The guy was super nice that helped me and very mellow energy. I felt relaxed while working with him. One thing that really peeve me was I had to wait in order to go in because no one was there to open up at 11am

Usually good service. Today, the store did not open at 11am as indicated. Disappointed we had to go somewhere else 😕.

I really liked the help we recieved by the associate there. Hopefully his explanations and recommendations wont do us wrong. Only reason for four stars is I wish there was at least 2 staff members so one could help in the floor while the others can help check out.

Good costumer service from the lovely young lady with long black hair and colored eyes very polite, and friendly took the time to answer all my questions and she was very motivational. 5 stars will definitely be back!

Oh dear me. I should have read the reviews before I bothered to jump in my car to go to this GNC. James was RUDE as all get up. It was a rainy day and when I showed up at 10:15am the stores lights were still dim. An employee was NOWHERE to be found. I picked my products and was ready to check out but there was no one to help me. I tried calling the store to get some movement in there, but no luck. He, James (I was sure to get his name so I could tell corporate when I called), finally came out and informed me that he was still closed and wouldnt be open for another 15 minutes. Needless to say, he wasnt going to let me pay for my items and was very short with me. I left... and wont go back. Ever.

Salesman did a really good job really knew his products young hispanic guy but his co-worker was no good must havw been her first day at least I hope so! They have a vast variety of new stuff will update soon

Theyve been around for a while. Some of the prices are high but you can always find quality items here.

I gave this place 4 stars simply because of good customer service. I hate most gnc stores. Never have what I am looking for and the staff are most likely rude and pushy plus there over priced. But Im stuck in Fort stockton texas for work and ran out of the basics (protein, creatine and preworkout.)so I found this place. Good customer service and they had everything I was looking for or recommended substitute. I will most likely shop here again if I get stuck in west texas
