This review is long overdue! Coming upon the ten year anniversary of when I purchased this 1995 NSX from Golden Honda in Odessa, Texas.Its been a wonderful car and I probably put more miles on the odometer on my fun trip back home to Ohio than over my entire ownership!Clint and everybody I dealt with at the dealership are great people and I highly recommend you stopping by to see for yourself their great service and huge inventory!

I bought a battery for my KTM 1299 Adventure a couple of months ago from these guys. The battery went bad while I was in the Hill Country so I replaced it. When I returned to WTex I took the bad battery by Goldens. I didn’t know it at the time but the normal procedure is to replace the battery under warranty instead of refunding the cost of the battery. Not needing a battery Golden refunded my money which they weren’t obligated to do. Great guys at Golden. Several months ago they had added some running lights, heated grips and engine guards to my 1290 and did a great job at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated how they handled the battery issue. It’s a great cycle shop.

Brandon in the service department is top notch. He is extremely knowledgeable and a go getter. Pricing on service is right and work is fantastic. I dropped off my 2017 Yamaha R6 and had a list of things I wanted done. He got it all done in a timely manner and the quality of work was excellent. I took two quads to Golden for service after getting screwed around at another shop in the area. The staff from start to finish were Super Professional. They were Very knowledgeable and repair prices were lower than I expected. The Service department Advisor was Very nice and made me feel comfortable with dealing with them. They went beyond just the service and advised me on keeping up with the performance of my bikes once I got them back home. You couldn’t ask for a better staff. Thanks Guys. Parts dept was very helpful. Sales approaching me was non existant. for some that may be a good thing. for me, I had rather talk to someone if I am looking to buy. Left without a hello.

My wife and I had a motorcycle we wanted to trade, but all local dealerships treated us like we weren’t important because we couldn’t come to the store every day to “view inventory and sit down to do paperwork”. We’re both military and have a hectic schedule.We decided to expand our search beyond our city. We found what we wanted on their website and called in. Jake was our sale person. Jake not only helped me after hours, but helped us decide what ATV we should get. Within three days of contacting them, we picked out an ATV, got actual pictures of it, and got approved. We didn’t get bombard with calls every day to pressure us into buying and we didn’t gett treated like we weren’t important. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with- Jake our salesman, Cindy in finance, and the knowledgeable mechanic Alton.Well worth the 8 hour drive from El Paso, TX and back! Thank you!

Its highly professional,the people are down home and friendly and really are sincere in customer satisfaction the entire staff! The only thing they can improve on is cleanliness of there used merchandise other than that they are truly golden!

I never give reviews, but jeez! I called twice, and was put on hold for over 10 min for the first call, just for someone to pick and hang up phone the second time I called and waited again for over 10 min?
