I am always very wary of putting my things in public storage. But that’s why I chose this facility. Connor was able to help me through the whole process and knowing he does daily lock checks and gate checks made me feel comfortable with trusting them with my belongings. Connor was exceptional with his customer service and the facility is well kept and the units are clean!!! Absolutely worth 5 stars!

I can appreciate a business that prioritizes their customers concerns and actually does something about them. For that reason they earned my respect and that alone was enough to be 5 stars in my opinion. Other than that the facility is clean and well kept. They have carts at both entrances to help with moving items to your unit which is nice.

Kris and Ashley are the best. Great customer service. Clean location for not being climate controlled and a older building. These ladies will not let you down. Strongly recommend.

Chris at the Odenton location was very very helpful. She worked with me and got me a deal. Even though I paid more the customer service was excellent. I left happy and satisfied. I have been looking for a new storage place while prepping to move and buy a new home. I talked with Kris, who was very helpful and upfront with any costs and expenses I would see, and was very patient with any other questions I had about the area as well. The lobby was well kept and tidy, whoch I hope reflects well in the storage units. I will definitely be considering this place in the future.

I have been moving so I have stopped at this facility several times over the last couple weeks to buy boxes. Kris has extremely helpful on helping me pick out the right boxes for my packing needs. Kris is very nice and knowledgeable and doesnt mind the small talk. If you need moving supplies come see her!

They are priced to high for not being climate controlled and we were lied to over the phone about unit being climate controlled when whole place is not. And on top of it if you are going into office they only allow one person and will not allow you to being kids in with you. Thank goodness my spouse was with me because no way i could leave my littles in truck

My husband and I have a unit at this location and today I was greeted by Kris when I went looking for a cart. She came out in the rain and helped me look for one. No one else has done that. I was at my unit and she walked around my boxes didnt ask me to move them out of her way. She even greeted me very nicely like earlier.

I came in to this location to pay on my mothers Storage bill. Kris was so helpful. She explained the process to move my mother to this facility and our best options. Kris gave me a tour of the facility. The facility is kinda old but Kris keeps it clean.

The storage unit is close to home which is great. But I have had the unit for just over a year and this is the second time I’ve received notice that my rent is increasing. Edited as Ami contacted me to try to work out a solution which I truly appreciated.

I rented here for a short time but in that time I was always welcomed and greeted when there by Ami. She was always there willing to help. Just moved out today and although I no longer needed the space, Ami was there to help with the move out process. Fast and easy. Will come back if I ever need storage again.

I am always coming by the office to use the company cart to get things from my truck to my unit. Ami is always there to make sure I can use the cart even if she is out of the office. Made a reservation for a 10 x 10 ft. storage unit online. Was given the $1 first month rate with the $25 set up fee. Even had the confirmation at this price. When I got there, they still charged me the winter rate ......half off. Along with the set up fee and insurance, it cost me about $125!! They wouldnt honor the $1 first month. Brandon was extremely helpful trying to honor what was confirmed for me. He even called the corporate office. They wouldnt budge. Brandon was extremely helpful with everything else. Because Public Storage confirmed my first month at $1 (with the $25 set up fee) then didnt honor it when I arrived, I dont think I would ever use Public Storage again. Any company that offers $1 first month, confirms it, I print it out, then they dont honor it when I arrive, wont be getting any future business.

It is rare to come across nice people these days and Ami did not disappoint with her fresh southern hospitality. She welcomed us with a smile and took her time with my sister which most people cannot seem to do. My sister is disabled and can be a handful and Ami just welcomed her and made conversation as my sister fumbled in her purse to get whatever she needed. She did not rush us and took her time with us. Ami is super nice and very helpful. I called to rent a unit the day of at about 11am and she had me moved in by 3. If you’re moving in the summer time it is a little warm in the unit and the carts are few and far between but you can make due!

Customers beware!!! Public Storage will increase the rate on you without notice. I moved in Dec 2018. My rent went from $161.00 and increased to $199.00 in April 2019. Thats less than 6 months. I asked about notification and they claimed an email was sent. However, I went through all my emails from them, and there was no email. The lease I signed states $161.00 a month.How do you increase my rent without notification and without me signing a new agreemment for the new amount. I plan on moving my things out ASAP. Never again! Please stay clear. The rate you start off with wont be the amount you stay with. They evaluate your storage rate within 6 months, then yearly to increase the amount. SMH..

I was told to leave a review Only if I had 5 star service and I surely was given that today. I came in to buy a few more boxes for my daughters move, and ended up getting more than I needed with the best deal! I like Yanii, she was very sweet with helping me save money, she even took the boxes to my car without even asking if I needed any help.

Went in to purchase supplies and was met by Ami. She was friendly and went above and beyond. It was pouring rain and her office is a bit small so she had to go outside to get more supplies that I needed. She took care of my things with bags to prevent them from getting wet. She even helped me get them in my car. What a great customer service experience. I would recommend this Public Storage to anyone in need of moving supplies.
