I enjoy going to Sallys Beauty. The staff is very friendly and they know their products. The store is very neat and clean. Ill be back again soon!

This place gave my step daughter a job and she usually only works 3 hrs a day 2 maybe 3 days a week. Thats ridiculous and they promised her 30 hrs when she started

Cant seem to get anyone to answer the phone so I can make an order and do curb side pick up. Very frustrating...cant do it online or they charge you for delivery! Workers not very friendly and they were very rude. Not happy.

Store is pretty bare. Not well stocked.

Why does this store always seem like it’s going out of business? Boxes of stuff everywhere but hardly anything actually on the shelves and they never have what you need.

The lady was only in her phone when we pulled up to the register & when we were paying with card she got on her phone again. Worst service. Never asked if we needed help.

So I called over the phone and spoke to manager about purchasing some Darby razor blades. Her response was we are too busy and I need to come in to see if if they have some. So I did, when I arrived at saw that all they had was a consistant customer traffic. My job dropped on how lazy she was. I went through the store and finally located them as they were behind the counter. She then has the nerve to tell me I cant be back their and that she will have to help me. I will never go back to this store. Lady if you ever trade this know you are lazy and rude.

I had a horrible experience, when I walked in the employee was playing tonsil hockey with some guy and when I aproached her about exchanging the extensions that I had bought 2 hours earlier untouched and unopened she was really rude and very disrespectful with her responses. I like shopping at Sally’s but this experience was something that shouldn’t have happened in a so called professional store. As a public figure from where I’m at I was really disappointed in this experience.

Always great selection of hair & beauty products, most of the time this location has great customer service.

This store is basically 50% empty, maybe even more than that, not sure if this is how it always is, but unfortunately Im sure I wont waist my time again to go back. Not good

Hair color specialist isnt. Recommended products incorrect, no clue how to deposit color correctly. Platinum went blue. 250 dollars later. Phone number on receipt isnt good either.

Terrible customer service. They hire people without any knowledge of hair products or Sally’s products. And they NEVER have anything in stock! Needs better management!

Never really had a bad experience but the staff could be trained better and the prices lower to match the products they offer.

By far the worst Sally I’ve ever had the misfortune to find. Poor customer service, rather, nonexistent customer service. I’m shocked the manager didn’t tell me to go f*** myself.
