I absolutely love shopping at this location but unfortunately today I have to give it one star all because a very heavy set young girl that was working in the printing department she was extremely rude and ignored my every question. I was asking where something was in the store because everyone else was assisting customers but she was just standing there texting. Anyway she told me with a very rude attitude I dont i work back here find someone else on the floor to help you and just walked off. Luckily I heard someone call her name and it was Ariel I really hope on my next visit she is longer working there because was extremely rude and unprofessional.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Employees are extremely rude and not helpful at all. I had an urgent FedEx package to ship out. They didn’t have the correct envelope I needed. So was given something else. What I was given didn’t have the slot for the shipping label I already had. I asked for some tape to place the shipping label on the envelope and was told they couldn’t give me tape, that I had to go buy some. I told them I wasn’t going to buy tape for something they should’ve had. And was told to have a nice day and was turned away. For TAPE!!!
I tried to call Office Depot to ask a simple question. Their menu that comes up when you call does not offer an option to talk to someone. You are given the option to push buttons, but not get a human to answer simple questions. I called Best Buy and got a simple, direct answer. Ever wonder why your sales are lagging Office Depot?
I am am in desperate need to covert my giant book to multiple spiral parts. When I came to this place 3 days ago to do that. They told me to come back when the girl that knows how to do it is working (not everyone is trained properly😣). Today, I came back and the girl that know it all said, she can’t have it done until the end of the day beal cause they are backed up!! (It takes 15 mins max) I need to study from this book and every minute counts. I can’t leave the book. I just walked out and won’t come back for good! Luckily there are other options (like ups store across the street). Their staff are not reliable at all!!
Incredible stock and they offer a lot of services. Many of the employees are extremely helpful and friendly, however the store is understaffed and services can be slow. Especially at their print and copy services. Many of their products can be overpriced and their are better options at other stores like Walmart or Sam’s Club. I do not advise parents of students to buy school supplies here during the beginning of school, since it can be extremely packed and difficult to park. Overall don’t go here unless you have no other options.
Went into the store because I wanted to visibly see the product I was looking for. Found a much better option and it was at a great price. Yes, I confirmed that the numbers matched and it wasn’t in the wrong spot. Go to check out and ended up frustrated with the customer in front of me so I didn’t pay attention to the fact that my “Great Price” rang up for $3 more per package. Noticed it when I went to record and file my receipt. Reach out and get “sorry about your bad luck” for a response. Oh, and we found the product online with a third price. Why can’t they be consistent across the board, regardless of the “inventory in the store”?

I went in for a simple Ethernet cable, and I was assisted by a young man who is very knowledgeable with tech and hardware. I just want to rave about the service, expediency and overall generosity of the workers at this location. Thank you so much!
Incredibly slow service. 3 persons working the print and copy service and still a line of 10 people with 2 employees dealing with one customer. My advice is that if someone’s order is custom and appears to be taking long or they are a difficult customer, please have them step aside while the other employees handle the rest of the line. It’s a waste of time to the other 10 people in line who have quick drop offs.
It’s not that I mind paying for services in the Business Center but you would think if you are paying $1.50 per color copy, the machines would be maintained and produce a quality copy.Then to stand in line for 15-minutes because the two working in back can only do one thing at a time.... ridiculous.This store is not clean and one of the worst I have ever visited, and yes, I left before losing my cool.
I ordered business cards and 3x5 flyers. Waited 2 weeks.... no calls or emails. Called the Store several times and got different delivery dates each time. Called on Monday, they said that they would be ready by 5:00. Went to go pick them upand the flyers had not been touched and the cards were only printed on one side. This is unacceptable as the order was taken by the manager. This has cost me lots of lost sales. Wont ever use them again. I would give them a -5 stars . The store needs a serious corporate intervention. I have worked retail before and I would fire the copy and print employees for poor performance reasons
Ordered printing online, received e-mail to expect it delivered (1/2 mile away) the next day. Called late the next day, they said they might get around to it in four days time. I went to pick it up at the store. Once there, I used the text in line option at copy and print, received a text five minutes later that I was at the front of the line, then waited another five minutes before they got around to me. To their credit, they did comp my printing. It would be nice to work with professionals, however.

I went in today, 9/26/2020, and whoever the 2 ladies working the customer service desk around 4:30pm were the worst! I needed Fedex services so I got in the line closest to the shipping counter. The one working the line helped the man in front of me then left, never said a word to me. Then the other lady called a man over to the line I was in, helped him, went back to the other line to help a man that just walked up. Then stood in her line doing nothing. She looked me dead in my face earlier, did not say a word to me. I almost feel like it there was some discrimination because I was the only black person waiting at that time amd all the other customers that were helped were white or other nonblack race. I walk straight out because if I said anything it would not have came out nice at all. I will never set foot back in this store (this was my first time in this store), and will discourage anyone I know from going there!
Un engagement to the point of ignoring customers. Fewest amount of customers I’ve ever seen even in a OD yet service slower than any other I’ve seen. Plenty of clerks and registers but no one asking if they can help. Walked up to a couple of managers with saw me approaching and turned their backs one I got closer. If I knew another place to go quickly in Odessa I would have left.
Be nice if the staff cared about their customers enough to follow their own policy and wear masks. Some did. Many didnt. When I asked an older guy if the store just didnt give him one, he just got ignorant with me.
I picked up an order on yesterday and the gentleman, tall, slender build, collared shirt, whom actually looked to be the manager was not very nice. He walked to my car and I spoke to him and let him know the trunk was open and he said I need to see your license. Now that is by all means no problem at all but he didn’t even greet me but after I showed him my license I told him thank you for bringing out my merchandise and he he just turned and walked to the trunk then slammed down my trunk and didn’t say thank you or have a nice day or anything. He was very rude.
Going to this store is a WASTE of time. I was waiting 15 minutes on the line to make two copies. There were two women at the counter (today at 4:30 pm) and they only attended one at a time. Customer service sucks!!
Place an order in store to print pages of a 12x12 scrapbook and get them bind, we when in on Friday night to print one out and came out good not cut out. We return on Saturday morning to take the rest of the scrapbook pages.We then return monday afternnoon to an undone order and wait like 1 1/2 hours to end up with a booklet full of poor quality cut off pages.
I would have given this review one star but I am pretty happy with my product.First off, I avoid having to go into the store unless I have to, so I briefly checked in on a desk I was interested in that I had seen online and the sales person said he had a few in stock. Great, I told him I would think about it. The very next day during Christmas I decided to go ahead and order online and pick up in store when they re-opened. I received an email confirming that my order was ready the next afternoon. Sent my husband over to pick up and no one can find the desk I ordered. Five associates later, someone checks the system and says that the desk is on a truck scheduled to hit that evening around 8pm. That didnt make sense because the gentleman on Christmas eve said it was in, when I ordered it from the website it had said there were 2 on hand, and we received an email from The System that the order was ready for pick up. So my husband leaves and an hour later they call him from the warehouse saying the truck had arrived early. Great news! He returns to the back door, which was open (my husband works in a warehouse himself and was very understanding about the glitches), but he witnesses the warehouse employees on a fork-lift, bringing the box with the desk in it down from a top shelf. Since he works in a warehouse himself, he knows for a fact they DID NOT receive a truck early because they were pulling stock down from an upper shelf. Typically when you receive new stock that a customer is waiting on, it would not be placed on a top shelf. Felt totally lied to and like we were running around on a wild goose chase. And THIS is why I do not purchase directly from my local store. The service is absolutely embarrassing. Please train your warehouse employees properly. I would have just purchased the desk on Amazon, but of course your pricing beat theirs hands-down. So thank you at least, for the great pricing.
Workers are stupid management is even more stupid don’t know how to run a business and their customer service is trash they need Dondrell back and the old management staff. That’s when I would shop there they provided great customer service and the store was clean and neat easy to navigate. After today I will never be shopping there again I wish I could give 0 stars
I went to buy ink and print some documents in total i have 4 items and i was overcharged 2 extra items, so i talked to the manager thinking that he will help to fix the problem since I show him what I have and what the receipt shows but what a big surprise! that he didn’t care “It is what it is ma’m” go to the cashier for return. Thats what he said instead of help. So hes ok To steal money out of no where.I been going to this store for the last 7 years and this is a new manager if you can called like that.
Joseph the computer sales and technical associate is an exemplary and model employee for any business. He was competent in all aspects of his job, as he sold me a laptop for my company and as he set it up to fit our needs. Later after returning to the office with the computer, we noticed an issue that had not been discussed with Joseph about our setup, and when I called the store to speak with him, he was enthusiastic and eager to help solve the problem. In fact he went out of his way to look up and deliver a solution. He went as far as to check back to ensure we were satisfied. Management material for any company.
I love the print shop at Office Depot! They are always friendly and eager to help me with my projects.Thanks guys!Actually, I have received great service from each of the departments. Customer Service is not always easy - believe me.....I work in it every day and sometimes....there are customers that you cant make happy - even if you stand on one leg and hop around the room.Thanks guy!
Terrible I used to always come in when Dondrell was store manager his staff was always willing to help and friendly and fast. Store was way more organized. Now that they have a new store manager the staff and new managers included are lazy and don’t care store looks like a circus I’ll take the drive to midland and go to staples instead.
When I went to return my items, the manager gave false information and she doesnt know anything. The website of office Depot says that I can return any office Depot products but the manager in store completely refused to. Totally discouraged going to office Depot.
The store is always dirty and if you need to send a package through the fedex located inside, good luck. Make sure you have a couple hours if they aren’t too busy and be expect to be treated like an inconvenience.
If I could post zero stars I would! I waited 20 mins to print out a document!!! And there was only one more person waiting ! While 5 employees were in this department standing around! The worst!!!!!!! Why doesn’t management get on their game here!!!!

Great customer service got helped out by an employee name Luke was very professional and had knowledge of what he was doing.
Customer service is terrible I always used to go in and get hep to find what I need. After today I will not be return reason 1 no one approached me 2 when I asked for help they rolled their eyes 3 I asked to speak to the store manager and he/she never came out I hope corporate reads this, this store needs to turn around and make big changes quick the store is even all messed up and looks trashy.
I ordered the wrong toner today online, picked it up in store drove off, lost the receipt, went back and took up a lot of the sales reps time retrieving the receipt and exchanging the item while my children went from being respectable teenage girls to crazy 3 year olds. I must have tried managements patience in every way, yet they remained courteous and professional as they got th er or job done and my blunder corrected. I really appreciate them and recommend a raise.
Second time I have had to send a fax. The lady was excellent and apologized about the delay, which was not her fault she cannot make the fax machine work any faster than the system will send.
An employee by the name Marrissa in the printing area seems to hate her job. No sense of customer service, dont get me wrong she did help. It just looked like she hated being there.

Well the store is kinda iffy, we only got help once till this hard worker named Luke came to help us. He came out from the back and helped us with all our questions and needs.

I looked online to check and make sure they had the items I was looking for before I actually went in to store. The items were a pack of mechanical pencils and accordion files. On website they said they had them in stock and in store so I went to purchase. I found pencils I was looking for but not listed as the same price online, it was $2.00 off price. Then I went looking for the store brand files but could not find them. A young man asked if I needed help and he took me to where the files were supposed to be. He looked at his mobile store device and told me that they were supposed to be in area but that they didnt have any and they hadnt had those files shipped to them since January! Those files were also priced differently that what was online. It was a wasted trip and a disappointment to see so many empty shelves void of products.
They are so helpful with printing and laminating services. The customer service is just great!

The assistant manager that was working there was not qualified for the job told me to go to OReilly for the part I needed never herd of that left me to find the part myself but the other employee that was there helped me find what I was looking for very knowledgeable about diesel trucks went out of his way evan after he was told to clock out so there you go

First trip horrible assistant who.made you feel like you were dosturbing him. Second trip two wonderfully helpful twin brothers...did not get their names but they wer both very cool.Last trip really cool manager who walked us to product, told us about the deals and stayed with us till we got to the checkout.!It was worth returning even after the awful encounter with that awful staff member.

I always use office depot in Odessa TX. Today there was a woman working in the print and copy department. She was very rude and hateful and told me the papers I needed printed werent the right size, when I print there all the time and use the same size paper. She called me very inappropriate names and wouldnt find a manager she refused to. I definitely will not be coming back if she is still working there.
The customer service was good however, you should post a sign on each computer that reads $1.00 for every minute that you are on the computer! I was hit with $27.00 dollars!!!That is ridiculous!!! I will never recommend this place ever!! Glad they didnt charge me for the staple I used!!

Bought a Brother printer less than two years ago from Office Depot. Halfway through printing a work document, I ran out of black ink. Ran up to the store. They dont stock my ink anymore. The guy at the store said he could get it in a few days. Amazon says I can get it tomorrow. I said that to the sales guy, he schugged. Wow. Why would I ever go to an office depot again?
