Great customer service! Very friendly and helpful with getting me the car I wanted. They were also very fast. We contacted them through online and called immediately to help us. The name of the sales rep that helped me was Cesar, he is bilingual.

When I walked in, all the salespeople were busy attending other customers. Mireya Garza stepped up to help right away even though shes not in sales anymore. She explained everything as we went along and helped me get into a brand new vehicle, even though I wasnt sure I was going to be able to get anything at all. She was very attentive and friendly. The dealership filled up the gas and washed my new car before I left the lot. I have never had that from any other car dealership in the past. Great experience!

Bought a used truck in January. No license plates now in mid-April. While talking to them they told me about the warranty they offer. Told me it covered, mechanical, electrical and all kinds of things. I said “great, let’s do it.” Only they sold me a lesser warranty without telling me. Fast forward just 2 months later and I need to replace my steering pinion and rod and other things. $2,000. Would have been covered if they sold me the warranty that I agreed on. Pretty shady.

We purchased a truck back in august and got the warranty. We decided against keeping that warranty and submitted the paperwork to cancel it on September 15. The manager, Tim Stark, never submitted that paperwork to that company and will not respond to emails, text, phone calls and seems to be gone anytime I go in the building.On top of that, when the truck, someone stole the power amp and subwoofer from the vehicle. (The dealership was supposed to replace those as well, but shocker, they haven’t fulfilled that promise either). They left the batter wires touching and blew almost all the lights in the truck. They admitted the steroid components had been stolen and put the truck in the shop. They never fixed the lighting, including taillights, blinkers, running lights and multiple lights in the LED headlights. (Rush did finally get them to order the replacement taillights that took over two months to come in)I gave them one star because I was forced to by the app. This was a terrible experience and a terrible dealership. We still haven’t been able to get the warranty cancelled after 7 months. No return emails, calls, texts; nothing!Spend your time and your money more wisely!

Took my daughter to look around to see more or less what she liked and didn’t think we’d end up leaving with a brand new car for her!!! Long story short I took my car to this place I waited hours till Benny Lopez the sales part guy director told me that my car insurance cover the repair cause the AC dont and still dont work cause he never fixed it. left the car for a whole week driving an Uber to work then home I went to get the car cause they were taking so long just to find out that they couldnt find out what was wrong they just left the whole messed on the passenger side meaning they didnt put everything back just like when I took the car the first time everything in place I even call that Dealer demanding if I can talk to the owner of that place but someone else took the information so that they can pass it to him about what happened its been a whole week since I did that and I havent received a call FYI dont waste your time there its not worth it.

My 4WD Outlander Sport got me every where I needed to go with ease through Ice, Snow, and Slush as I was chasing the power for several days.

They have deceptive marketing technique. They agreed to sell a Ducati Diavel and when I made deposit, later they said, there is fuel injection sensor issue. The guy knew the problem, as he said, If I fix the issue, I will sell for higher price, which means, he knew the issue and did not tell me when he was taking my deposit. Stay away from them. I still have proof of all conversation. Online add did not mention about issue and was noted as private seller.

I purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer, August 6th, from Permian Mitsubishi. I always dread going through the long, drawn out process that most dealerships put you through. I was pleasantly surprised this time! Nathaniel was a great salesperson to work with and made sure I had answers to any questions I had regarding the vehicle. Cesar made signing ALL the paperwork painless, and made sure I was comfortable before closing the deal. He also made sure to introduce me to the Service Manger, Benny. He was very personable and reassured me that if I had any questions or any problems with the vehicle, that he would make sure they were addressed and repairs would be done accordingly. Went in for a passenger air bag recall. Truck spent 2 days being service to replace air bag. When I received truck back. There were cracks on my dash, vents not aligned properly, diverter valve for ac making noise, and cluster wouldnt work. Was told they would fix issues as fast as they could. Its been 2 weeks without cluster. I called 10/28/20 nobody new whats going on and the guy working on my truck quite. Any suggestions on how to proceed greatly appreciated.

Throughout a 4 month process, being drug out so many times due to everytime he said to be there, once we arrived he always had a new excuse. I did purchase my vehicle and I do love my vehicle, but please go somewhere else if you want a decent experience. I learned quick the only time he wasnt lying was when he wasnt speaking.

HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR BUYING OR SERVICE. Car has been in their shop for 3 weeks. Bought my car a few months ago and EVERYTHING possible has gone wrong. This company left me stranded with an over heated vehicle with my children not even 2 months after buying the car. ZERO communication, awful with time management.. I will be back on here to update with names of every single person who has been a part of my problem to hopefully help you not have to deal with any experience Ive been going through. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PERMIAN MITSUBISHI and most definitely do not use their service department. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
