Worst Experience I’ve encountered. My husband and I returned some earrings, and were going on 3 weeks of not receiving our refund. Every time we call they tell us to give it a couple more business days and continue to give us the run around. I’m getting tired of dealing with this situation but I want my money back. The store was useless when I called they said they “couldn’t do anything about it” to call customer service. I will NEVER purchase or recommend this place again.

Worst place ever to buy anything, I lost a $ 1,800 piece of jewelry because they decided that my name was not on the repair ticket, eventhough I showed proof of ownership of item. Anyone have any ideas of what can be done?

I finally got my wedding band yesterday 7/24 after them having it for nearly 2 months. We went in the first week of May to get my fiancée at the time her wedding band and upgraded her ring. We ended up picking out my wedding band and placed an order for the correct Size. Our wedding was June 10th and they let us buy the display ring to use at the wedding, and then swap it out when the correct size came in. We never received a call that the ring was In. My wife went to the store 2 weeks ago and they said the ring wasnt in yet. Having been nearly 2 months since we placed the order, I finally called yesterday. The lady was able to locate it, and said it had been there since May 21, over 2 weeks before the wedding. And they never made the attempt to let us know it was there. I ended up losing the loaner ring the night of the wedding because it was too large for my finger. And it ended up costing us twice as much as we paid because had we been told it was there, we would have swapped out the correct size before the wedding, I never would have lost it. I guess to sum up everything... they have terrible customer service after the sale and dont follow through on what they say theyre going to do. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Go to the midland store instead.

Worst customer service EVER. I got a bracelet for Christmas, one of the charms lost the stones almost immediately. I went to the store, the manager tells me its no problem as long as I have my receipt. I do have it. Cool. They do not have the same charm...for MONTHS. She finally says, well how about something different? Ok, sure. She then looks at the receipt & tells me, oh, its been too LONG. Dont buy anything HERE & if you do, be aware, they dont CARE how much you spend. I tried to get something DONE until February. She then tells me, well you shouldve checked with Gordons. How would I have known that? It was also to late to deal with THEM at that point.

So far my wedding ring has taken over a month longer than it was supposed to to be ready. Ive had to cancel my photo shoot for my invitations & havent been able to reschedule it, because no one could tell us when it would ever be done. Now that its FINALLY done today, theyre trying to charge us $1700 more than the agreed upon final price. The manager is rarely available & even after I call up there and explain how upset I am & will gladly speak with the assistant manager, they took a message & never called me back. When I called back, they wouldnt answer. Thanks for ruining a HUGE part of my wedding!!! Yall are awful!

My husband ordered my Christmas present online said it would arrive with 2-3 days and now here it is been over a week and a half and still no gift tomorrow is Christmas! Maybe I will get it before the New Year!! They were not friendly, no apology for my inconvenience really disappointed with the service!!! I will not be doing business here ever a again!
