I knew exactly what I was wanting on the lot and things could not have gone smoother. For my first time buy a car I dont think I could have asked for a better experience. Fred was honest and upfront and quick to respond to any question. I drove in from Lubbock and it was worth the drive for the car I had been looking for.

I gave 3 stars because I did eventually get the answer I sought. 1st their phone system sucks. Prepare to be hung up on repeatedly before even uttering a word. Prepare to be transferred at a whim also. 2nd calling attention to their poor service on the phone will yield some moral b.s.. 3rd their online inventory is not accurate and is not updated quickly. Do yourself a favor and if you must purchase here go in. I assume they are nicer in person. Probably... hopefully. At least the inventory would be correct.

Phenomenal service when my wife and I went for our trade in. We worked with Mr. J.B Smith and he went above and beyond to answer our inquiries when purchasing the vehicle. Couldn’t have had a better experience. We had everything waiting for us when we showed up at the dealership. Papers signed, handshakes, and we had our new vehicle. For some odd reason they think it’s ok to add 15k to a vehicle cause it’s wanted. Now it’s a 35k mini van for 50k. Won’t ever buy another vehicle from them cause they act this way.

Over the past year and a half I have had to take my old Kia Soul and now my new Kia Soul into Kelly Grimsley to have either work done (on the old one) or oil changes done and they are always super friendly and helpful! I have nothing bad to say at all. Sometimes they even surprise me with a car wash.

Most of the staff are pretty unprofessional in the used lot, but Sam and Frank went out of their way to get we were looking for. Look for Sam, super nice guy to deal with. Weve purchased cars before, brand new, and those cars have held up well. Only lost them from major wrecks.

I do not recommend this place to anyone I bought a cash truck almost 10k on it I understand they sell as is but the truck broke down not even a week I had my mechanic come look at it and I called the person that helpd us out to see if maybe they could do something they said no then later called and said to take to them so my mechanic got it to we’re I can take it to them and they ended up messing it up even more wen I leftFrom there I stayed stranded with my daughter and husband In the middle of the street a few blocks away from them I had to pay for them to tow it to my house and still had to pay for everything that was wrong with. It on top of what they messed up

My salesperson (Ray) was no nonsense and eager to provide me with exactly what I wanted for a fair price, and they gave me what KBB indicated was fair for my trade-in. I recommend this dealer if you want a good deal and save some time. We spent 3 days looking for a car, so I know I got a good deal on low mileage used car with warranty left over....

I just bought a 2021 Kia Soul back in November. It has 3,000 miles on it now but for some crazy reason it needs a new transmission. That’s all fine and good, I understand things happen. You don’t expect it on a brand new vehicle but it happens. Problem is that with me being out of a vehicle for a week or longer, you’d figure they’d provide a loaner. NOPE!! “Only if it needs a new engine”, is what I was told. This is terrible customer service and satisfaction and I’ll absolutely never do business with them again.

I will never do business with this company ever again. The Manager in the Service department was very rude to my family and disrespectful to my self. They also did a terrible job in changing the oil in my vehicle. The oil was splattered all over the engine. I cannot trust these people again with my vehicle. Just wanted to add the sales Manager Frank Bonilla is terrible sales person just wanted to take our money after signing a contract. They hire just anybody unprofessional people don’t know what there doing can’t recommend this place to anyone.

Financing personnel needs a refresher course on customer service. Personality was stagnant even after we try to interact with conversation. Sales man who guided us to the location of financing had a great attitude also engaged in conversation. Thats what selling cars are about financing, salesperson,lott keeper. Great experience and down to earth sales staff and management. They worked with me with finding a deal even staying way past normal hours to get it done. They were quite frank with me on my trade-in condition and looked tirelessly for possible deals and finally found me a Brand new Kia soul. Was not expecting a brand new car after having trouble with the trade in and half expected a used car was up next in the line-up but they got me what i could afford realistically and efficiently. Purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from here and I cannot be happier with my decision. My salesman, Martin, was extremely patient and knowledgeable on his vehicles so we really took the time to find the right fit for my needs. With test drives and walk-arounds, I never felt pressured to make an immediate decision and I really felt like he was helping me more than selling to me. Also, couldn’t beat the price with how popular those vehicles are at the moment. We used the body shop and it was great. They got our hot shot in and out in about a week. It had minor damage from a front blowout. They worked well with the insurance, we paid our deductible and after we put new front tires on we were back out making money again. Everyone was really nice and i felt like they really cared about us and our truck.

I received my license plates in the mail on 1/29/20 and was wondering if this is a common practice at this dealer. Since I live in Odessa. I’ve purchased vehicles at other dealers even a buy her pay here place, and they called me when the plates came in to put them on. For a dealer that says customer satisfaction is their top priority, not feeling it.Thank you for the convenience of not having to come back to your establishment. I cant talk about the buying process because I bought my Sedona somewhere else. I can, however, talk about the service department. Wow! Excellent customer service is a rare find these days, but Kelly Grimsley Kia has it! They honored the appointment I made. They honored the length of time they said the appointment would take. They treat you like you want to be treated. At Kelly Grimsley Kia, you are a valued customer. Never once do you feel like your car is just another car for them to see. If your car is important to you, its important to them. This experience was a true breath of fresh air. Go see for yourself. When you do, be sure to take advantage of the coffee and donuts. This review is in regards to my wifes 2015 Sorento with 31,000 miles. I made an appt 1 week out for suggestions on her AC. It has not been blowing as cold as it should and the driver side is warmer than the passenger side. We have only had KG service this vehicle for everything and have had NO major issues. Upon calling I asked to speak to Steven who always knew me by name and provided great customer service but was told he was no longer there. I spoke to a gentleman and explained to him what was going on and when we purchased the vehicle it had an AC issue right off the bat in 2015, so we had it serviced and KG fixed the problem. He explained to me he could not find any record of that. I also explained to him that I knew the vehicle was just recently out of warranty but I was told if we EVER had another AC issue to bring it up and KG would make it right. I should of received that in writing instead of verbal because he wanted to charge me $165 diagnostic before the hood was popped. He had no problem with me grabbing the keys and leaving, if he was concerned about losing a customer he could of asked his superior their opinion but he was fine with me walking out the door. I wont let 1 employee sway my opinion fully of KG and will most likely purchase another vehicle from them but I dont think the quality of customer service was up to KG standards on 7/6/2020I would also like to point out a review I praised KG for a year ago on YELP is listed on the Kelly Grimsley homepage.

Called to schedule service and they were able to squeeze me in same day. A Saturday no less. Steven was very friendly and able to get me scheduled for some other work I needed also. Customer service was great and I would recommend then to my friends. Oil change was very quick and didnt wait long at all.

They were supposed to send the check for a 10 day payout, but has either not done that, or horribly slow doing it. Whatever the case my prior lender is threatening to mark my last payment as a late payment potentially damaging my credit report!! Thanks for the extra stress guys!

So me and my honey went to go get our oil change for our Kia and we were answered immediately they took the car in right away they were very friendly as we were waiting we just decided to car look so me and my honey went looking around Chaisley was quick to answer our questions and helped us instantly he was very nice very sweet answered all of our questions and was able to get us another vehicle and we drove off the lot with two cars a lot of people have negative things to say but me personally I love getting our cars from there especially being treated very well and respected on top of all that they also gave my brother a job there so Im really excited for my brother and for our new vehicle that we have and I just want to say thank you so much !!!

So bought my first car here about 8 months ago... thought it was a good deal and was very grateful... I got into a accident and lost the vehicle, I wasnt offered the Gap insurance but had that extended warranty on my car... I already got in contact with my bank and they already gave me the info of the warranty and then I called the warranty company and was told to come a fill out the cancellation paperwork. I went in, and one of the finance managers was being rude saying its gonna be months I told him I already called them and he didnt believe me and still was rude to fill it all out.Not only am I upset about that but that they didnt even inspect the car (bought preowned) before selling me the car and then being told I need to get it inspected before I get my plates. After 3 months of having the car..And there cleaning crew did not a great job cleaning out the car.

Our check engine light keeps coming on for a “cold start idle”. We have taken it in several times. They refuse to fix it. We’ve been told to bring it back each time the engine light comes on so they can reset it. Our 2016 Soul feels like it is going to stall at red lights and they don’t care. This place is a joke. Don’t do ANY business with these people. They will screw you after the sale. We’ve even contacted Kia Corp and they refuse to help. And it’s still under warranty.

We were told that the internet price is not something they know about so its not something they can offer. If you ask they HAVE to honor it. The men dont respect female customers. After offering to clean the car they decided that it didnt need to be done because it was cloudy so we had to insist. Overall, the only reason we bought from them was because I loved the car. It was not a pleasant or easy experience in any way and we will not be back.

She insisted on having my social security number. I was reluctant to give it to her, and I learned a valuable lesson from this. I told her I already had financing, and that a credit pull was not necessary. I said this to her three times. Not two minutes later I get a notification that my credit was pulled. She then lied, stating she didn’t pull my credit, as I’m staring at a credit pull from your company.That dishonestly lost my business. Yes I gave her my information, but I did not give permission to pull my credit. I even said “don’t pull my credit.” What more do you need from a customer? She called back the next day, apologizing for pulling my credit.I am grateful this happened; she then told me that the vehicle I was inquiring about had hail damage. HA. You ask for my credit information, and financing before disclosing all the information about the vehicle? Talk about running the cart before the horse.I’m writing this review to help others who come to your business. I’m only stating facts not opinion.Thanks.

Took my 2014 Cadillac here several months ago. It needed the rear differential replaced. Finally got my car back on Friday after over 4 months of sitting up there only to find out it has hail damage from front to back! They say it’s my responsibility to pay and fix. So not only will I have a damage report on my car I also have to pay a $500 deductible for something that would not have happened in my possession. They gave me a loaner car while mine was sitting up there, if I had damaged the car in anyway I would be paying for it! If my car was in my possession during the hail storm, it would have been in the garage. The shadiest part of this whole situation is they didn’t tell me it had hail damage, but they were aware of it when they gave it back to me.

This is a great place to get a car from especially if your credit is not so good the salesman that we had name Isaac was the best salesman I ever dealt with we got approved but the down payment was a little higher than what I wanted to put down so Isaac didnt stop he made sure me and my my wife didnt leave without putting the down payment that we could afford to pay everybody there was friendly and made us feel right at home and they explained everything to us unlike the first time I bought a car from a different dealership they was very respectful I have nothing but good things to say about them so if you looking for a good car and a great deal this is the place to go to ask for Isaac and tell Arthur sent you

This dealership took advantage of my 85 yr old mother . She bought a vehicle off the Internet a $40,000 Jeep. You guys delivered it I work it’s town, when ur driver arrived he said this thing constantly shifts, and drinks fuel . I drove the Jeep for 1 day and seen there was issues 27,000 miles on it . I called and said this isn’t gonna work, I took it back the following Monday, because of holiday weekend. Did not drive it . When I arrived I found a Jeep tvst was $1000 cheaper. I told the sales girl she said she would make this right . I expected my mother to receive a check for $1,000 . I’ve called, to no avail sales manager never even called me back, being thst I sold her a vehicle online, she’s 85 she did not want to drive out to thst Madhouse of driving. I just dint understand I’m a business owner and thsts not GOOD BUSINESS I tell everyone this story and everyone agrees u owe her $1,000 MR GRIMSLEY

Took my car to their body shop to have a dent repaired. They did a great job fixing the dent, and customer service was very professional. However, they cracked my windshield. When I brought it to their attention, they only agreed to pay for half of the cost to repair it. Despite doing a good job fixing the vehicle, it was extremely frustrating having to pay an additional 300$ (which they originally quoted at 100$) to fix a problem that they had caused.

KIA dealership told me an estimated cost for the servicing and completed the service within an hour. When I went to pick up my car, the estimated cost was exactly what the price for servicing was so I was very appreciative of that. Well... So much for buying my first car. The salesman did not let us know every important detail. He did us dirty. Now Im dealing with a 27.7% interest on a car Ill probably take forever to pay. And yes I could of asked but its my first time buying a car through a bank. He wasnt very helpful. And I called several times to get some help from them and they never returned my calls... DONT DO FIRST BUYERS DIRTY...!!!
