Reasonable prices, great products, fantastic staff!

Wow! Great service! An employee offered to help me find what I was looking for without me even asking. The cashier was friendly too. Totally unexpected.

Not going back !!!I went there looking for a butane canister and two employees couldn’t help me but one said they may be by register, I get to cashier and ask if she knows where the small butane cans are and she looks around and says they are out. So I pay for my merchandise as I’m leaving I look back and see 3 different brands of butane within reach of cashier. I grab one and by know I gotta get in line to pay (again) for the item that 3 different employees could not help me find even when it’s les than 5 feet from them. They just seem to say the easy thing like we’re out, we don’t carry them anymore and one gave me an isle number where there wasn’t anything related to what I asked. I won’t visit this store again.

Kind folks at the register and several employees that were helpful, if inefficient. Perhaps they were new. The store didnt have what I needed, so I selected a substitute and was on my way to check out, when I was stopped by a middle-aged, tall, pale male employee who asked me if someone had helped me get the item. I said yes. He asked if it had been measured, I said yes, it wasnt long enough, but - he interrupted me to ask length and then, as I was answering, he took it from my hands. He took it from my hands and walked away. Imagine my surprise at this abrupt removal of an item from my grasp following this sudden interruption of my progress to the checkout counter. The abruptness might have been excusable with someone of lesser mental capacity or experience, but based off our brief interaction, he comported himself as a store authority. His behavior does not reflect well on this establishment and I am advising all of my coworkers and acquaintances to avoid this ACE Hardware and patronize the other helpful hardware stores in the Odessa-Midland region whenever possible.

Visited 8/01/2020, needing parts for sprinkler system. New associate Trent went above and beyond in helping me find all parts needed. I will make a point of returning regularly due to the fantastic service provided by Trent.

Moved here 18 months ago and this place has become my go-to. Just picked up all necessary to repair and maintain lawn irrigation system and caught a great deal on a 7 piece patio set. Grateful!

Service is always great! If u are waiting on line they usually call some else for help.

I am so happy that we went to give this location a shot! I was waited and helped almost immediately! And they actually stopped what they were doing to come and ask if I needed help! Unlike other stores in the area where you are lucky if you get help, all the while have to search for it as well! All around pleasant experience so far! I didnt even have to ask about warranty or how to set it up, it was done for me instore by the associate! I was also informed that they will work on product if need be! Will return and highly recommend!

Very few stores these days have the help, knowledge and personal assistance like Westlake. A fantastic hardware store with so much to offer.

Everything needed for cleaning, repair, building, diy home projects, great selection of pet supplies and courteous, knowledgeable sales personnel.

They have items that are difficult to find elsewhere. In addition to the usual hardware items. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will escort you to the item you need rather than pointing in the general direction

Place had fast lines, especially had a good selection of BBQ ribs(seasonings) that were kick a##!! Would definitely recommend shopping here..😉

It was great, a young lady help me as much as she could, then she call a young man and they took the time to help me. they went beyond the call of duties. I was welling to buy all the cans of paint but the man said lets take a look at the paint in the sun light. and he was right!!!now I have 2 favorite Ace Hardware Stores the on West County street and now Westlake!!!!!

Ordered two led lights online in Midland which were to be in stock. They canceled the order as they werent in stock. So tried the Odessa store and they had them. So drove 40 miles round trip to get them. A little disappointed in their system online for not having them in stock when the system says they do.

Great local hardware quick in and out compared to warehouse stores.

Was there on Super Tuesday to vote! How ever, this is my go to hardware store. If I cant find something at the other hardware/ home improvement store I go to Ace. They will have it 95% of the time.

Westlake has always been the place to find nuts and bolts of all kinds. No other retail place in the area gets even close. Their staff is always helpful and professional.

I like coming here. Much easier to find what I need than going to Lowes or home depot.

This store has recently been remodeled on the inside. I liked the old set up better but I understand change happens. This still works out pretty well. The cleanliness and friendly staff will keep me coming back.

Always helpful. Always friendly staff. and surprisingly competitive pricing on most items, and most of their products are a far superior option than the big box stores.

May be a bit more expensive than Lowes or H.D., but just try to get the kind of service youll get at Westlake. Ill go there first every time.

Great selection of tools/hardware. They really do have the market cornered on unique hardware. Employees have always been very helpful and friendly. The parking lot and store are kept up. This is my go to for small hardware.

Quick stop, most handyman, gardening and household supplies on hand. A more convenient shopping spot than the larger big box stores.

Usually never have a problem here, but today the cashier was on her cell phone with a personal call. Quite rude and unprofessional.

Its a Hardware store. Plain and simple. After working for Home Depot for six years, I can tell you that Ace has the stuff youll need for Easy to Intermediate Difficulty Level projects. For example: If youre going to completely renovate a room, start at Home Depot, then go to Ace to replenish supplies; youll avoid frustration from crowds and the like in that regard. Also, keep in mind HD and Lowes sell in bulk. Ace sells in smaller quantities. If you need one screw, go to Ace instead of stealing one screw from a five pack at HD.

Had the items that I wanted and service was very good. Price was appropriate for produce.

They always make it right! I bought a battery powered weedeater and after I got it home, the battery was missing (stolen). They were out of stock (sale item) and gave me a battery that fit. Thank you Ace!

I bought a product here approximately 12 years ago that was something in the Fasteners Department which was great for fixing loose screws and such but couldnt remember what it was the guy I talked to & explain what I was looking for, he then went right to it and found it which was not only great but the fact they even still had it after 12 years.

Great company delivering friendly knowledgeable service. Its true, ACE is the place with the friendly hardware person.
