I would say stock is down 50%. Shopping online is more worth your time.

This place has really gone down hill, wow. Looks and feels very dirty these days and they have really removed a lot of items opening up the store space I guess but leaving the whole place just really sad. I try to visit the store as much as possible but as these stores begin to look more and more dumpy without product and really terrible customer service Ill just use the website and ha e it shipped to the house. I was one of maybe a handful of people in the store and the cashier couldnt have acted more annoyed that I was actually making a purchase. Next time Ill just use Amazon more choices cheaper prices and way better customer service unfortunately.

Went to look for a few things and found what I wanted. Looked around and checked out an area they have for items marked down and possibly only a few left. It looks like some areas of the store they are downsizing and possibly eliminating others. Maybe just rearranging items.

Actually a bit larger than some of the others Ive been to, but the staff are very attentive and helpful. One of them popped out of nowhere, noticed our loaded purchases and offered a savings opportunity that was totally relevant and effective in saving a ton of cash.Well definitely go out of our way to come back to this location!

Found a very nice shelf for a friend that just moved into a house as a Christmas gift, but we are going to give it to her early. I just wish I had a coupon, when I need one I dont have it, when it comes in the mail I dont need it.

Ive always loved shopping at this store and theyve made some layout changes that make it a lot easier to get around the store. However, on my last trip it felt like half the things we looked at, werent priced. In the kitchen gadgets area, in the furniture area (they have some really cute kitchen islands!), picture frames, and even the bathroom stuff, almost everything we picked up didnt have a price. If I wanted to search all over the store for an associate to check a price for me, Id go to Walmart. When I brought this up to the cashier they said it was a management change, I really hope its a temporary one.

I reserved a gift from a registry and the store pulled the items off the shelves. The items were available within 30 minutes. I stopped in to pick up my purchase and was told about the FREE gift wrapping station. That is a wonderful service...I didnt have to go and buy wrapping paper.

Clean fast. Not many employees. And most time when you wanna check out you gotta go to costume service instead of a register. Find what I need and leave.

No problems while shopping here after my girlfriend found an old giftcard. We bought a silverware organizer and a wooden cutting board. The joys of domestic life. I still dont understand why these places are laid out the way there are. They always tend to be so maze like. I imagine itd be far less interesting shopping here if the layout was more simple.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Amy the proclaimed manager at the Okemos, MI branch has informed me of recent store policy changes that would not let us exchange a $350 vac that does not work properly. Never had a problem like this ever at BB&B that is why I love the store. Lets be honest I can get 95% of the products they sell cheaper somewhere else and save myself the trouble of driving to their establishment. According to Amy BB&B no longer represents the quality of their products being a third party seller. Huh? I told Amy I would be forced to go to social media to let everyone I know in on their so called policy. Funny thing is BB&B never had an issue taking my money. I got the feeling Amy was full of feces and decided to call another store. Talked to Jeremy at the Delta store, not only did he verify there was stock to replace the vac, he offered to troubleshoot my current unit. Thats the BB&B I am used to. Unfortunately the damage is done, Amy insulted me and my wife. Bye Bye BB&B your last contribution to my house will be coupons that will be recycled and turned into something useful.

This is a store that has nearly everything a person needs. The only problem I have is navigating the store. I cant always find what I want, and its hard to find someone to help. Other than that, the prices are good, the merchandise is good-quality and the person at the register was very friendly and helpful.

One very poor experience has soiled my impression of the store. We recently purchased a very expensive set of pots and pans at the specific recommendation of a manager who took it upon himself, without inquiry, to suggest this set. And even though they are Teflon coated and we know better than to use metal utensils with them, he insisted that he had been using them for years with metal utensils and had not a single scratch. At his suggestion, we purchased this set, for more money than comparable ones, that were intended for metal utensils. After just a few months scratches began to appear and now the Teflon is peeling off. Most of the pots and pans are ruined. Of course the manufacturer will not replace these pots and pans. When I spoke to a representative from bed bath & beyond they simplely said, we cannot help.The only advantage brick & mortar stores have anymore is the assistance of their employees in helping with product information. Obviously this store lacks that and therefore you may as well buy the set on Amazon for a lot less than you would pay here.

Love to enjoy all the gadgets at Bed Bath and Beyond. The staff is helpful when you can find them. I noticed there are less of them as of late. Too bad.

My wife and I visited this store in the afternoon after Thanksgiving. The place was very chaotic to say the least. They have really cool gadgets and tems here. Just about verything you need to furnish a home and some other items you may never need, but are cool to have. My only complaint is the customer service desk, they seemed to be flustered and confused with simple questions and tasks (perhaps due to the high volume of traffic when we went). However, we were transferred to another person, outside of customer service (a young lady) who took great care of us! I forgot her name but she was awesome!
