They did a great job repairing my bumper and light that was hit but Im incredibly disappointed in how their service and communication was handled.I had to constantly reach out to them about updates. They told me my car was finished when it wasnt. Then tried to make me pay $500 because they didnt keep track of the record payments. I had to get my insurance involved.On top of that I noticed once I picked up that my front bumper is cracked. I tried contacting them twice Saturday when I picked up my car and three times Monday. No one called me back. When I called them today to come look at it they claimed it wasnt their fault and they wouldnt repair it.If youre going to use these people double check your car when you go to pick it up and expect to be on them about updates. In the end they may appear nice but my experience its another scummy auto place trying to weasel out of blame or get more money out of you.

Took car in to have bumper fixed. Told it would take 10 days. Return to pick up car. Bumper sits crooked and paint job is bumpy with exposed metal and head light that should have been replaced has new damage. Return car to get fixed again. No problem things happen. 2nd time to get car bumper placed correctly but paint job bumpy with more exposed metal. Head light is fixed but still has crack from accident. 3rd time told car is ready, paint is now smooth but still exsposed metal. I waited while they fixed paint. Finally, took car home and notice there is more damage done to my car: paint scraped down to metal on door frame, plastic piping around bumper has gouges and scrapes on both sides of the car. After three attempts to fix my car, its still messed up with new damage and a cracked headlight. The only good thing is the ladies in the office are nice and helpfull. But the manager after the first attempt to fix my bumper tells me my car had been in a previous accident. My car never was. He was trying to cover up that they made my car worse and dont know what they are doing.

Calen and Albert took care of me the whole way. This place has really turned around. They are excellent and the quality is fantastic. I was very surprised to see how well they fixed my car. It was fabulous to see. They are very professional and texted me the whole time with updates and any changes. I will go back anytime I need ANYTHING.

Ive had to use this body shop a few times due to unforseen circumstances. Theyre friendly and knowledgeable, if you need a rental car they have a Enterprise on site. The work is usually good and if theyve missed something theyre happy to make it right.

Don’t waste your time going here, my wife’s car got hit we went and got a quote from them we got the check for the repairs from her job waited for 2 months then when they could finally do the work they tripled the price of the repairs.

Service and quality of work were excellent. They worked directly with the insurance as preferred provider and required very little input from me. They even arranged the rental car and had it delivered, and then picked up from their lot! My car looks as good or better than before the accident!Thank you Service King!

Jarod looked at my bumper & was able to use rubbing compound to get out the paint marks. He did let me know there is a small crack. They communicated by text (my choice) as the process went along and kept me up to date. The car was ready before the expected date. Took my car to get fixed after a wreck. Estimate they gave insurance was more than insurance valued vehicle. When Service King found out insurance totaled out my vehicle, they refused to fix it even though I had the money to fix it. They already had my car & new what needed to be fixed but now I have to start all over again. Dont take your vehicle to Service King!!

I brought my truck here to have a smashed bumper fixed, as my insurance company used them. I was very pleased with the entire process, particularly the customer service went above and beyond the normal expectations! I would reccomend to anyone in need of body work.

The worst place to go. I was needing an estimate to turn in for repairs. Had to go into this process of making an appointment. I get there 15 minutes early. The young lady calls to let them know that the 2 oclock appointment is here. Its 2 and calls again to let them know Im here. Now its 2:15, no explanation or that he or she is running late. They couldnt care less. It must be nice to have insurance company supply them with work and have to worry about walk in customers.

They were open to repairing the vehicle the way I wanted it repaired since I was on a budget.... many other body shops were not willing to work with me....And they apparently fixed some minor frame damage at no charge no cost for me which was very nice of them

I only went to this place because of the insurance company and if you ever get in a car wreck please go to your on car repair shop! I asked them to check my alignment upon arrival but they never did until I called and asked about the repairs! Then they lied and said the did an alignment on the front of my vehicle and said if it was still shaking it’s because of my wheels being different sizes! This place is definitely working with the insurance company and only care about saving them money! It was not my fault that I was hit and I deserve for my vehicle to be in the position it was beforehand! If anyone refers you here RUN!

My fiancé took her car in a month ago to have her car fixed after being rear-ended. They fixed it quick but the trunk was still not right. Have taken it back 3 times now and still not right. Went today 8:30am to fix it again after it fail on my fiancé head. They said it would take 40min now they want us to leave it for hours. Its our only car and was told the technician that fixed was not there. So you mean to tell me no one else could do it. It would literally take 10min to fix cause they just need to move the bars to the right holes. Now we have to go pay out of pocket for someone else to fix it. Will never go there again and will tell everyone to stay clear of that place. Not good service what so ever. When you tell someone its going to take a certain time to fix it then want them to leave it for hours is not good customer service. Highly disappointed.

These guys where super nice when I came in for an appraisal! It was super easy and quick to make an appointment.

Pro- repair updates via text is a nice touchCons- Absolutely zero quality control/inspection during or post repair process. Several broken body tabs left in cup holder during panel replacement, razor blade left next to hood hinge, several replaced panel were severely misaligned, uninstalled fasteners in items they replaced, and body reference line (red marker) they drew were etched in new paint. Worst part is the clear vinyl that goes on hood/front quarter-panels wasnt installed (which was specifically scheduled for) and they sent it out of the shop anyway. Took vehicle back in the next business day to address these issues and while they were fixed over the next week, its clear they just patch up and return your vehicle to get their repair numbers good.You should not have to exercise the warranty repair immediately upon receiving your vehicle from their facility.I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.Not all Service Kings may be this way, but this location unfortunately is.

Not real happy. First it took 14 days to do a job that should have been complete in a week. Because they used aftermarket parts instead of OEM, some parts wouldnt fit, and had to be re ordered, taking extra days. Then I finally do go pick it up, and find that the cargo net in my trunk will no longer be usable as they evidently lost some of the parts while doing the repair. I was told they would research it, find the parts, and call me back to get it fixed. Almost 10 days later, and they still had not contacted me, so I stopped in. After a 20 minute wait for the Manager, whom never showed, I was told the manager would call me about this matter. Two days later, they still havent called. Im guessing I am gonna have to make another trip to the shop to discuss getting this repaired. Not a big issue, but if they failed on something this simple, what else wasnt done correctly? Also, this cargo net might not matter to most, but I use mine to keep items I might need in a emergency close at hand. I would have given only two stars, but the finished product does look pretty good, but of course I still havent washed it, the paint might wash right off....who knows.

As long as you dont get the run around of the appointment scheduling department (some 1 800 number) youre good. I went up there on a Saturday told them I needed an estimate and was done in 10 minutes. I will say my insurance will send an adjuster to your home but the repair in question was not at fault of my own.

We used this company for repairs and were going to use them again for other repairs we needed but after this experience we are looking for a new company to do business with. The ladies in the office are rude and have HORRIBLE customer service skills the WORST I have ever seen! I DO NOT AND WILL NOT ever recommend them. The man I believe his name is Mike was very pleasant to deal with and speak to, the work was great our vehicle looks and runs great. If he got rid of all the lousy office staff he would have a great business however they ruin it!

I had taken my car in for an estimate and I was very impressed how nice they were and very informative about what was wrong with the car and what needed to be done. The guy who did the estimate did not push their shop on me at all which I truly appreciated. I then came home and read the reviews and I became weary about taking my car to them. So, I took my car into another shop for an estimate and they were much more stand offish and just wanted to set up an appointment to get it fixed. So in the end I decided I liked the way 21st Century treated the situation and went to them. The day I was to drop of my car I got there and the receptionist couldnt find our paperwork anywhere and I instantly got scared this was going to be a very bad experience. Luckily I had a copy of the estimate to give to her. It took a little over a week to fix the car and I picked it up and it looks absolutely fantastic! Everything seems to be working right and you cant tell any work has been done. I couldnt be happier!

My experience began with contact free drop off and friendly customer service. The time frame given for my auto body repair and replacement. I received almost daily text message updates on the status of my vehicle. My truck looked show room new when I got it back.

We took my wifes SUV to have a door repair done and have it painted. The quality of the work wasnt bad. Not a perfect job but overall undetectable to most. However it being returned to us dirty (inside and out), horrible smelling in the car, with a loose battery cable, lost all presets and information, and reset the VDC system (100 dollar repair I had to eat)I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I absolutely advise no one to have any repairs done at this location. I dropped off my car there for a repair around the 30th of August that was estimated to be fixed within two weeks. It is now the 13th of October and I still do not have my car. There is no telling what shape it will be in once I receive it back either. I would not even give them a one star rating, terrible place and service.

Took my car there because Progressive recommended. The person I was in contact with was nice and polite, but when I got my car back, the trunk was a mess, my gas tank was almost empty, my bumber was loose, and I had air coming through the doors and sounded like my windows were down. I took my car back to get it fixed and the woman at the front desk was rude. They said it was fixed, but it was worse than before and the door was hard to open. Id rather take my car somewhere else and pay for it than to take it back there.

I just went in today for an estimate on my car repair. The first I walked in the lady at the counter was rude and did not even say Hi or Hello. I told her I came in for a repair and had an appointment, then a man walks in and also was rude, then a second man walks in and went out and looked at my car and went back in and handed me a piece of paper and just walked off, didnt even care that if i had any questions. I know its a nationwide company, maybe it could be the Okie hill billy people. I cannot comment for other locations in the U.S.

In and out as fast as the possibly can at the expense of quality work. Dont take your car here unless substandard repairs are your thing.

This place took a $2000 repair, jacked the quote up to $9000 so my insurance wouldnt pay to repair it and refused to do anything to work with me so my wife could keep her car. Do not under any circumstances use this shop.

In a time that was not fun for me getting my car rearended, the text message updates are HUGE with me. Im working all day and dont have the time to take calls, very clever efficient!

I have seldom had a worse customer service experience. They made it worse by holding my car hostage for several hours waiting for the insurance company to allow me to have my own car.

Used the Enterprise, location within the shop. Quick pick up at my home in the car they rented me.

Service king had my car from November to December for a bumper replacement. How could this shop have it that long, and not tighten the fog lamps, and put the right body clips in, and in some areas there are no body clips. My car is rattling I paid your shop alot of money for the crappiest work ever. Paint job is chipping too! If you want your car in one piece do not go here.

My car was involved in an accident which made it a total loss. I was told that my car was at the Service King off Reno in OKC so I could empty it out. I went there to clean out my car of my personal belongings, and my car had already been taken to an auto auction. The thing that makes me very upset is that I was not notified and the real kicker, service king didnt even know that a tow truck drove back into their fenced in yard and pick it up. Service King still had the keys to my vehicle. How unprofessional is it that someone can just drive into your yard and take a vehicle without any knowledge of it? This makes Service King look pathetic. If this is any reflection of how they service vehicles, I will never go there.

The first time to fix my vehicle was great .But when warranty issues lots of problems, not organized at all.

21st Century used to be a great shop. Now, the girls in the office are very unfriendly and you must make an appointment just to have a repair estimate done. Everywhere else in town, you can just drive up for an estimate. Apparently they do not need the business. Wont go back and do not recommend them.

We took our car to 21st Century to get it fixed after an accident. Our insurance company (Geico) said it was one of their preferred shops. After 30+ days, no phone contact from anyone, delay after delay, they finally called to say the car was fixed! Would NOT recommend to ANYONE, due to lack of customer service!!!

Great people and great service

I have used this body shop a couple of times. Both times I have been satisfied with the repair. This last time (01/11), they lost my paper work and everytime I called, it took a few minutes for them to figure out which job we were talking about. They dont seem very organized. I had to return to the body shop after the repair because they didnt secure a spash-panel under the car and it was dragging on the ground. They apoligized and fixed it right away. I will likely us them again because they seem better than other shops I have used, even with the goof ups.

Service King saved me $1600+ in unnecessary repairs after Firestone attempted to rip me off. Good peeps!
