The older lady that helped me was really nice and new what she was talking about. She helped me pick out the perfect ring and a early Christmas present for my daughter. Will be back
We went to a Jareds before coming here and the sales people did not even acknowledge us with the place being empty, so we came here. Everyone was very friendly, and they were so nice to my toddler while we looked. Then when we came back to pick up my rings on a busy valentines day we had the new employee who was on his first week but had good customer service as well.
DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD HERE! The company Genesis FS card services has 550+ complaints on the BBB and climbing... My personal experience is that they closed my account without notification despite 4+ YEARS of GREEN PAYMENTS to my account with them. which as you may know it looks bad when closing an account that has a history like that as well as lowers your debt ratio which if you have a high limit and low balance will greatly effect your utilization... which is what happened to me, Ill be doing my shopping somewhere else until Kay changes this, I dont give money to those types of companies.
Purchased a gorgeous ring from here and the payment process used to be easy. I just called the number they provided and made my payment through the automated system. Theyve recently changed that all up without informing anyone. Now, when I call that number, it says they have no record of my account. They want me to go through some third party (Genisis) to make my payment. Such a headache and inconvenience.
They dont even deserve one star... I was told 2 wks for repair on a chain, almost 4 wks later I am still waiting. Staff is incompetent & Couldnt get a manager on the phone. Will not be returning
Horrible customer service, everyone seems lost. It seems like only one person knows what they are doing. Last week my wife and I went in to get her a wedding set. We saw a set my wife fell in love with. We spoke to a sales associate about purchasing the ring and she told us that if we opened an account we would get 10% off our purchase and that if we waitied until Dec 14-18 the rings would be 25% plus the 10% off for our first purchase with our account. On the 14th we went back and when we went to purchase the rings, we were told we couldnt do the 25% plus the 10% because we had to purchase the same day as we opened the account. We explained that one of the associates told us we could. Long story short she told us we couldnt get the 10% and there was nothing she could do. She didnt try to help us whatsoever so we left and didnt purchase anything from them. Dont waste your time at this Kays.
