Food was good, customer service was pretty poor. Placed an order for meals for 6 days. Someone picked up my meals and FFM gave them one bag. So I called the next day and they said that the night crew actually gave it away. And they would have it ready. So my son goes by to pick up the second bag that’s been paid for and they throw in meals I didn’t order and were still short 2 days! I wouldn’t recommend this place if that’s the service youre gonna have to deal with. Paid $172 for good food and poor service. Plus missing 7 meals.

This was my first time going to a Fresh Fit Meals and I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The prices were pretty high, but I figured that getting a good, healthy meal would be worth it. I was wrong. The food did not taste good at all and seemed old. My daughter did get a wrap that seemed ok, but that was the only good thing out of the 5 expensive things we bought. I will definitely not be going back to this establishment.

The place was clean and neat. I was not that crazy about the food. It lacked flavor in general. Also the serving sizes were quite small.

Delicious smoothie. Customer service was a bit blah. We got looks from one employee and very lack luster service from the other. But great smoothie!!

Odessa is very lucky to have a healthy place like this. Others have tried to start businesses like this in Odessa, but finally one is here to stay. Im a chiropractor and I tell my patients to take advantage of this place. Pineapple Green Dream and Fit Green are wonderful. Dont put sugar, stevia or splenda in it if you want the greatest health effect. I get one of these smoothies at least once a week. Im strongly considering eating all my meals here. The cost of health insurance these days is absolutely ridiculous considering you really dont get anything healthy for your money. Why not invest in Fresh Fit Meals as a form of health insurance? Ask a representative at this place how you can plan all your meals for the maximum health benefit. Thank you, thank you for helping Odessa get healthy!

Awesome place to get quality food if you dont have time to cook & do meal prep. Prices arent cheap but Id say affordable considering youre getting wholesome & well balanced meals.

If youre a health nut, you should definitely check this place out.

Got the Turkey sausage English muffin and an pb oatmeal bake. They were delicious.Some music played in store is not appropriate for children should they walk in.

First time coming in and nobody said hi/hello .. the “women” working there pretty much stuck to themselves.. very rude especially since I wanted to ask questions I felt so out of place

The food and smoothies are delicious, but the service is sub-par. Most times I go, there isnt anyone at the counter and I have to stand around for up to a minute until they come out from the back or over from the smoothie area.

First time going, very clean and well put together. Shake i ordered was good wholesome and tasted good. Didnt try food but I probably wouldnt because It looks a little old. Service was okay...seems like they hate people or their job...not very friendly staff. Too bad i would go again though and maybe ignore the fact that the people who work there really dont want to work there...
