It wasnt $1000 water pump coffee in other words for how expensive it is you would think the coffee could be better

The Phone Receptionist is a WASTE of Tax Payer Dollars. She can NEVER get a hold of the Parts Department. It doesnt matter what day or time you call. The Parts Department apparently do not have the skills it takes to return a call. Warren Caterpillar Odessa is a Disgrace to Caterpillar Name
