Was not impressed with the customer service from the lady we were waited on by but we have to pick up the trombone we dropped off later so we will see if it changes

Last time I went this salesman was rather rude. Luckily Im not. He must not want commission or for the store to make money if hes going to let outside issues influence his work. I dont know what his deal was but it surely wasnt me. I just made a return and wanted to try out some drums. Will not buy them because of him .

Stopped in for the strings for my guitar. Staff was very friendly and pointed me to the right area of the store without following me around. They gave me plenty of space to shop but were attentive when I had questions. Best yet, there was no price inflation. Everything was priced competitive to online vendors. Ill definitely give them my business going forward. Excellent local shop.

N Tune Music and Sound and Tim have gone above and beyond to help us. We had a piano be damaged in a move (not by them), however, they came in and have been exceptional in helping us get it fixed. They have been extremely nice, kind, respectful and helpful. They have answered all of our questions and provided additional help, that was above what they needed to do. We are so thankful that our bad experience lead us to a great company. It’s nice to have caring and passionate people helping you! We will forever use N Tune Music! We cannot thank y’all enough.

N tune isnt what it used to be. I miss some of the old staff. Ive been going to n tune for roughly 12 or 13 years, Ive spent a lot of money the growing up. The last few times Ive went staff will not even approach you to help. I used go in and as soon as I looked at a bass or an amp they would make sure you hooked up to an amp and let you jam out. I went in with all intention of purchasing a brand new amp. I did buy it but the experience was sub par. I bought a monstrous set up there when I was around 15 or 16 a peavey bam 2x10 and a peavey black widow 15inch it was back when the store was smaller and Mike Camden was on the floor, hell he liked my playing so much we used to jam together. Thats back when Caldwell was around, that was a bad a** music store. I mean Ill go back mainly cause there isnt much selection in Odessa and Midland.

Looking for a last minute item for my son for marching and they were sold out but looked in the back, through their cabinet, basically everywhere for me. While they didn’t find exactly what I was looking for they found me something similar and their attitudes throughout the entire time I was in the store was so nice. I have rented instruments and bought music, marching shoes and pretty much everything my kids need for band from this store and will continue to do so. Thank you to all the staff for everything!!

I was told about this music store so my son could take guitar lessons. From the start everyone at the store was friendly and helpful to show me the equipment available. I will continue to recommend this store in Odessa for your music needs and guitar lessons it is the best!!!

Great prices on equipment. I had a wireless mic go out right before a service at the church. They met me at the store and hooked me up with a loaner. Great people.

Took in my French Horn to see how long it would take to fix a broken off screw and I mentioned I really needed it quickly. Instead of filling out a work order and leaving it, he took it to the back to get a time estimate, and when he returned he had it repaired already, and it was all of $2!!! Wow! Thanks!

Excellent service at the Odessa branch. As they were late in the check & minor repairs to my Selmer Tenor, there was no charge! They also replaced a blue needle spring on my curved LA Sax curved soprano & checked for leaks while I was there; again no charge! There will be a charge for the pad & spring work on the Cannonball Alto sax I left them & I will gladly pay it. Not often you come across quality customer service these days but th Odessa branch more than surpasses expectations.

Friendly staff gives good advise. Guitar lessons with Mike are very fun. Kyler was very friendly and gave fantastic advise on guitars, sound equipment, Guitar amps, etc. He just gave me a great deal on a Fender Stratocaster.

I love this place the staff is amazing. For a parent who has no idea what they need to buy or what they need to get four band Orchestra whatever. This store has it all and if they dont have it they can get it. They go out of their way for the customer. There hasnt been a bad employee experience yet every single employee I have talked to which has been many. They have been so helpful so kind so courteous. More stores in Odessa Midland area need to be like these people. They love their job and you can tell. Happy employees means happy customers.

The store is nice, and the staff as well, However, beware of the layaway policy at this place....they got $95.25 of my money and refused to refund it after I had put a guitar on layaway. I found the same guitar cheaper on Amazon so I bought it, only to be refused my almost $100 back from Ntune....Ive done business with Guitar center for over 20 years, and they will return your money if you find a better deal, no problem...these guys....shame on you! People work hard for their money, I just wanted to buy my little girl her first guitar. Taking someones money and giving them nothing in return is stealing...I dont care how you chop that up in your head...how you process that....taking money from people is stealing....I got nothing, and they got my $95.25....I feel robbed. I can understand a restocking fee, but taking my money.....bad business, I want my money back!

I’m generally okay with N-Tune, prices are high, but generally not too bad. They normally take care of instrument repair pretty quickly, but I was told it would take 2 weeks to solder my spit valve back on.

A good place to start. They have to order anything close to a specialized item you may find in a larger store. Like strings for an electric 12 string guitar.

Its as good as youre going to get in Odessa Midland area for music equipment, theres a couple other spots like music world in Odessa and that Gibson place in Midland but this place has the most stuff.

These people have gone out of there way so. I could play any guitar I wanted through any amp I wanted and are friendly reguardless of how good you are they would love to see you better.I would love to trade there exclusively.I am on a fixed income I really wish that there layaway was 10 months instead of 90 days
