Dion and Trey did great helping me with my trade in! They gave me the most for my car gave me a good deal on another one and got me into a vehicle that is much better for myself and my kids! I really felt like they wanted to help me because I dont have the luxury or finances to just walk in a dealership and drive out with a car like nothing. Went in a couple of hours before they closed and left with my Explorer! Fast and no hassle at all! I definitely recommend!! Thank you guys!

Making appointments for any type of service my car has needed has been very easy and they never hesitate to work with my schedule. Probably the best service department in Odessa. Theyve taken me to work and even picked me up later when my car was ready. I couldnt ask for more as far as quality of service and the time taken to repair my car. They are the only ones I trust my car to.

I bought a 2021 Honda Ridgeline from Grimsley in May 2021. The deal included 6 no cost oil changes. Time for the first oil change! So I called and secured an appointment. Two very nice service guys met me at the service Entrance. Checked me in very quickly and got my pickup on the lift in record time. Very pleased with the work, the attention to detail and the high level of service. Id recommend this dealership to my own mother! Great Job Grimsley!!! Thank you!!

Three star rating is what I can give them. Its fair but not bad. Im not overly satisfied with the service and interaction that I endured. I probably would have given five stars but unfortunately the gentleman that I was dealing with wasnt there anymore. Apparently the Honda stores in west Texas are not up to par dealing with a Honda product. IE: Acura is a product of Honda. Correct?!.....🤷🏼‍♂️😏 Should have went north up to Lubbock Im pretty sure I would have been extremely happy in the past I have had with Frank Brown Honda. But oh well it is what it is. Im choosing not to go into full detail as I have no filter when it comes to Customer Service and making that customer feel comfortable being there and that your Honda / Acura will be taken care of.

I am from out of town but damaged my heat shield on the trip so I called to order the part a head of time so I could get it fixed at this location. When I called I told the man it was a HEAT SHEILD and he questioned if I knew what piece I needed. After a lot of explanation, I gave up explaining and told him to order the one he thought it was. Once I got to the dealership we were greeted with a rude “move up” and when I told him what I needed done, I was once again questioned if I knew what I was talking about. I told him the broken piece was in the trunk and was told to go sit in the waiting room. After 30 minutes, he came in a asked if I was sure I needed a splash guard so I had to explain again that I need a heat shield not splash guard. He left and came back 30 minutes later and told me they had ordered the wrong part and said I could get a refund since I’m from out of town. When I went to the service desk the man called someone and proceeded to tell them that they ordered the wrong piece because I was the one who didn’t understand when in fact I described the EXACT part I needed. This was a terrible experience and one that I am used to having at dealerships since I am a woman. I was in fact correct that I need a heat shield and everyone there didn’t believe me when I said it. I called 3 times during the day to try to see if I could get an appointment but since no one ever picked up I just showed up. The phones were ringing and no one ever picked them up. I don’t recommend this rude service and parts department to anyone.

Hello I went to this Honda location and had the best experience ever buying a car. Daisy was amazing at how she conducted herself in a professional manner and gave me an amazing deal. I had low credit and everything and she was still able to get me in a 2016 Ford Fiesta. I would never think I would be able to afford such a nice car. I really appreciate you for everything. Today was our first time dealing with this dealership and it was not a good one. We dropped off my car yesterday to have it serviced and to check my air conditioner since it was having problems. Were from east Texas so we were only use to our dealership where we had a plan that covered our services like oil change, filter and so on. To our knowledge at the time we thought we could take that service to any honda dealership. When we dropped off our car we told our service guy about what we were there for and about us having the plan we had plus our warranty on the car. He said yea thats fine leave everything on the dash and we will take care of it. We left both plans on the dash and left thinking everything would be fine. When we come back today to pick up the vehicle we were told how much the air conditioner would be, we already had an idea that it would be somewhat high but then he told us the total and that really caught us off guard cause we werent expecting to pay for the other services. We tried to explain that we had the plan to cover it to which he said he had know idea what we were talking about. So I went to get it and it was sitting right there on the dash where we left it for him. He asked someone and then told us that we dont carry this and there for we would have to pay. Us still upset about this tried to explain that if we would have know they didnt have this we wouldnt have done anything to which he just kept talking over us and said we dont have it and you never mentioned it. Which again with him still talking over us we tried to explain it would have been nice to know ahead of time that you didnt take it and let us know so we wouldnt have spent that much money. To where he just didnt want to listen or care and just said well we dont take it maybe the other place will give you a refund. I dont think its fair for someone who told us to leave our paper work on our dash and that he would handle everything to tell us were lying and we never mentioned anything to him. If it wasnt mentioned then why would our stuff be on the dash in the first place. I did contact the manager about my situation and to let him know about my experience but I still think we were treated unfairly and I would hate for someone else to have their first time experience go like ours. I guess make sure you explain everything before hand because our service guy apparently decided to do what he wanted without even giving us a phone call to approve or deny anything we might not want.*I read your reply and understand that. I am glad that my husband was called today and was apologized to and worked it out with one of the service managers.

My wife and I bought our Insight while we lived in Midland but now live in the Houston area. We came out this weekend to bury my father and figured we’d get our complimentary oil change done while we were here and set an appointment for noon. Watching the weather we saw Tropical Storm Beta was slated to hit Houston late tonight. I showed up at 7:30am asking Dominic Dominguez if he could possibly get us in early so we can be home before the storm hit. Dominic handed my keys to me at 8:38am! We got back home just in time! I couldn’t ask for better service! By the way, we drove our hybrid round trip just over 1,000 miles and got just under 43 miles to the gallon! It’s been a great purchase!

I usually change my own oil instead of bringing it but today has reminded me why I don’t bring it. They are slow and what only takes me 15-20 min to do at home, is taking them more than an hour here. Mind I say there was nobody here when I came yet it still surprises me how it could possibly take more than an hour for an oil change.

Traded my Cadillac in for a new Honda. Have had trouble getting my Cadillac paid off...it was supposed to be a 10 day pay off from January 24. Its February 20 and its still not handled. They mailed 1st check but it was returned and they cant find where a replacement check was mailed. Had the day off and went there trying to get it fixed. I went to a dealership thinking I would not get taken. Well big mistake. Before I made first payment on the 2003 F-150 pickup I purchased,(#1) my transmission stopped working. Kelly Grimsley offered to pay half (how generous).(#2) Next, 3 out the 4 tires had to be replaced. With those odds how could I trust the 4th tire, replaced it too.(#3) Now I find that I need to replace the central fuse box under the hood. To recap #1 cost $1600.00, #2 cost $625.00, #3 will cost between $700.00 to $800.00. All totaling to the amount of $3025.00 on top of the purchase price of $7999.00. So much for their claim of putting their used vehicles through a multiple inspection checklist. I intend to tell everyone who will listen, to stay clear of them. I also plan on putting a large sign in the back of my pickup warning people to steer clear. I will drive around the area of their business alerting everyone. That is if my truck doesnt stop running for whatever I will be plagued with next. I cant even give them a one star rating.

After having a bad experience at the Midland Honda dealership I decided to go to Kelly Grimsley Honda. I have had my car almost a year and Im still happy with the service I receive. I get free oil changes and inspection for as long as I have the car. They also worked with me on the price, and they didnt try to rip me off. I am very pleased with the dealership, and especially with the service department. They have been very helpful with all of the questions Ive had. They definitely made buying my first car easier than people make it sound.

I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new one. I still have the lien holder calling telling me there is balance because Kelly Grimsley didnt pay the entire note. Kelly Grimsley is stating that they paid what they were told and not paying the balance. I shouldnt have to go back and forth with this. I wont buy another vehicle from them.

Purchased a new vehicle from them a few months ago, ended up trading it in due to many issues. So I called the finance department to cancel the extended warranty. The man I spoke with did not give his name. He would ask me a question, then talk over me as I was trying to answer, & proceeded to tell me I needed to calm down as I was getting aggressive. Well, yes it is quite aggravating to be interrupted constantly, as he was doing. The gentleman was rather rude, highly unprofessional, and unhelpful. Dont even bother doing business with this place, its nothing but a headache.

DO NOT BUY HERE AT KELLY GRIMSLEY!!From the unprofessional sales representative that doesnt know about credit, how to deal with disputes when they made unauthorized pulls, or doesnt even know what the FCRA(fair credit reporting act) is. To the manager that couldnt stop interrupting me when trying to speak to my partner, going as far as to tell him to the point I wasnt speaking to him..... the conflicting statements of being told our credit wasnt ran, then it was. They said my credit wasnt ran yet or at all, then later on in the day was notified of 14 hard inquiries. when talking to them they told us IF they were to run it, it would only be 2-3 TIMES, not 14 ( I even came back inside before leaving to ask if my credit was ran at all and the manager(that stated he has been working there for 4 years) said NO, WE DONT DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT. being that this was me and my girlfriends 1st car dealership experience, this is definitely not an experience that I would want for anyone else to go through. sad to say but should have listen to everyone one that told me not to go to Kelly Gimsley Honda

Scheduled an oil change a week in advance. Guy repeated it multiple times that it would be done Monday at 9 am. I show up early as usual. Some worker informs me that they will be opening at 930 .? I continue to wait while workers are parking cars behind and beside me . 945 comes still no open doors . Finally call again just to be told only sales would be open today . I asked why schedule an appointment if yal would be closed. Not a call to reschedule, or anything . I ask if they can move the cars so leave after after an hour of waiting. 15 mins pass with the guys just standing around exchange breakfast. Wasted a morning for nothing.

My service advisor was so arrogant. They took 1 month to figure out 2 issues and they only fixed 1. Service advisor always keeps telling me they are busy and behind their schedule, and their technician werent paid for doing warranty repairs. I went to Classis Honda of Midland and took only 3 days. This dealership is incompetent. If you wanted your car fixed, bring it to other Honda dealership.

Response to owners comment: Mistake in auto repair business does occur, LOL. Tell us a story that Kelly Grimsley has undercharged a customer! Between $165 and $1500, I took a smaller hit and ran away as fast as I could from someone elses mistake...I own two identical Honda Elements, 04 and 07, and both require clutch replacement (both have the same symptom) . Element 2007 went to Gillman Honda in Richmond TX. Element 2004 went to Kelly Grimsley in Odessa TX.Element 2007 was fixed with a clutch kit plus associated labor cost, never mentioning any transmission replacement.Kelly Grimsleys service advisor wanted me to replace the whole transmission. And he quoted me $1500 for a salvaged LKQ transmission alone, in addition to bushing, clutch, pressure plate and associated labor.Needless to say, I paid $165 as it was classified as inspection fee and took the car to Christian Brothers in Midland. My final cost covers a clutch kit, flywheel, transmission oil and Christian Brothers labor, which is SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER than what I have been told at Kelly Grimsley.I have been driving manual transmission for a very long time (30+ years), and I know the replacement of transmission is completely uncalled for. There are ignorant people in this world, but Im not one of them. Im sorry, Kelly Grimsley!

So happy!I went in for a routine oil change, like always, I was happily greeted my my service advisor DOMINIC! He let me get out my baby from the car seat, had us wait in the room, showed my son the play room, and walked inside to us when paperwork needed to be signed.He was amazingly helpful and kind hearted. Went to Kelly Grimsley service to get a problem looked at. Service closed sometimes between 4 &6 but will not even look at the car. Went back on time and it took 3 min to tighten battery clamp. Found out recall on strap. Made appointment. Showed up and guess what. No part. Had to go back again to get it fixed. Bad way to attract business. Also open on Saturday but will not look at anything but oil changes.

Took honda accord for recall service. Took unusual long time because tech who replaced module never noticed airbag fail alarm was lit. He did not install airbag in properly. 6 hours waiting. I have bought 4 new Honda Accords from this dealership. I am one who likes to deal via the internet and I was blessed to find Wil Steinle. He has treated me as a friend and I have always been able to trade without much back and forth. I have a new 2018 touring ordered now and just waiting for that call from Wil telling me my car is here and ready to pick up. I have also used their service dept for my oil changes (which are free) they have always worked with me as to date and time to bring it in. I live 60 miles from the dealership and have never had to wait long when I brought my car in for service. Hope all of you who are looking for a Honda dealership find this one as your dealership of choice.
