of our questions! Super nice guy, will certainly be returning for living room furniture once we pay on the beds!! He was even able to look up furniture that we requested that he didn’t have in his showroom. Best yet, his prices are amazing!!

Paid for a couch set 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. Lots of empty promises with this place. They will try and up sell you anything and make you wait for the product. Plus they say they will throw something in for free but when it’s brought up in the future they say that they have to charge you for it. Absolutely worst experience I’ve personally ever had. I don’t see them being around for too much longer.

Dont go here to buy anything about 6 months ago I spent over $2000 on new bed stuff. an 5 months later I noticed I had bed bugs coming from my box springs. I didnt bother telling them..cause ofcourse they will say I could have got the from anybody or anywhere..well thats there opinion. An I know I havent got it from anybody or anywhere else. I regret not looking before they delivered my stuff to my place.

6 weeks after purchasing a couch the seams started coming apart. Owner is unresponsive about resolving the issue. Too bad, he could have turned it into a social media win if he would have stood behind his merchandise.

Suprised by this, i wanted to see in person what they had. Looking for a queen bed, i got shown and educated on all the beds they had. JERRY whom shown me around was very nice and personable. This place has horrible service and the owner is refusing to help solve an issue by simply ignoring my phone calls along with ignoring the finance companys phone calls. We both have reached out several times with no response. On top of what he is advertising on the pictures as pillow top matters are not the ones shown in the picture. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!! Im am beyond frustrated and pissed with this place and am considering taking the next step.

First time purchasing from here love the merchandise bought a pillowtop Queen mattress thats super comfy. I was able to get basic questions answered on facebook decided to visit the store in person and found the bed for me. I like how the store is reasonable and affordable. I know because I moved I needed beds right away I checked in frequent but tbh this is tax season and everyone is buying new beds so the truck doesnt just pop up overnight so cut them a bit of slack. When I did pick up the staff assisted with the beds as well so that was perfect. Thanks so much for being a great help will purchase again soon.

He drew up a contract with us and had us start paying immediately even tho the financial company he works with told us today he should of never done that until we received our furniture but he continued to take our money week after week and won’t answer his phone to explain why we have waited so long. We canceled our order and are demanding our money back!!! The financial place he goes through is even putting in a mark towards this company and said we aren’t the first. I hope you get shut down!!!! He even posted not too long ago a new picture of the furniture he has and please tell me why it looks like my couch is sitting on your floor?? Unbelievable!!!!
