I went to several stores in the Meridan Mall today Shoe shopping is always difficult for my disabled daughter since her stroke 9 years ago she has needed to wear an AFO brace this makes it very difficult to find shoes boots and Sandles today was different experience after some frustration in the first store we triade homes I can honestly say we were so impressed at the customer service by the manager Joel as well as his knowledge and compassion he showed us he understood our frustrations and worked so well with my daughter I applaud Joel and believe there should be more people so compassionate about their job

Went to Montana to visit family, decided to buy new tennis shoes for walking. Visited the Billings mall location...couldn’t ask for a better staff for service! At one time or another all four staff got involved...we laughed and joked all the while. They fitted me perfectly...in fact, I left with three pair of shoes instead of one. I’m now hooked....thanks Billings crew!

Nothing but issues since they relocated, my wife needed to exchange shoes something we done countless times, and it became an ordeal beyond belief. Today they triedSelling me worn shoes. So I wanted to order a different pair, to do so he wanted me to pay and use my coupon just to order the shoes ! Over my ten years shopping there Ive never left so disapointed and disgusted.Use to be one of my favorite places to go until the past couple times, Ive filled out countless bonus plans. I cant stand the what I assume to be the manger there. I will never set foot back into that store and it breaks my heart. The Grand Rapids locations are still top notch, I guess I will be making the drive to shop my favorite shoe store. Save your time and go to Playmakers, way better in all aspects, from staff to product selection.
