This is my favorite boutique in Odessa! The owner of this local boutique is super sweet and goes above and beyond for her customers. Over quarantine last year she would hand deliver my items to me at my house without any hesitation. If there’s ever been a mix up with my order (has literally only happened twice and they’ve both been my mistake and bought 2 of the same items. Honest mistake on my end) she’s immediately reaching out and fixing it ASAP. This is why I will continue to always shop marigold and always show support. Her team are always so helpful and so sweet and always help me pick out an outfit and find any matching jewelry or shoes if I have an event coming up. The customer service help and the sweetest owner is why I will always shop here. It’s the cutest boutique in town hands down. Always has new arrivals and has the entire outfit, head to toe all there in her boutique. Highly recommend Marigold Boutique. 10/10!!

I had never been in the store until today, but had seen some really cute things online I wanted to purchase for my daughter. I walked in and showed the sales lady the first item I wanted and she just pointed it out with no assistance when I asked her to tell me what sizes they were. I walked around trying to find the other items, and she was not interested in helping at all. I just became frustrated and left. I post this to say your customer service could be better, as it was extremely poor.
