I have great experience here! Was in need of a new mattress so I checked the net to see where to go. I was about to go to MFirm but I saw a bunch of good review here at Key West and one especially says go local so I thought why not. Best decision ever! I was not disappointed even in the slightest. The people there went above and beyond to help me choose the right mattress for my needs and schedule a delivery time that works for me (and PERFECTLY at that.) From now if I ever need a new mattress or know someone that does, I will loudly say GO TO KEY WEST.

I was only browsing and wasn’t planning on buying a mattress today, but the owner and his wife were so invested in helping me find the right mattress that I went ahead and bought one. Walking into the entrance, I was immediately treated with sales respect. I informed the rep exactly what i was seeking within my budget range and he counter offered me a super unremarkable deal on his surplus inventory. $$$ savings! Prompt service on the purchasing process and pickup at their warehouse remotely two blocks away. I highly recommend Key West Mattress to the folks of Odessa!

Super easy. Went in, told them what we needed. Blonde employee helped us. She was friendly, told us what she recommended. Shared a few stories together. Checked us out, we went 2 blocks over to the warehouse and pick up our mattress.

Just left from buying a new mattress and for the first time here in Odessa I’m not leaving with buyers remorse. Upon entering me and my husband were immediately greeted by the seller. He identified our needs and pointed us in the right direction. After trying a few mattresses we finally found the perfect one. We were asked about delivery options and were able to set up delivery the same day! They even threw in a free bed frame! I would highly recommend Key West! Best experience Ive had shopping for a bed. I walked in and ask for a queen size for my budget price range. He immediately showed me what was available within my budget. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service, great prices. Delivery was fast. I recommend this place beyond other stores Ive walked into. Will come back to buy the headboards.

Can only relate to my experience... they had a great selection of mattresses and sets available.I was only in the neighborhood for a box spring and found what I was looking for.Service was prompt and friendly. Competitive pricing and everything available at the warehouse 500 ft away, if not in store.I would recommend this store. #thetitties

Amazing value, and customer service. I shopped mattresses at every store in West Texas before buying from Key West. I could have saved a lot of time if I would have just bought from them on Day 1. Kim and his Wife were extremely knowledgeable about the product, and the industry. They did a great job listening to our needs and making recommendations to address those needs. There was zero pressure to buy. We were encouraged to shop around. They wanted to be sure we got the perfect bed for our needs. I just couldnt believe they were also cheaper than everyone else. I will literally be a customer for life.

I went to several other shops before buying at Key West and Im absolutely positive this was the best deal in town. These are the friendliest people in Odessa I think. I like their prices and they all treat their custoners is outstanding. So many other business could take lessons from the folks at Key West about how yo treat customers.
