All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, Dr. Lee was exceptional. He explained things in such simple and clear terms and had excellent bedside manner. He clearly knows his stuff and is happy to share his knowledge in a way that any common person could understand. I highly recommend visiting this office!

This was an initial exam for sinus issues which were getting worse. Then spent 10 minutes with me and told me that I had acid reflux because where I felt mucus collecting in my throat. What a waste of time.The front desk and tech were excellent. The doctor was the pits.

Been here twice for my daughter and both times our appt started 30-40 min late.

Haven’t even seen the doctor yet. Front Desk staff rude. I needed referral which was not discussed when I have the appointment. I called my primary and the referral was there already. Front kept using the phrase “because of your insurance”. I recently secured Priority Partners after my work insurance was canceled after a work related injury. I had no choice but to secure State insurance. Is that a reason to be rude to a patient?Back up I was seen in the ER over a month ago. Calling for an appointment here another nightmare. Hour long holds then disconnected. Left messages (as instructed by phone recording) and never got calls back. Finally got an appointment now this rude check in.Hearing test was professional and curious but hard to forgive the initial “greeting” and check in process.Waiting for the doctor now.

Friendly staff. Amazing drs. We have seem multiple drs both AA and ENT all amazing.

The doctors, other medical staff, and admin staff are all great. They do a good job of handling distancing in the office. My wife and I have been going to the practice for 20 years.

We got our sons hearing test done there because that was too long of a wait at our local ENT. They told me that they would forward the results to our primary ENT. It’s been three months and they never sent the results now my son has an ear infection his tubes falling out and I just had to take him to the ER because of their lack of communication with our primary that they said they would send the information to. This is disgusting and not have a two-year-old should be treated

Very safe precautions during Coronavirus. My wait was short, staff was friendly and doctor was great.

Dr. Lee did a balloon Sinuplasty on me and cleared out my sinuses with iodine packing. I havent felt this good in 2 decades

The physicians I saw were so unprofessional and inexperienced. Both physicians were ready to write a script without examination of my ear ( the reason for my visit).. I had to speak up and call them out on the treatment I received. I had sudden hearing loss and pain ...my health is not a joke and I felt like they were more concerned about dictating their notes than examining me!! I do not recommend. Do your research before going to any physician.

Very professional and classy. I was there because I had been subjected to a grenade explosion during a safety test. I arrived with my 2 year old daughter in tow, as I had no babysitter. The doctor who gave me my hearing test didnt blink an eye. When I had to go into the soundproof booth, daughter started crying, so the doctor allowed her to sit next to her while my test was performed. She even let daughter wear one of her headsets. I had serious hearing loss, so doctor made some arrangements for me to be seen immediately by a colleague, who did some more tests. Again, he was not fazed by my daughter in tow, and everyone smiled. The testing done allowed me to make a workers compensation claim. Sorry if this review seems gushing, but I was quite impressed, and believe good work should be rewarded!

I take my daughter for allergy shots. Very little wait time. Efficient, well run office.

Honestly, they see their job as a business. They do not really care about how serious or urgent your condition is. Doctors at this place are no different than such car mechanics trying to make as much money as possible out of your problems. I have seen three different ENT specialist at this practice and only one of them, Dr. Lee actually spared his time discuss my condition with me.

Waited for a very long time. Doctor rushed me. When I told her why I was in the office she asked my why are you having these problems? My reply was ummmm...that is why I am here. If I knew that I wouldnt have to waste a copay. I was seen in this office years ago for hearing loss and they told me that I was fine. I was back in the office 5 years later and was told that my hearing is fine and that I might have a hard time understanding but that I can hear fine. I explained that I can hear fine unless there is outside noise and then I really struggle where other people do not. I asked for a deep cleaning and she acted as if she were hard of hearing and she did do it nor did she explain why she wouldnt do it. I was also seen for problems with my nose. Dr told me that my prescription was sent over to pharmacy and it was not. AVOID this place. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

The Dr. there who saw my son was very experienced and made the whole visit there fun for him. Location and parking was great also.

Place was nice, clean, and service thorough yet quick. We scheduled follow up appts. They are apart of blue cross and blue shield, and associated with John Hopkins.

My 8 month old son saw Dr. Beningfield and got tubes in both ears. I highly recommend this practice! Very friendly and good communication.

The doctor, nursing and office staff were both personable and professional. They were very attentive to messages and made the whole experience a little less painful.

Saw both Dr Lee and Dr Moore, I was very pleased with both and felt super comfortable! They were so patient and helped figure out my diagnosis! Highly recommend!

Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, he is a great doctor. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable asking him any questions.

I had server sudden hearing loss for my right ear (but I did not know it until I saw another doctor in another hospital after the awful experiences in ENTAA), but Dr. Lee told me I was fine. I came back to see him again after one week (because it was worse), but he still did not diagnose it. Then, finally I was arranged to do a hearing test there (after wasting another week of my valuable time to cure it totally on time), but an inexperienced, unskilled (a very young female, and I doubted if she was a student intern) audiologist announced that I had severe hearing loss and needed to purchase a hearing aid from them right away. Apparently, Dr. Lee and the audiologist were not professional because I had a sudden hearing loss, but not a permanent loss. In addition, they delayed my sickness for over 3 weeks. Do not go to this clinic!

Nice office, nice costumer service . Both doctors ENT (Jeffrey Pacheco) & AUDIOLOGIST was very professional, diligent and took the time to explain everything . Odenton Office. Definitely recommend this place.

I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Lee. I thought he was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional.

This place struggled for a long time, shots would often take an hour, customer service was pretty bad, billing even worse. My wife and I have seen a huge improvement with the Odenton location. Updated friendly and efficient staff kept us from switching to Glen Burnie. Shot wait times consistently under 5 mins most times, this location was always convenient but was horrible to go to, much improved.Thanks for the improvements

I had a great experience here with Dr. Lee.He took care of my problem in minutes! No long wait & the staff was friendly.

The most incompetent office staff I ever dealt with. Twice they claimed I was late after I told them I couldnt do earlier appointments and they offered the later one. They claimed I was 5 minutes late and would need to reschedule but had nothing open for 2 weeks. They also claimed I no-showed after I had explicitly cancelled ALL of my appointments including the one they no-showed me for and told them I would not be coming back to them.
