I had the same thing happen to me!! I am from out of town and made a wrong turn into the shopping center by accident because I was unfamiliar with the area and I needed to go back a different direction. When I realized that I was in a drive through, I was afraid to back up for fear someone might hit me. Honestly, I didnt know what to do so I just went through. It was an honest mistake and I tried to apologize for the mistake. But the lady at the drive through window didnt care, instead she just yelled at us and cussed us out! I have never experienced that before in my life and I have travelled all over the country. Whats worse is that we were in town because we had a family member who was in the hospital dying of cancer and this incident just added to the already terrible situation. It was a horrible feeling to have someone look at you in the face and attack you like that with no sense of human decency. Sadly, our loved one died a few days later. When I come to visit now, I make sure to avoid that area entirely. This terrible incident made me see that we never know what someone else is going through and I will continue to show others courtesy and kindness. I was made to feel so bad in what was already a very sad time in our lives. That could have been so different. She could have just smiled and said, Its ok, it was a mistake so no worries. Would being just a little kinder that day cost her so much??

This liquor store is a great mom and pop operation with superior customer service. They will work with you diligently on any special orders you may have when youre looking for that hard to find alcohol. I highly recommend Spanish Shield!

I have no idea who runs this place, but you need to tell your workers to not scream at people for driving past the building. That was so uncalled for and unprofessional.

The people who run this place are the kindest people I know. Their son is in the Navy serving our country and they are proud parents as they should be. They are always willing to help you with what ever you need. Stop inn and see them and tell them I sent you.

New owners are very kind. The store is conveniently placed and easy to get in and out of. The place use to smell like smoke so much that I had to avoid it, but the smell in no more. The selection has the basics, and a few special things one might be surprised with.
