Lousy customer service.. Lousy equipment, SkyTrak was in bad shape, barely any brakes, ran rough, customer said it broke down on them.. Our customer chose to rent another SkyTrak from Komatsu SW in Carlsbad.. I hauled both Skytraks.. When I hauled the United Rentals SkyTrak back to them in Odessa, they refused to accept it after hours today (Friday), but they sure were willing to come in on a Saturday while they were closed so I could pick it up for our customer.. If I could leave negative stars I would.. Take your business elsewhere...

I am truck driver . I have new skyjack to delever united rental odessa tx . I already call them at given ph number on load paper . I call that no at 4.30 pm . Before they close 5pm . I told that lady on ph m in odessa tx and i its only 3 miles to delever this skyjack . There is traffic . She said no problem you can go there and someone is there to unload . But when i reached there at 5.07 pm . One worker is coming toward my truck and he check my paper and said come tommorow . I said ok . I again make a call on that given number on paper and i make u turn Then i shut off my truck . Then the same guy came toward me and told me go outside the building . I told him i am on phone with ur company . He said m operation manager here u have to leave . He spoke very rudely with me . He didn’t have respect for driver who delever their load . I told him wait pls i will go . He again said u understand what m said or no . I said i understand pls wait for few min m on phone with the given no. On load paper . But he didnt listen me and i leave their place .This thing happen with me on 18 april 2018 evening .I request to the owner pls tell him how to do buisness and how to do respect the driver who bring your load safely to your place . Or give a chance to another person who will manage your odessa tx location better than this manager .I will write down his name here tomorrow . Bcz m going there tomorrow morning for delever skyjack .

Omg! This company sucks. Ive had a reservation for a rental for 2 days, they call and say we dont have one to rent. Im now on the job site with a full crew eith no equipment. Im calling other rental companies trying pick up the ball United rentals dropped.

Rentals are always cleaned and filled when renting.. Great staff
