So I’m here at 10:25 AM on a Saturday and it’s closed, even thought they open at ten. I only go to this place because it’s close by but as the other reviews said the staff watches you like a hawk. It’s extremely uncomfortable. It’s pretty small anyways. I like the selection of products and how close it is to me but that’s about it.

I went to the store to purchase two things. The lady said $10 minimum and I said I’m using a debit card and she said there’s a $10 minimum and pointed to a sign that said “Credit and Debit $10 minimum”. I walked out because it is ILLEGAL to impose a surcharge for debit card purchases. I will not return to this store nor would I recommend.

First time walking into this beauty supply store. Tried to buy two wig caps with a debit card and they said a minimum of 10 dollars for debit cards. Did not try to work with me or make a one time exception being a new customer, so apparently they don’t want my business or money and that is fine by me.

I am shocked this place is in existence. I walk in and the owner is not even acknowledging me, but is watching me every second. I then allow my daughter who is 3 choose her hair beads. 3 very small packs (maybe 10 beads in them.) rang up at $15.97 which seemed like a lot. I then hand her the card as she shakes her head and tells me no card. I say, oh I was not aware of this maam. I say I dont have cash Im sorry. She says Oh well, no no sale. Very rude and basically shooed me out the door as my daughter cries bc she can not get her beads. She had no people skills or even a smile, and direct rude behavior. Most uncomfortable store Ive ever been in. Dont waste your time...should have read the reviews on the place first. Sometimes they are true and worth the read.

Any hair or products you want, they most likely have. Unfortunately, you cant take your time trying to find something that you like, because the owners of the store watch you like a hawk. Other than that, its a great place to go for thing you want.

Uncomfortable shopping!!!!!!The lady that works there stares a hole into the back of your head. My go to beauty supply store is EL&S (its black owned ). I made the mistake coming to this one because its .5 miles away from my house. Even though its so close its not worth it!

Predominantly wigs and a lot of human hair. Tons of hair accessories. Staff was very nice.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. It always smells and the owner always watches you like you’re stealing. It really made me uncomfortable so I had to end up leaving ! It’s very small and don’t have much either.

I have purchased hundreds, possibly thousands of dollars, worth of hair extensions, products, and supplies from this store because they are located near my salon. Today I purchased some clip in extensions. I tried to exchange the clips because they were the wrong color. They were unopened but the outer package was torn. They refused the exchange despite the fact that I offered to pay a 50% restocking fee. I’m a repeat client who’s asking for an exchange of a sellable product. They have lost my business forever over less than $75.

The lady in there needs Customer skills... very nasty attitude!! Will not patronize anymore, this is not the first experience with her nastiness.

They double charged my card and did nothing about it.

The products are over priced. The couple that owns the store has very poor customer service skills and the store always has a bad odor.

The husband and wife are so sweet and they remember their customers and yes she always give out free stuff. I can go here and find everything i need for my hair and my childrens hair.

Agreed, its overpriced. The owners are rude. The husband talks down to his wife, which may explain her poor attitude/customer service.

OVER PRICED !!!! $3.50 for a pack of dollar hair .... no thanks. Drove to arundel mills mall and got the same hair for $1.50
