Ill return to update my rating after they finish repairs to my Sons go kart. But great start, friendly staff and knowledgeable. Hope to return and give 5 stars.

Purchased a four wheeler for my daughter in April something in the clutch broke (guessing it was from my 7yr old not knowing how to change gears) i was told it had a 30day warranty so obviously we took it to them, they were nice and said they would address the issue and should be done MAX in a week or two. Didnt receive a call from them after a week so i didnt want to add pressure two and a half weeks passed so i called and asked what was going on.. he responded we are backed up and have other of road vehicles to fix before yours i was upset and waited another 2 weeks called back (because no one would call me to give me an update) this time i was told the part wasnt even in yet! So i waited again probably another 2 weeks or so (at this point Im upset) and i ask him what is going on?? That this was ridiculous and i was told we are doing this free of charge and i didnt receive the part so Im on my way to dallas to pick up parts told him i would just wait a little longer.Fast forward almost 5months later and no four wheeler in sight or a phone call to let me know its ready.
