The manager TJ is the definition of excellent customer service. TJ is very knowledgeable of all the products and is always extremely helpful when I have questions about my bill. He creates a very friendly environment in the store and provides the best customer service! TJ is definitely a huge asset to the company!

TJ the manager was super helpful. He got me setup with at&t and added a line to my account where another store said I couldn’t. He cleared up other problems we had with billing and helped me a lot with my new phone and accessories.

As someone who knows little to nothing about the cellular industry the staff here were very well educated and answered every question I had. They handled every problem with ease and made my life much less stressful. Super Big thanks to the manager there as well, Jared is the guy to go to when you need something fixed, have a general question or just want to talk to great guy.

T.J. Staie (manager) just fixed my Samsung Note 10G+ 5g resetting so my Wifi and data plan work again. Bixby and plan changes I could use Wifi or my data on at&t. Now all works well with new sim card and his settings.
