The sales department is great to work with. I can’t say the same for the service department. I was told they could do something and it turns out they couldn’t.The problem here is I was still charged full price for the repair even though nothing was repaired. The service manager was confident he could fix it so I went with it trusting him. His attitude towards me afterwards turned me off bad enough that I will never do business with the dealership again and this is after buying 6 vehicles from them in 3 years.

I drive here from Midland to get my Ram truck worked on because they always answer their phones and their service department does excellent, timely work. Well worth the short drive. Q and the mechanics are appreciated.

Did not do what they said they were going to do! I left my truck over the weekend to get maintenance done and we agreed they were going to call me and take payment leave my key locked in vehicle up front. No call sat. When I go to my vehicle on Sunday the key wasnt in it. Thanks alot now I have to go out of my way drive back here tomorrow hour and half drive. This is bad business. Good service pays close attention to detail.

My husband took his WORK truck to have it looked at on August 23rd. They had told him he needed a valve and it needed to be ordered. They had told him Sewell was purchasing Benny Boyd and assured him part will be ordered and might take UP to 2 weeks but, more than likely will arrive on September 10th. September 10th arrives he calls dealership and during the acquisition the part order was lost and it was not ordered. They AGAIN reassured him part will be in not in a a couple of weeks but by October 1st!! He calls again because by this time he doesnt trust them, and he had reason not to. They tell him its still on backorder and part will not be in until October 13th, but hey if you want the part we found it somewhere else you just have to pay for it. Mind you the truck is STILL under warranty and he has been out of work for a little over a month so theres no money coming in. We have purchased our vehicles through this place for many years. NOT ANYMORE!! They cant even accommodate him with a loaner so he can work...

I purchased a 2018 Chevy Silverado from these clowns. It was my first “nice” truck and was close to being my last. I ended up replacing tires on the front end about 3 times before I figured out the frame was bent. Of coarse they knew nothing about it...I thought that’s what inspections were for. Then recently I got into a pretty bad accident, and the airbags didn’t deploy. I had no incidents in the vehicle prior to the wreck I just spoke about. They don’t inspect the used vehicles.Save a lifeDon’t buy Benny

Worst experience at a dealership yet bought a used ram 2500 that was supposed to be checked and was in good shape. Two weeks into having the truck had to have a 1300 service done because check engine light came on was only offered one hundred dollars off service then in July all warning lights came on in the dash had to have both front hub assemblies replaced. Now the truck makes a clunking noise when shifting out of park was told not to worry they would help me get into another truck now after two months of being told that they wont answer my calls or texts or respond back. Will never recommend them to anyone worst dealership around. I only gave a one star because Karla in service has been very helpful in getting issues fixed or would have liked to give negative stars.

In regards to the service department, I won’t be back. Never even had my vehicle seen.As a walk-in, I expect to wait or be asked to come back at another scheduled time. However, I was told they were busy and that there wasn’t anyone available to schedule an appointment (This was after waiting for over 20 minutes to even be acknowledged by anyone on the service drive/in the wait room).I had heard that I didn’t want to use the Dodge dealership in town, but I gave it a shot.So, I took my Dodge down the road to the Chevy dealership and will continue to use them for basic maintenance. Anything more serious is worth a drive elsewhere.

I know that I did not qualify for a truck. I would advise them to let the customer know what is happening. The salesperson did text a few times to gather my information. I never received a notificaiton. I had previously bought my truck with this company when they were in Lamesa, Texas. I guess they did not work with everyone. One star for the intial communication after that no stars. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Had a great experience buying our new car from Benny Boyd. Hector was very professional and helpful and was quick to get back with me on any questions we had. The reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because when our financing was approved the finance guy (cant remember his name) told us this one bank approved you for 5.5%. We have great credit and knew we could get a better rate so we told him no, we dont want that loan. He said its a great rate; not to us its not. He said we can wait and hear back from another bank to see if you get a lower rate. Not even 5 minutes later another bank approved us at under 4%. Know your credit and know what you can get before blindly accepting the first offer they give you. After that though, he was great and knowledgeable too and we were out of there within 20 minutes with our new car. Highly recommended!

When we bought our 2019 truck, we were told we would get a hitch and a full tank of diesel and DEF. However, we were offered a used old hitch (which we did not take) and the DEF was not full. I asked our sales person about the hitch that was promised and that is when we were offered the used old hitch. I am about to go talk to someone in person because there are some scratches in the bed that we had not seen because they had been covered up by the bed liner that was in the back of our truck (that did not come with our truck). I am satisfied with the price and the sale. That part of our business was good. So, overall, 5 stars for sale and 1 star for what was offered and not received.

Was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I usually use Vernon auto group but thought to try some where closer. After this I remember why I don’t use anyone local.Wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a car here but that’s my opinion.There are better places to buy than here.

Went in to have some service work done on my truck and decided to look at the new Jeeps they had in stock. The sales person was helpful but not pushy. I found the one I liked and decided to do some research and told the sales man that I would return. When I returned a few days later the sales man was still polite and ready to help and a few hours later I left with my new vehicle.

Had a bad experience the first time I went in but decided to give it a second chance. Talked to a rep named Moises (highly recommended) and he walked me through their Wrangler options. He was very helpful and even guided me through some tricky trade in issues. Im upping my rating, my family and I love the new Jeep.

If I could give this dealership a negative number I would. First off we visit to find my mother a new vehicle in anprice range she can afford. We test drove 2 vehicles and decided on a 2012 Buick enclave fully loaded. Go in to make the deal. Husband is financing vehicle under his name and is out of town for work. I have all information. And they run it and come back with an amazing price. We agree to the sale and ask what we need to do to finish the deal. Next thing we know is the vehicle is supposedly sold to someone else. First come first serve. They arent showing up for 2 more hours and here we are. So my husband leaves work to come to the dealership to make sure my mother gets the vehicle she wants! When we drive back to the dealership someone else is driving in the vehicle we want to buy when we just said we are signing now!. Then the sales manager, whatever he was proceeds to tell us that it was sold already and we couldnt have it. Then had the nerve to call us con artists!!! I have never been so insulted in my life. Ever!!! This man Martin!!! Needs to be fired!!! Do not buy from this shady dealership!! Ever!!

My husband and I brought our bright red 2007 Dodge Charger that was purchased from Benny Boyd when he was in Lamesa. We had enjoyed the 2007 but it was time to trade for something new. We purchased a new 2015 Dodge Charger. I wasnt sure about the white but it is growing on me and I really like the interior. The technology will take me a while of reading and experimenting but the radio and the instrument panel are working great.Jackie Ringo had sold us the 2007 Charger and we were glad to work with him again for this new one. As before, Benny Boyd gave us a great trade in value for our old car and a great deal on the new car. At first everything was good then it has gone downhill drove off in a used truck and I dont live in Andrews my service airbag light came on called my salesperson and took it back they wanted me to bring it back in Monday I text my salesguy and told him I could drop it off but wouldnt be able to pick it up till Saturday he said he would get back to me Monday to let me know something and I have heard NOTHING!!!! Not impressed!!!

We bought a used car from them and after that. .. We have never shopped there again. That was enough to last a lifetime. The Colbath will blame anything on your wife. Car ate tires on only one wheel and the dashboard lights would go out at night - could not see it during the test drive in the daylight. Buyers beware! !!

Well, my experience going to this place was a little different. I had been looking for a vehicle for a while and came across a Nissan Sentra online. I had asked so many question about Benny Boyd to a lot of my co workers and I was told everytime that you guys work with your customers. I realized that someone I knew was working here, and his name was Moises Estrada. I had told about my dilemma about needing a new vehicle and I needed it asap. So I went, signed all of the credit check answers. I had received the most generous service and better he had also put himself into my shoes. Walking in a salesman peeks from his desk and sits back down... I go around his desk and ask why he sat down so fast and I was told by him... I thought you were a customer... I walked away and asked a different salesman about trading in my challenger R/T for a newer one... he quickly showed me what he had which included a sweet hellcat... he asked me to talk to the guy who didnt think I was a customer... I just walked out... I was on lunch and had on work clothes... guess if youre dirty from working they think you not a customer and cant afford new cars...

Ford house gmc and Nissan are all full of these people, some not even knowing Ford makes other brands, yes seriously. Nissan hard credit checked us so much our score went from 750 to 250. He listened enough for me to write this out.Not Benny Boyd. Not Raymond R. Benny Boyds employees were nice they didnt hound me. Raymond listened to me and actually heard what I said and was able to put us in a van in 2 days. From picking out to signing papers. He listened to me say what I could do and what i couldnt do.he listened when I complained about the other places screwing my credit. I will be seeing Benny Boyd again. We loved Raymond R hes just an all around good guy.

This dealership is very unprofessional! We went to them because we had a good experience with Benny Boyd of Lubbock. Well we live in big spring so we contacted them online spoke to a Simon he got all our information and he said he’ll call us back! We waited two days so we decided to call and get an update. He tells us that we needed another co-signer witch is fine but come you could have stayed in contact called us text us anything but we had to do your job and reach out to you! So no we didn’t get a car from them but we will let everyone know not to go to them and we will take our business elsewhere!!

Trades 2 good vehicles for a Lincoln Navigator 2 days later transmission starts acting up. Take it up there to have them look at it and they cleared the codes. Long story short after 6 months. we got Lincoln Corp involved and they fixed it and billed Benny Boyd for it. I understand I bought a used car from a dodge place but they wouldn’t make it right. I will never do business there again. Won’t even drive through and look at their cars on the lot.

May have good service if you walk in and have perfect credit...HOWEVER after very SPECIFICALLY saying I am preapproved elsewhere, DO NOT pull my credit! I have since received several different letters where they ran my credit with everyone they could think of!!! N2m after speaking to one man all day about what I needed and my specific needs, I was told I have this vehicle right here with my hand on it, come on down just to get there and not only was i handed to someone else, found out the vehicle he had his hand on was gone ... TWO WEEKS before, but heres a truck 5,000 over your price range and short a seat... You could put the extra kid in the back...!!! Nope!! Never ever again!!!

I bought a new Ram here and when it came time to fix the recalls I had to take my truck 2 hours east to get the work done. They were backed up and it was going to take a month to even look at it. The other dealership that I went to had it out in a day.

I have only been using the services side of this dealer. Some customer service people are friendly while others just need to work on their people skills. They finish repairs within the time specified and waiting times arent usually too long. They do sell Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, used and pre-owned vehicles. They also sell utility trucks and commercial trucks and vans.

This was my sons 1st vehicle on his own, my son made some mistakes during the process but was absolutely one of the worst experiences Ive seen in all of the vehicles Ive ever bought from a car dealership. They tried to make it sound as though they were doing me a favor and by lengthening the process cost me extra money not to mention took over 45 days to pay off my trades, my sons tags ran out and expired before the actual tags showed up. Now we have this really nice truck that sits in the back yard still waiting on tags and yet my trades are still not paid off. Yes you decide to do business with this dealership make sure that your ts are crossed your eyes are dotted and then all of your paperwork is absolutely 100% in order, not to mention make sure that the vehicle that you get from them does not need to go into the shop right after you buy it like my sons did. Then they tried to make my son pay for a part which they said would cost over $1500 oh by the way there is a recall but never fix the recall, but wanted to charge him for fixing the other part which was not bad at all because I had it checked out by a mechanic. and they were running a very thin line of committing fraud. A truck set in their parking lot for almost 2 weeks during this process. They did refund the money for the parts, Im very thankful for that and for that I appreciate their cooperation but my confidence in this dealership is not very high.

A saving grace.....We bought a used 2015 under 15000 miles Chrysler from Stanley BIG MISTAKE horrible horrible people.... Turns out it was recalled and the computer got messed up... We had to get Benny Boyd to take over service they found the first problem, then a second, then a third!!! They have gone over my car piece by piece and have given me a literal day by day update! MOST AMAZING SERVICE EVER!!

They get you IN AND OUT in a timely manner unlike The Dodge dealership in Midland. Very friendly employees and customer service is just that Customer Service. Its a little bit of a drive from Midland but your not without your vehicle for 3 months like you would be in Midland.

5/20/2019 - Update - Received a price that was lower than Fords but decided to stay with Sewell and the F150 because of my confidence in their customer service.Because of their previous poor reputation I have never owned a Dodge/Ram. However I had heard great things about the new 2019 1500 Crewcab so I drove one at All American and ended up quite impressed with the trucks comfort, space, power and handling.However being used to Sewell Fords level of customer service and treatment, I did not like the typical national car shop atmosphere at All American. So I drove over to Benny Boyd in Andrews and was greeted quickly by a young man in shorts, a hoodie with some kind of graphics on it and a cap. When he found out that I was a corporate customer he introduced me to Strate Colbath the managing partner.I explained to Strate who we were and what I was looking for. He had the exact truck I was looking for but was in a hurry to leave to go out of town with his family plus wanted to see if he could get us Dodges Fleet Discount. Since is was after 3:00 PM on Friday, that was no issue for me so I texted him the company info he needed and expected to hear from him on Monday.Heard nothing Monday.Heard Noting Tuesday.Texted him on Wednesday asking if he was going to give me a price and letting him know that I was wanting to release a suggestion to the board on Thursday. Heard nothing.Its Thursday afternoon and I have still have never received a price and just sent off my suggestion of the tried and true Ford F150 from Sewell Ford which I have used for over 3 decades.It is a shame that because of the oil boom customer service has become an endangered experience.

It’s been a month. I am still waiting for some/any correspondence from the “finance department” (seems to be one person) and/or a manager. I have left several messages and an email (cc their general manager). I’ve heard nothing. I will never purchase another vehicle here again. My personal experience: Poor service once a sale is made.

Was quick and easy, very friendly salesman John and the Calob was so easy going with the paper work and helped us as much as he could. Only reason its not 5 stars is because jeep didnt have any floor mats and the mileage was incorrect in the advertisement. It was advertised with 740 miles and when I arrived the jeep had 4980 miles.
