These are just two of the items Ive bought there recently -- others include game systems (xbox and handheld), laptops, movies, and games. I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the level of customer service, knowledge, or friendliness Ive received. On the couple of occasions there was an issue with something I bought, the exchange/return policy was ready to navigate, and the salespeople the friendliest Ive ever encountered at a pawn shop. As a result, this will continue to be the first place I look when searching for new (to me) electronics.

My husband and I went in yesterday looking to buy a stereo and got a tool instead haha I just wanted to give two 👍👍 towards there positive and appreciated customer service especially the Assistant Manager (I forgot her name) she rocks! 😉 no doubt we will return in the future

Super helpful that the employees were bilingual and where able to explain everything to my mother and I. Really big difference in the customer service, really enjoyed my visit.

I bought a watch here and it doesnt work. I tried to bring it back and they acted like it did not matter to them. $240 for a broken watch. I will not be back to another cash America. This place is a scam. Be aware of the crooks involved with this place.

We have been going to this store for many many years, but we wont be returning!... It definitely has not been the same at all since Jimmy and Gina left.

The store was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Dont pawn your things there they will pull them out and sell them. My husband and I get treated like we are thieves. We thought they would help nope they act polite but turn around and are full of it!!!

Went in to purchase and look at firearms. Stood at the gun counter for over 5 mins being completely ignored. Browsed the rest of the store while trying to get somebodys attention. Was in the store about 15 mins and was never once acknowledged by any employee even though they werent busy at all. Talked amongst themselves and ignored me like I was invisible

Bought a damn laptop from the one on grant, ppl told me yeah it’s ready to go. Get home from a 2 hr drive from Odessa to alpine, damn laptop locked and they closed on sunday. Pieces of s***!
