The folks at Dent Masters are THE BEST !!!! Super fast, courteous, professional service. The front-right fender of my Colorado pickup had an encounter with something or someone at the grocery store parking lot while I was inside grabbing a loaf of bread and half-gallon of milk. Very prompt, very courteous, and the quality of their work was 5 stars. We had 2 small dents taken out of our Impala and were so impressed we had a dent taken out of our GMC. Came here to get a big dent and two small dents fixed. Visited around 5 shops and most of them told me the big dent wasn’t a good candidate for paintless dent repair. Ended up picking this place because they seemed professional and the guy giving me the estimate was cautiously optimistic about their ability to fix the big dent. They underpromised and overdelivered, the estimator guessed he could fix it about 90% but now I can’t even tell there used to be a dent there. Definitely happy with their work. Reasonably priced too. Won’t go anywhere else for dent repair after this and will recommend this place to anybody that will listen. Side note: their good reviews are real, they gave me no incentive whatsoever to leave a positive review.

These guys are great! Best experience I ever had at a body shop!I had a scratched front bumper and a dented rear bumper on my Ram truck. They repaired the front, and had to replace the rear. It took Jared about one minute to locate a new bumper. He gave me an estimate and got to work. In a couple of days it was ready. What a surprise! I had expected, and got, expert repairs. You could not tell there was ever any damage. But here is the big surprise. My truck had been washed and detailed, inside and out! The cargo cover looks better than new! The interior looks and smells great!They get all my business if I need them. I just got to stop running into walls!

Pretty good door ding on my new F150 right in the center of the door. Metallic tri coat paint was also damaged. 45 minutes and $85 later I can not tell there was any damage no matter how hard I look. They did great..very impressed!!

Had a door ding in my brand new truck. They quoted me a very good price through the online estimate. However when they saw the damage in person they were afraid they couldn’t get it fixed and back to 100%. They did a great job and it looks as good as new. Took them about an hour. Highly recommend!

These folks are amazing. Great no muss no fuss place. They quoted me a price, they were the lowest and had my car ready in a reasonable amount of time. I could not get there before they closed, sho I was able to pay by phone and pick out up at my convenience. Hopefully no time soon, but I will deal with them if the need arises!

Our son goes to college in Edmond and his car was in the recent hail storm. We live out of state. He took it in for estimate and it seemed really reasonable. They also were able to get the car in quickly. Repairs were estimated at about $2600 and it was supposed to take 2-3 days. A few days later I receive notice that insurance is issuing another check. We were actually paying this and getting reimbursed from insurance. The shop wasn’t dealing with them. They had contacted insurance about extra work required and never talked with us! Contacted them and they just said they needed to order some parts and it was going to be more than expected. No communication with us on this. Son goes to pick up car and it’s over $4500 in cost and took more than a week to repair. I’m not sure how they get such great reviews. Must be better for smaller jobs. An extra $2000 is pretty extreme and the parts they added weren’t expensive, just trim pieces. They added more dents and also increased the size of many of them from what original estimate showed. I think if you work in this business you should have a better idea of the cost to repair. These are all visible. If I had paid out of pocket, that would be a huge difference to pay.UPDATENow in addition to the above, he gets home and we looked at the car and there is a piece of plastic from who knows where that wasn’t put back as well as the cloth on the roof inside where it meets is frayed. There was a loose screw for the inside dome light that also had to be fixed. Also since I can’t respond to below response- shop adjusted the estimate to include items that insurance included, not the other way around. Insurance had the trim pieces on their estimate as well as more dents. Again, someone who does this regularly should know what size dents are and not need to increase size and amount. These were visible, not something hidden. The car was also brought in as customer paying, not insurance. We dealt with insurance and got check from insurance because we needed the work completed quickly. You contacted insurance and only way we found out more repairs being done was from insurance.

I selected Dent Masters based on the positive reviews, I was not disappointed. I stopped by for a quick estimate and then used their convenient website to schedule the repairs. I had 3 door dings on creased surfaces. All 3 came out without a trace. Customer service is excellent. The price they promised is the price I paid. FIxed a ding in my 2018 Ford F150. Excellent results, excellent service, great price. If you want a dent/ding removed I recommend you give Dent Masters a try. They are a little tricky to spot, behind the SWASH, go around to the right of the SWASH entry.

Came to Dent masters due to a recommendation from a fellow auto body shop CW & Sons for hail damage. Upon arriving they walked around the car with me, quoted the damage and given an appointment slot. When they worked on the car it took a little longer than expected, but only because they found a few extra dings and fixed them for no extra charge beyond the quote.Great service and caring about the quality of their work. Definitely recommend.

The estimate was super quick and easy. They fixed a pretty significant dent from a fender bender and it looks great! Definitely beats the alternative of ordering new parts and having my car in the shop for weeks. Very friendly staff and will continue to use them for any future accidents.

The guys were very nice and courteous. I had a bad door ding, and they fixed it in 40 minutes (as opposed to the 1 hour I was promised) while I waited. Jared said my dent was to severe for what they do, but in 10 minutes of talking to him, he gave me more information about what my repair needed than anyone else Id spoke with. I took my car in for a large repair and every week they would tell me it would be ready and by the end of the week they would tell me it would be another week until it was ready. This went on for 3-4 weeks. Finally they told me my car would be ready on a Friday but I couldn’t pick it up until Tuesday so when I went to pick it up it was off somewhere else getting something else fixed. I never got a call or anything saying that I wasn’t ready. I just felt like they didn’t keep me updated about the progress of my car. Also, when I got my car it said I had 2 miles left until empty. I dropped my car off with at least half a tank of gas. Could they not have filled it up a little before giving it back to me?! And when I got it back it was so dirty on the inside. They cleaned the outside when they did the repairs but some parts on the inside of my car have nasty oily hand stains from them..my car was almost brand new when I had them do the repairs so I know it wasn’t there before I let them work on it. Just really frustrated with everything because they have good reviews and that’s why I wanted them to fix my car but super disappointed with everything.

This was my 3rd time at Dent Masters and all my experiences have been AWESOME!! The best thing is that they go the extra mile for you. I have had some rough dents on my vehicles and they do everything they can to make them look spotless. I HIGHLY recommend Dent Masters!

These guys work in their clients best interest. I had a deer hit the side of my vehicle. I went to a collision repair shop and was quoted $1800 which included paint blending. I decided to get a second opinion at a paint less dent repair shop (Dent Masters of Oklahoma) they fixed the two doors for a quarter of the collision repair shop quote. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:30 a.m. and they had ready for pick up at 5:00 p.m. The repair looked flawless and I saved tons of money!! They were very professional. I plan to use these guys in the future!!

Recently had my Camaro in to fix multiple door and quarter panel dings. I even had a dent on the edge of the door that multiple body shops told me would have to be conventionally repaired. Obviously PDR cant fix EVERY dent. However Amy managed to flawlessly repair all of my debts including the one I was told couldnt be done by PDR. I have a quote of $1200 from a professional body shop. Dent masters cut the price in a huge fraction. Dont let their small shop fool you, Amy and the crew have family-like service with professional experience.

Dent Masters OKC fixed my car I had for less than two weeks that someone had sideswiped in the parking lot, leaving black paint and a significant dent but unfortunately no note. You cannot even tell anything happened to the car now. It looks perfect. They stayed late so I could get there to get a quote and again when i came to pick it up.
