A truly amazing place, customer service goes far beyond the store. Ryan and Jon have both saved me countless memories from being lost when switching to a new phone. Store is super clean and organized, there was zero hassle getting in or out when I chose to switch from another carrier.

We have worked with Rod, Dom, and Nick at Verizon in Ogdensberg, NY and have had the best customer service we have had in our life. They sat with us to explain the use of our new phones and worked with us to our level of comfort before leaving. I had been told that information on my phone couldnt be transferred to any new phone, but Nick was able to do that in a matter of minutes. We drove 2 1/2 hours and will continue to do so because it is great knowing that people still care and are willing to answer questions and make sure you are comfortable with your new product before leaving the store.

I stopped into the store today to figure out how to fix my auto pay. Chris met me at the door and talked to me about my problem I live in Canada and use a Canadian card. I spent many hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix the issue but they couldnt fix it. Within a minute Chris had my card updated and talked to me about a tablet for my tractor trailer. He set it up and showed me how to use it. I believe the girl that assisted us was named Julia she was very friendly and helpful also.
