The sales person was very polite and knowledgeable.The store was neat and clean.BUT! we were not informed that our quote would only be effectiveuntil Sept. 29.. We went back to the store Oct. 2 to complete our purchase only to find out we LOST $300.00 in discounts.NOT FAIR!!

My boyfriend and I visited the store for the first time and had a terrible experience so we decided not to purchase a bed that day even though we loved them. We believe in second chances so we went back a few days later and Lindsay helped us out. Needless to say, we bought a bed. Lindsay did a phenomenal job explaining everything sleep number had to offer. She was never pushy. Answered all of our questioned professionally.

The woman that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. She matched me up with a pillow that fit my needs. The pillow was a little pricey but you cant put a pricetag on a good nights sleep!

They must work on commission, as they didnt even seem to want to help me out with purchasing anything. When I said I wouldnt be buying until the next Thursday, they almost scoffed at me like I was bothering them and wasting their time. I did not buy my mattress from them for that reason alone.

I recently found mold inside my sleep number mattress. Being that I am highly allergic to mold, I called customer service right away to have it replaced. When I called customer service, I was transferred to a case manager named Reena. When I told her the problem, she proceeded to tell me that their is no possible way my mattress could have mold in it and that there was nothing she could do for me since it couldn’t be mold. She didn’t even ask for me to send pictures or try to solve the situation. After I got off of the phone with her, I confirmed again that it was mold, took pictures and called customer service back. I then spoke with another lady named Marnya and informed her of what was going on. She did ask for me to send the pictures via email. I have sent the email multiple times and feel as if I am being ignored at this point.

It wasnt an easy decision to spend $8000 on a Sleep Number, but it turned out to be an excellent long term investment. Ive had it two years now and it feels the same as the day I bought it! Previous to this, Id been wasting $2000 every 3-4 years trying to find a solution to back pain. Thanks to the knowledge of Jolyn (the Store Manager), I decided to buy.

We received our box today with the pillows and pillow protectors. We ordered King pillows but yet they sent us standard pillow protectors, will not fit no way, no how!! Also has no directions whatsoever on how to use the air nozzle on the pillow.

Alex Archibald was a delight to work, appeared to knowledgeable about the products, efficient in paperwork_ which from the consumers perspective was long and tedious, but of course probably much needed. Now we wait for the product to be delivered..

Dog chewed the left controller. Bought replacement that is different configuration than purchased originally. Customer car phone support, computer chat web was very disappointing. Website that was all ads (Unrelated ads at that) Will call the 2nd number and see what happens. The new controller is very different.
