Dr. Robinson and the staff at the Odenton office are professional, thorough, friendly and willing to take as long as you need in an appointment. Questions are answered completely and in layman’s terms. Now we are moving out of the area and I can only hope I find an office half as good as this one.

I visited with (HSAC) for my hearing concerns in the beginning of 2020 and also the end. Great staff! Friendly greeting! I saw a different Doctor each time (Kostkowski and recently Muzii). Same results, a deep sense of satisfaction. They are both very professional in their field addressing any and all questions I had. They made me feel very comfortable like we’ve known each other for years. They use state of the art technology and can send you home with the device just right for you. I highly recommend Hearing Solutions Audiology Center for all your hearing issues.

“Enjoyed” my visit isn’t the right term, but it was definitely necessary. I’ve known for some time my hearing wasn’t what it used to be. At my daughter’s prompting, both my husband and I went to see Dr. Robinson. She was very personable as well as knowledgeable. We received a full hearing evaluation. She’s discussed the results with us in terms we understood. She offered products but didn’t push. We both left with hearing aids that are helping us tune back into our environments.

I cant say enough about how wonderful our experience has been wit Hearing Solutions and Dr. Lilly. she has guided myself and my elder mother thru her diagnosis of hearing loss and provided the best treatment plan to get my mothers hearing improved. My mom says her aides are very comfortable and she doesnt even know shes wearing them. The entire staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Theyve truly made a lasting impression on my family. We would highly recommend them to any and everyone needing Hearing Aides or Hearing testing.

Being in my 60s and having spent 35 years in an occupation that required wearing headsets about 75% of my work hours, I have been naturally concerned in recent years about possible hearing loss. Well, they took great care of me.... got me in right at my appointment time, checked my ears for possibly visible symptoms/blockages (none were found), and then a basic hearing test: listening to tones played into first the right ear, then left. Thank goodness, everything was normal! I left feeling very relieved, and have already recommended them to a friend of mine, who was impressed with my descriptions of how quick and thorough the exam was, as well as the reasonable prices of different treatments.... I will keep them in mind if I have future auditory issues. Keep up the great work!

I have been going to hearing solutions for years and always have a positive experience. I have a bone related hearing loss instead of the more common nerve related hearing loss. Dr. Robinson was able to diagnose it right away, after going to another doctor that missed it. Hearing solutions feels like family. I highly recommend them.
