Charming, but what the previous reviews have said, a bit overpriced and the staff fine I suppose. Other than that, it was a cute store and had what we needed. 3 1/2 stars.

I’m from out of town and did not expect much from arecord store in a small town, after my visit I couldn’t be more satisfied! I left with some great albums for a great price! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They had exactly what I had been looking for and knew just where to find it. My only regret is that I don’t live local 🙃! Thank you!I really do hope I have the opportunity to stop by here again!

Such a legendary place, but the customer service is super unwelcoming. expect for one guy with glasses who was quick to assist us and the others.

Pros: Required customers to use hand sanitizer before handling records, mask requirement, limited number of people in the store, great selectionCons: Poor customer service. I purchased 3 new vinyl records and upon playing them they all had quality defects. Ive not had this issue with other stores. I direct messaged Endless Horizons on Instagram asking for tips on what to do OR if I could return them. Its been about 2 weeks now and they have not responded while continuing to post on their Instagram account. I dont often post on Google Reviews, but I wanted to let others know about my experience with this store.

Fun and good selection of vinyl

Been going to that place for about 20 years. They always have what I need.

Ordered a cd from them, they guy who placed the order was nice but never told me he didn’t charge me for the cd it was my first time here and I had already bought a few other cds the day I placed the order. Came in and thought I had already paid for it but the old guy at the counter said I didn’t. He told me we have been doing it like this for 40 years. There was no need for this embarrassment! The guy who placed my order should have told me the payment would be due when the item arrived. I will not be visiting this establishment anymore.

Only place to get special orders and friendly faces. They are also taking special care with social distancing in the store. Love this store!

Always love visiting Endless Horizons. It feels like youre stepping into a movie music store, surrounded by memorabilia and records. The smoke section has great, quality pieces and the attendants always know what theyre talking about (but Soraida is the best if you can get her help).

I just really enjoy going in the building even way back when it was Nicks serving those steak fingers and deep fried pickle chips.

Music store, head shop, Music T-Shirt emporium. Id like my living room decked out like this place please! And dont forget the insence!

Staff is not very friendly but above average quality of product and fair prices.

The mural needs touch up and the parking deck needs to be replaced. A deep clean would be a great idea.

A great selection of vinyl records, neat nick nacks and my husband and I bought a stereo with CD, cassette, radio and records. People were helpful and polite!

It has all the latest records youd ever want. Bought a Buddy Guy, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Greta van Fleet record there as Christmas presents.

If your in Odessa and appreciate Vinyl Records, CDs, and knowledgeable Staff this is the place to stop at! Always a great experience

I love this place cause it still has that old record/cd/headshop feel to it in this new age digital world. They can still order you stuff off the internet if your too oldschool for the new digital ages of music. You can also get hard copy tickets to shows around the area as well.

Been the same for over 30 years only difference is the customer service they dont greet you or offer to help.
