Dave was as professional and engaging as one could be. I had a situation where I have been driving all throughout the night, and had gotten a flat tire out of the middle of nowhere roughly 55 miles due east of Hobbs New Mexico. I was in an Enterprise rental, and even calling roadside assistance, they could not locate anybody who could come out there and help me due to how desolate and remote the region was. fortunately, I had found the lug wrench which had been camouflaged in this particular vehicle and finally got the donut tire on the vehicle. I made my delivery in Hobbs, New Mexico, and called Enterprise back so that they could contact the closest Firestone which was in Odessa, 90 miles to the south-southeast, and let them know that I was on my way. When I had arrived at the Firestone, they had told me it wouldn’t be until three or four in the afternoon before the car was done, and it was only roughly 8:30 AM. I told them that I couldn’t wait that long due have being up since the previous day and driving all through the night. So I took off intending to go back to Dallas at a slower rate of speed with the donuts spare when I saw an Enterprise just by chance right down the road. When I told them the situation, they told me to definitely go to Forrest Brothers, and with great confidence. I did, and they had me out of there within the hour. And, with a great attitude as I previously mentioned. I live in Dallas, and if this family tire shop were here, I would be getting my tire needs due to my 100,000+ miles a year, at their location from here forward. As a professional driver for the last 35 years of my life, I highly recommend this company. ..

The owner is tired of people bringing in tires they wisely bought online. So, if you want your own new tires installed, he quotes you $300 plus tax. What a man he is.

Excellent work and personal. I have new tires installed on my 2015 chevy equinox. I called and they were able to get the tires ready and were installed in right away.

They were very friendly and did the work quickly. They started the job immediately. I had two brake rotors and 4 brake bads replaced. It was also done right in front of me and I saw the parts they removed. I pretty much knew what needed to be done. They were honest and upfront. It was a great experience. The only drawback was the guy that did the test drive was covered in grease. If it was my personal car I would have gone left. No floor mats or plastic seat cover. Although I do occasionally dress up for work, I can take my seat cover out and wash it.

They didnt fix my car right and failed to mention what they did mess up! I will NOT be going to them anymore! They act clueless!

Sad to know how slow they are to rotate and balance a pick up truck. This was the first time have been here and it is dedinatly the last. An hour and half to rotate and balance is ridiculous....

Do not trust these people. We took our car in for alignment. When we got it back it was worst than it was. Another thing they ordered a part without our consent. My husband spoke with the manager he said to bring car back in and hell look at it. Took it back and of course he claims nothing wrong. One cant trust anyone anymore. What happened to good customer service.

Priced tires for my pickup all over town, most were no less than $800 for the set WITHOUT warranty and they had to order them! Came here expecting it to be the highest, ended up paying $600 for the set INCLUDING warranty AND they had them in stock. They definitely have my business from now on.

We had a blow out about 20 miles out of Odessa and were looking for a new tire for a 4x4. We tried 5-6 other places who did not have the 10 ply tire we needed. Forrest did! They completed the work in about 30 minutes and we were able to get back on the road. The staff were courteous, polite and friendly. The waiting area was clean and spacious with seating outside to accommodate our dog. We even received a discount! Ive never been in a better tire shop or had better service. Top Notch!

Had an issue at discount tire. Told me the wait would be 3 hours only to then tell me they couldn’t repair my tire.Drove down to Forrest brothers. Explained that I needed a tire fixed. The guy immediately asked for my keys and asked if I could wait 20 minutes for it. They were obviously slammed when I got there too.These guys are awesome. Will use they for everything when I’m down here.

These folks are great! Needed a tire on my trailer hauling oversize load. They came out 30 miles right away on a Saturday, changed the tire and got us rolling within an hour. Only charged $45 for the call.

This place has by far the best customer service in the tire & front end repair business. Zach the gentleman that helped me spent hours trying to get the TPS sensors reprogrammed & even replaced the sensors in case that was the issue. In the end they figured it out and charged me nothing despite the new sensors and time involved diagnosing & reprogramming my sensors. You just don’t find this kind of customer service in West Texas. My only wish is that they offered more services than tires & front end work, because they’d have all my vehicle related business if they did.?

Showed up at 7 am for tire rotation, alignment and balance they showed me my worn tires were severely damaged. Had 4 new tires and alignment out the door by 9. Service was great, quality was great. Dont go anywhere else. Coffee was always ready .

I am a DYI guy fixing up an 83 Chevy pickup. I replaced a few ball joints and an A arm and bushings etc etc, afterword an alignment is needed. I called with out an appointment they told me they could get me in immediately. Sure enough, right up on the lift even though they are very busy, but efficient. After looking at what work I had done they pointed out that a few other things could use attention, and refused to charge me because it wouldn’t be the best alignment until that was fixed... honesty, didn’t jam me up to let them fix it. Showed me HOW to fix it and tips how to get it done with the best results!!! THEN Shaun offered to do the best job possible with what was there, and he did... And then didn’t charge me a dime. My truck drives better than I have ever experienced and I didn’t get to pay.. he told me to replace those pieces and come back to see them.. And I will... Forrest Bros has my business for life... Shaun is a great person, even if it sounds like he is from up north!

Called around for prices on two tires, these guys had the lowest price in all of Odessa. Very nice, and very clean. Got my tires put on and rotated the other two, and in awesome time. I will definitely be back! A man named Dave helped me out. Hes awesome. Incredibly professional. 10/10.

Ive bought two sets of tires here. One set for my truck and one set for my SUV. NO appointment necessary it would help though. There is a bit of a wait if not for sheer volume of business. They stay very busy a sign of good business and repeat customers. If they dont have what you want it can be ordered.

Took my tire there Friday afternoon, as it was flat. They were polite, and gladly took my tire to look and see where the hole was. They noticed the rim was bent (most likely from having to be jacked against on bare rim) and hammered back to shape. They told me they did not find a hole to patch.Well, next day my tire is noticeably less inflated so I decided to go back and they are closed.I got it fixed, and it was a hole needing patching. It was visible to the naked eye without the need to even pinpoint it via the soap and water method. They didnt even check the tire itself and just assumed it was the rim alone.Two stars for decent customer service, and not charging to hammer it back. ONLY two stars for negligence and being too lazy to inspect the tire. Probably wont be going back.

OHMY, My husband took his dually 1 ton welding truck in because he knew there was something wrong with his front end, we were thinking maybe ball joint or anything with suspension...Anyway, they had the truck for at least 2 hours. They rotated his tires and balanced them......And they did not charge a penny.....Just said come back when he needs tires.....Runs like new....Five stars.....Honest as day is long.....We will be back, we have 2 trucks and will send everyone we know there. We arent from here and a lot of welders arent either, but who knows.......Like the people in this town!!!!!

I went here for a tire rotation and balance on my Dually and they told me a hour and a half. Four hours later finished rotating and balancing one tire saying it was done I asked the guy to come out and look at it with me because I knew that the drivers front tire was in the same location. He proceeded to tell me it had been rotated and that the service was free and on them. I don’t need a Bull story I just need my tires rotated... I won’t be back too bad for them I was planning on buying some American forces and tires from them in December.

Took my company truck in because of an alignment issue. Ended up needing two new tires. The staff worked with my company to find the appropriate tires at a reasonable price. I was in and out within an hour. Thank you!

Went there when I found a screw in the tire of my company truck. Got there late in the afternoon, but I was immediately greeted, asked what the issue was, and they took my truck in just as soon as they could. Ended up getting a new set of tires as they were getting close to the end of their life, but was told I could run them for a while if I needed to, even after Discount Tire said they wouldnt even touch them. Mine was one of the last vehicles there and when I got up to look, they had 4 techs working on it to knock it out quickly! Needless to say I was pretty impressed so when the time comes to get new tires for my Jeep, I may come back!!

We called the after hours service dept and the guy gave us a RIDICULOUS PRICE TO COME OUT AND CHANGE OUR TIRE OF $450 PLUS JUST TO CHANGE ONE TIRE. IVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH. We are from Alabama and I have several friends that own tire stores back home. The guy that quoted us the price better hope he doesnt break down when coming towards my town. I took my 1ton truck into Forrest Brothers because I thought my front end was messed up. I just knew it was going to cost$$$$$$$ and take days to get to. But I was wrong, first they called me to tell me the problem was just a bad tire and that they was not anything wrong with the front-end. Mike and his team made a possible nightmare into a cake-walk.Where some business would have put parts I did not need and charged me an ungodly amount, Forrest Brothers were honest and that is refreshing!Thanks Guys!

Terrible, knowledgeable service. I brought it in for an oil change before I left town and was told about a loose engine mount that needed to be fixed so I took it to a trusted mechanic for the work and had the part ordered before I dropped it off. My trusted mechanic told me to come in and the part was ready. After I brought it in he told me that there was no loose mount. It cost me 3 days of time and some $200. I called in talk to the mechanic and advise the manager and the child at the front desk advised me he was the manager, denied everything and told me if I didnt like them, not to use them.Well I didnt and wont ever. And if this is the way they treat their customers it would be in your best interest to not use them as well.

Went in thinking I threw a wheel weight on the oilfield roads. They figured out I had a tire separating, took the time to show me, and didnt try to up sell me on a whole set. Because it was a front tire, I did elect to replace both front tires. Very friendly and fast service!

I like the fact that they are business men, but I specifically asked for them to rotate my tires and they didnt want to do it because they wanted me to buy four brand new tires. The vehicle has less than 40,000 miles. They just needed to be rotated. The customer service was sweet, but I felt like customer satisfaction was low because of their sales pitch.

I had to change from 5 star to 1. The last 3 times where not good experiences. First 2 where service related but not to big a deal. I recently went in and noticed not one person, customers, workers, or owner where not wearing mask. Which too, is not a big deal. I wear a mask and I totally agree its a person choice. I started to warm heartedly joke about it, I have a brother and my mom in hospital with Covid, and I know I offended them but Totally unintentionally. Well the owner whom Ive known since childhood asked me if I m uncomfortable to wait outside lol. The good thing for both parties is, they dont need my business and I dont need theirs. Will not go back.... Ever
