A lot of selection and sizes in stock which is awesome, but staff wasnt very attentive. Stood by one women who was writing on a clipboard who never acknowledged us and we needed the mate to the shoe we were buying (Show Carnival now keeps the mate of some shoes in the back and you have to ask for them) totally understand why and am okay with it, but wanted acknowledged. I will say that generally when in in this store associates are very attentive so I do this this could be a one off. I will continue to purchase shoes from them.

Great prices but not a lot of color options

The manager refused to let my daughter return shoes she purchased 3 days ago because she wore them for 6 hours indoors. No wear marks. We’ll never shop at Shoe Carnival again as long as they continue this unrealistic policy.

Lots of selection have to really hunt for a women’s size higher than 9.5 and was told by an employee that they don’t carry any sizes above a 10 which was in correct, and I was not greeted promptly like others

Went in to look at docksiders. Saw Merrill hikers on sale for $50. Love sales.

Wanted to buy a pair of shoes but they didnt have $75 in cash as change for my $100. Manager said they didnt have enough cash in the store overall. At 7pm on the day after Christmas... Why not? Do you not require your registers to be set every morning? I dont understand. They werent helpful or apologetic, they didnt try to save the sale, they made me feel like I inconvenienced them for trying to pay with $100 in the first place. Wont be back.

We went when there was a sale looking for specific things and got lucky to find what we were looking for x2. Imagine that !!!! Interesting place being in the mall and such.Lots of inventory. But be careful to do your research. And dont take the word of the 1st person that you ask for help. A lot of times you dont get the whole story, at least correctly anyway. So exercise do diligence. And good shopping.

Prices where pretty good. With buy one get one half off it was a great deal. Workers where attentive. Probably will stop here more often when I need new shoes.

We found a couple pairs of shoes. One pair was boots for my son. He needs a wide and you dont find many places that carry wide sizes. I was able to find a pair of shoes also. It was buy one and get one half off. We will go back again.

So after accideny playing a duplicate order I immediately went to my order status to cancel. No such avenue exists. You have to contact them. Immediately I reached out by email (no response), phone (no answer, waited for an hour and a half), chat now option ( no answer, waited with it up on my computer for two hours), then tried opening a claim through the contact page ( you guessed it!! No response!!! says someone will contact you in 24 hours !) this goes on for DAYS, A WEEK! I literally wake up everyday and try to contact them all the ways I mentioned above. No response. I continue to try to just simply get in touch with ONE person from their company. Everyday, multiple times a day. Then (still without contacting me back) they decide to ship my order and charge my card. After 5 or 6 days of pleading them to cancel the order. FINALLY after a two hour wait I get ahold of someone in the chat now option. Says “that’s their system so they can ship items immediately” well my order wasn’t shipped immediately. Days and days of communication and THEN YOU STILL SHIPPED IT. Arguing for a day with this company they won’t just refund my money. Want me to ship the items back, take time away from my day to do so and then I have to pay $6 to send them back???! Then wait two weeks for a refund. I tell them no, they say we will send you a prepaid label and it will take weeks to get to you by email ?? 🤷🏻‍♀️ And then another few weeks to get a refund. Just pure craziness. Omg any other company I’ve ever ordered from just allows you to cancel the order. I just am at a loss for words

I always come here to buy my shoes, but today while shopping I was told I had to leave the store because I was not wearing a mask. I was also told by the gentleman that told me to leave, that it doesnt matter if someone has health issues restricting them from wearing such a mask. (Illegal). I will not be buying anything from Shoe Carnival again.

Biggest and best selection of shoes of all kinds that all the other stores dont have. Really good sales, great customer service and help. I bought two pairs of Nikes at buy one get one half off. Great deal!!!

I went shopping for nice pair of pumps with a super long heel that werent $150. I wound up getting two pair for $51.00. Excellent customer service.

Shoe Carnival is the place to go when everyone needs shoes at once. I bought my family shoes about a year ago when we were all due, and had to return as the kids grow. I enjoy the store overall and employees seem willing to help.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Store had good selection at decent prices.

You get what you see. Good deals if you can go for the two for reduced price, if they have it. Nice and helpful folks. Pretty likely to come again.

Great sale on crocs

Went with my partner to pick them out some new sandals. The standard deals seemed ok, the prices were ok, the employees were really nice. More stores should follow this example.

Great deals! Staff was friendly and didnt press shoppers, which I appreciate. However, store did not offer great navigation for finding what youre looking for.

This store could not even size my sons foot. I talked to three workers, including the manager, before someone who was in charge of the mens section agreed to size him. The worker was incompetent and didnt know how to use it. That same manager I talked to when I walked in finally helped out and got it right. It seemed all the manager wanted to do was broadcast the membership info on the pa. No thank you. I wont be back.

Poor, rude, and discriminatory customer service. I went to this store to return two pair of slides; one pair was double ordered (didnt get canceled and was sent anyway) online through a customer service representative while the other didnt fit. When I walked in no one greeted me nor asked if I needed any help but watched me as I walked through the store. The associate in which whom I will refer to below gave me a look of disgust as if I didnt belong in the store. I explained to her that I am trying to return shoes that were double ordered; she proceeded to insult my intelligence by saying I cant refund you a made up amount as if my paperwork for the shoes that I provided didnt have proof of purchase at the rates I was charged. She also was persistent on refunding me a lower amount than what I paid; what she should of done was explain the proper paperwork needed in order to receive a refund in addition to treating me equally as the other patrons in the store. I will never shop at shoe carnival ever again; the only business they will get from me is a visit to get shopkicks.

It is very difficult for me to find shoes that fit. I found two pair and left them on my chair while i returned the ones that didnt fit. When i returned the manager had put my shoes back. I left i didnt feel like trying on 10 pairs again.
